Y/N POV

Sleeping last night was really uncomfortable. I had Maho attached to my arm the whole night, so could even get up to even use the bathroom, on top of that  Rinku was hogging most of the blanket. After Happy Around left. I decided to take a walk around the area and maybe grab a coffee. While walking I noticed a familiar black haired girl speaking with girl with pig tails.

Y/N: Hello Tsu-chan.

Tsubaki: Ahh hello Y/N, do you remember Rika?

Rika: Wait! That's Y/N?!

Y/N: In the flesh. It's good to see you Rika.

"Rika Seto. Her and Tsubaki knew each other ever since they were in elementary all the way to university. I had the pleasure of meeting her when Tsubaki brought Rika over to my house to show her my singing ability. Since then I've went to karaoke with the both of them countless times thus creating fond memories of us singing together".

Rika: It's so good to see you too Y/N. Hey since we're all here. Why don't we all go to karaoke?

Tsubaki: Sorry I have practice later, you two enjoy yourselves.

Y/N: That's ok, have a good practice.

Rika: Ok! Bye Tsubaki!

Tsubaki: I'm watching you Rika. He's mine.

Rika: I'm not losing to you of all people, besides I have "things" that boys really want.

For some reason Rika and Tsubaki were whispering something to each other, while also each of the them throwing a death glare.

Y/N: Say Rika, how about we get coffee?

Rika: Sure. I wanna try Hazawa Coffee ever since I heard about it on a blog.

Y/N: Lead the way.

When we arrived at Hazawa Coffee, we were served by a girl with short brown hair. Once placed our orders. Rika started a conversation about my current appearance.

Rika: You've grown taller Y/N. What's your height?

Y/N: I'm about 5'11, and you've certainly grown in some places.

Rika: Hey! I'm up here, eyes front and centre!

Y/N: Yes Ma'am!

Rika: Fufu admit it Y/N, You we're staring at my chest weren't you?

Y/N: What's with that smug look?

Rika: If you want, I can show you more of me.

Y/N: U-Uh I'm take a rain check.

Rika: Aww that's a bummer.

Y/N: Oh, our order is here.

As caught up with each other, I learned various new developments with Rika. For instance, Rika started a DJ group called Merm4id with three other students in her university whom she met through some unlikely encounters. Their relatively new but they have put on 2 shows so far. We agreed that after finish our cakes and coffee, we'll head towards Rika's university for her to introduce me to Merm4id, and maybe show a place I might consider attending for my post-secondary.

Toho University

Y/N: Wow, this place is pretty big.

Rika: Come on Y/N, I'll show you to the studio Merm4id uses.

Rika guided me into a room with big gaping windows and tables of professional DJ equipment. Sitting in two chairs were two girls, one with sliver hair and one with brown hair tied in a ponytail.

Rika: Guys I want you to meet my friend whom Me and Tsubaki used to watch over.

Y/N: Hello my name is Y/N L/N. it's really nice to meet you.

Brown Haired Girl: Hello cutie, my name is Marika Mizushima.

Silver Haired Girl: Hey there, I'm Dahlia Matsuyama.

Y/N: It's good to meet you both.

Marika: Y/N-san by any chance, are you in high school?

Y/N: That's correct, I go to Yoba Academy.

Marika: Oh, then you must know Saki-chan.

Y/N: I can't say that I do.

Marika: Oh you'll like her, she's the girl with platinum hair.

Y/N: I'll keep that in mind.

Dahlia: Rika told us you know how to compose music. Do you mind showing us?

Y/N: Sure. Let me show you my skills.

Marika: Wow! That sounded really good!

Dahlia: Your right, maybe Y/N can give Saori some lessons.

Y/N: Who is Saori?

Rika: She's our DJ.

Rika: I have an idea! Why don't you two collab on a new song for our next show.

Y/N: I don't mind, but we need Saori's approval.

Marika: Then let's go find her.

While walking throughout Toho University, we passed by many sophisticated classrooms and labs that students have at their disposal. Upon reaching the Student Dormitories, we approach the room where the members of Merm4id board from time to time.

Y/N: You sure its ok for me to come in? I mean we're on the girls side of the dorm building.

Marika: It's fine. If we get in trouble, Marika has her ways of dealing with it.

Y/N: Hearing that doesn't make me feel any better.

Dahlia: Try not to worry so much Y/N-san.

Rika: Hey Saori! We have someone we want you to meet!

Saori: Ehh! Wait I..need...to...change.

Marika: What's with the maid outfit?

Saori: Our class is doing a Maid Cafe in the lobby, and it's part of our grade.

