Yoba Academy Courtyard - 7:30am

Student A: Is that Izumo-san, holding L/N-san's arm?

Student B: They seem very close with each other.

Student C: She looks very happy with him.

Student A: We should ask her.

Maho: Huh? N-no way.

Rinku: What's wrong Maho?

Muni: Was that Y/N?

Rei: It appears he's with Izumo-san from Photon Maiden.

While walking throughout the school, catching the obvious gaze from the student body, my day got even better when I ran into the people who will have a few things to say about what they saw this morning.

Y/N: Oh on. Hey girls, before you say-

Maho: All that talk about loyalty! Only to defect to Photon Maiden!

Rinku: *sobs* W-why Y/N, I thought you cared about Happy Around *sobs*

Muni: You jerk! You made Rinku cry!

Rei: Shame on you, I didn't think you were capable of betrayal.

Y/N: Can I say what I have to say?

Maho: Go on, we deserve an explanation!

Y/N: I'm doing this as a favour for a friend, I never left, nor betrayed you girls.....I had a job to do.

Saki: I wanted to know what I was doing wrong, so seek out his help. What's so wrong with that?

Maho: Nothing. It's just he kept this from us.

Rei: He did not consult with us about his decision.

Muni: He's just doing things as he pleases.

Y/N: I would never abandon you girls. I'm sorry, I kept this a secret.

Rinku: It's okay. But can we still practice at your house?

Saki: Our door is always open to you girls.

Muni: She said "our door.

Rei: Their like a married couple.

During Lunch - 11:45am

Esora: Oh look who it is, Y/N Izumo.

Y/N: Okay, how did you girls know?

Kyoko: Oh we saw you with her near the famous coffee brewery.

Y/N: So you were following me?

Kyoko: Not really, we just happen to see you.

Esora: Please tell me that you two aren't dating?

Y/N: No! Just because we live together, doesn't mean we're dating.

Kyoko: Great! That's a relief.

Y/N: Is it now?

Esora: It really nice to hear your still available.

Yuka: Okay! Let's change the subject.

Y/N: Huh? What's with that look Shinobu?

Yuka: Yeah, you've been giving Y/N a dirty look.

Shinobu: He's probably stroking ego with so many girls going after him.

Yuka: I don't think that's true.

Y/N: I have no beef with Shinobu. What do you have against me?

Shinobu: I really don't like you.

Y/N: That's not much of a reason.

Shinobu: I want you to leave us alone, we're not your friends, and never will be.....your just a rival.

Y/N: I didn't agree to take on Peaky P-Key as a competitor, nor did I think of you girls as one.

Shinobu: Ever since you created, and manage new DJ units, I see you as another fly P-Key will squat away.

Esora: Thats a bit harsh...

Kyoko: Your crossing the line Shinobu.

Yuka: I don't want you two to fight.

Y/N: Well if that's how it is, the feeling is mutual.

Y/N: I'm gonna leave. Staying here will only insult us both.

Shinobu: That'd make my day honestly.

Kyoko: Shinobu, you didn't have to be so mean to him!

Esora: Yeah! He's our friend.

Shinobu: As I said, he's no friend of mine.

Yuka: Hey....Y/N....you really don't have to leave.

Y/N: No it's alright. I've got a lot of paper work to do. I'll see you girl around..I guess.

Kyoko POV

"I'm not sure what Shinobu doesn't like about Y/N? She's been usually very cold towards him lately, even though he hasn't done anything to make her feel that way.......hmm I bet she feel like he's a intruder towards our friendship I built with her. I feel bad that she feels that way towards him, I can honestly tell that Y/N is very lonely".

School Gymnasium - 1:00pm

Maho POV

"It's gym class with 1-B, so that means a basketball game with Y/N, and Rinku. Maybe I'll get some revenge on him for nearly abandoning us.

Y/N: Hey Maho, let's have a good game!

Maho: I'm ready to beat you!

Teacher: Okay! I want a clean game! Play ball!

Student A: Get Akashi-san!

Student B: Leave it to me!

Student A: She's quick! She's coming L/N-san!

Maho: Ready for a killer move Y/N?

*Blocks layup*

Maho: Huh? What?

Y/N: Gave me a easy block Maho! Your teammates were wide open.

Y/N: Open three? I'll take it.

Student B: Great job L/N-san!

Maho: I'm not done yet! Pass the ball!

After 2 hours of a great game, with Maho and I giving it our all. The score ended at 1-A 54-60 1-B.

Maho: Your pretty good Y/N.

Y/N: Your not so bad yourself.

Maho: Wow, who knew you played that hard.

Y/N: How about we get something to eat after school? My treat.

Maho: Since your offering, I'll take you up on your offer.

After School - 4:30pm

Saki: Let's head home Y/N!

Y/N: Actually....I have some plans after school, go home without me.

Saki: Oh...okay, make sure not to come back late.

Y/N: Okayyyy mom.

Maho: Ready to go Y/N?

Y/N: Yep, let's hit it.

Saki: Akashi-san bring him back safely.

Y/N: Usually it's other way around, but what ever.

Maho: Don't worry Izumo-san, I promise not to have to much fun with him.

Saki: Alright, just don't try anything on him, he belongs to me!

Vinyl Cafe - 5:10pm

Y/N: Sitting in here takes me back. Order whatever you want, it's me treat.

Maho: Thanks, anyway how's Photon Maiden?

Y/N: Those four girls are really hard workers. The boss however.....she's a little spicy.

Maho: Really? Did she put some pressure on you?

Y/N: That's the thing, she didn't like the fact I helped Happy Around, she's sees you girls as a threat.

Maho: What do you mean by a threat?

Y/N: Well....let me explain.

Flashback 1 week ago

Producer: I expect you to know what your job is, what your going to have to do.

Y/N: And what that be?

Producer: Your going to get Photon Maiden to the Sunset Stage....even if you have to go through other DJs you know.

Y/N: That wasn't part of the agreement.

Producer: You created Happy Around did not? That at means you have insider knowledge.

Y/N: I'm not making enemies from my friends just help your bottom line.

Producer: Get it done...or I'll find someone who can.

Present Time

Maho: That's.....uh.....wow.

Y/N: Makes me sometimes think why did I even accept the job in the first place.

Maho: Your still part of Happy Around right?

Y/N: You and Rinku were the first friends I ever made.

Maho: What about elementary school?

Y/N: Well, I've moved schools many times, by the time I attend school in Okinawa, it was too late to find friends.

Maho: I'm glade that I'm your friend, and I'm sure the other feel the same way.

Y/N: Thank you...

Waitress: Here's your order! I hope you both enjoy!

Y/N: That's...uh...lot of food. Are you sure you can finish all that?

Maho: Of course I can, I've done it before!

Y/N: I'm surprised how you can keep a healthy figure, dispute the amount of sweets you consume.

Maho: I work out, besides it's rude to mention a girls weight in front of her.

Y/N: I'm only joking. Anyway you have a concert tomorrow against Photon Maiden right?

Maho: Yep whoever wins is one step closer to the Sunset Stage.

Y/N's thoughts

Producer: If you aren't capable of getting Photon Maiden over Happy Around, you'll be relieved of your position.

Y/N: Only one chance to prove myself or I'm fired....what kind of ultimatum is that?

Maho: Y/N? Y/N? Are you okay?

Y/N: Huh? Yeah of course.

Maho: Okay....let's head home now.

Y/N: Sure, let me pay the bill.

Outside the Cafe - 6:30pm

Maho: Thank you for the treat Y/N.

Y/N: No worries, anytime.

Maho: You looked worried while were eating. It's something wrong?

Y/N: It's nothing, don't worry about it.

Maho: Sure, then I'll see you at school.

Y/N: Yep, see ya.

Y/N and Saki's House

Y/N: I'm home!

Saki: Welcome back Darling

Y/N: Darling? That's a new one.

Saki: I've made dinner for both of us, well I bought it from a DIY store.

Y/N: I'm sure it'll taste good. Can't fail if your following the instructions.

Saki: I want to be the one cooking in this house!

Y/N: Okay then, but let me know if you need ideas, I have 50+ between my two ears.

Saki: That was delicious....can you save me from doing the dishes?

Y/N: Sure, get some rest. Tomorrow you and girls have a training camp.

Saki: Alright I'll let the rest know.

Y/N: And so it begins, The Sunset Stage...sometimes I feel like quitting Nebula Productions, It doesn't feel right going against Happy Around.