Y/N: Umm I if I may inquire. How does participating in a maid cafe have to do with grades?

Saori: Who's he?

Dahlia: Rika's old friend from her childhood.

Marika: He is also experienced at being a DJ.

Saori: Oh, it's good to meet you, I'm Saori Hidaka.

Y/N: Likewise. My name is Y/N L/N.

Rika: Now that introductions are done, how about we try on these maid outfits?

Y/N: Umm should I be here for this?

Marika: Yeah why not? Don't you want to see Marika in a maid outfit?

Y/N: It's not very high on my priority list.

Rika: Too bad! Your staying for this. You can be our master.

Y/N: Ugh I didn't think my day was going turn out like this.

Rika: Well? What do you think?

Y/N: Uhh...it's pretty cute? Isn't it too revealing though?

Rika: Fufu admit it. You love sneaking a peek up here.

Y/N: No! It's just your outfit, don't you feel uncomfortable?

Saori: He's right. Your top can't contain your big boobs.

Marika: I think we all look very cute.

Y/N: Marika you seem have that model vibe.

Marika: Fufu that's because Marika is a model.

Y/N: That explains a lot. Speaking of which where's Dahlia?

Dahlia: I'm here. It took some time to put my maid outfit on.

Saori: Wow! Dahlia your...amazing!

Marika: I'm so jealous, Dahlia looks so beautiful!

Dahlia: What do you think Y/N-san?

Y/N: I think you look good in whatever you wear.

Dahlia: That's it? That's all you got?

Y/N: I'm sorry. I never complimented on a girls looks before.

Rika: There's no need to be shy Y/N.

Marika: Yeah, aren't you happy to be surrounded by four beautiful girls?

Saori: Rika, Marika stop making him uncomfortable!

Y/N: How about we do what I originally came here to do.

Rika: Oh yeah right! Let's get changed!

Y/N: Sure. After changing not five minutes ago.

Saori: Y/N-san in the other room please.

Y/N: Yeah I get it.

After Merm4id changed into their casual clothes, we headed back to the studio to work on a new song.

Time Skip - 2:00pm

Saori: And we're done! Let's take a listen.

Rika: We should like play this at our next show.

Dahlia: Agreed. Since it was made by Y/N.

Y/N: Oh I didn't do much, Saori deserves credit for it too.

Saori: Nonsense. You were the one to come up with the lyrics and beat.

Marika: Why not come to our next show tonight, we'll practice it until 6.

Y/N: What time is your performance?

Saori: 7:15pm

Y/N: Your gonna practice for 4 hours, and expect to put on a great performance?

Dahlia: We'll be fine.

Y/N: Where are you preforming?

Marika: At the school's night club.

Y/N: Well there's a problem. I not allowed at a night club.

Saori: Yeah! He's still in high school.

Marika: Fufu Marika will get you in.

Dahlia: I'm the bouncer so, I'll let it slide this one time.

Rika: Then it's settled. Y/N make yourself comfortable here. We're gonna practice, see you in a bit.

Y/N: Sure. I'll see you girls later.

Toho Academy Night Club - 7:00pm

While waiting inside the night club. I was approached by two familiar individuals.

Tsubaki: Hey Y/N. How did you get in here?

Y/N: I was smuggled in. Who's this beside you?

Tsubaki: This is Aoi. The one I told you about.

Aoi: It's a pleasure to meet you L/N-san.

Y/N: Likewise.

Aoi: Tsubaki told me that you are good at using a turn table.

Y/N: I'm not bad, I definitely need some refinement.

Aoi: Well I'll gladly take you under my wing. If you want.

Y/N: I'll think about it, But I have to ask. Your a girl aren't you?

Tsubaki: Yes she is.

Aoi: It's true. Why do I really look like a boy?

Y/N: You sure fooled me.

Tsubaki: It's probably the short hair and the androgynous looks.

Aoi: Oh look the Merm4id is starting their show.

As Merm4id started their performance they played the song that Saori and I composed named: Make Some Noise. despite having 4 hours to practice, they put on a otherwise great show.

Aoi: I really enjoyed their new song.

Tsubaki: Did you have something to do with that song Y/N?

Y/N: That's a secret.

Tsubaki: Keeping secrets again. Typical Y/N.

Aoi: Y/N why don't you meet the rest of Rondo? We're planning to go to a traditional inn, I'm sure Nagisa and Hiiro would love to meet you.

Y/N: Sure. I'll tag along.

Tsubaki: Meet us at Tokyo station on Saturday, we'll be on platform 2.

Aoi: See you then Y/N.

Tsubaki: Bye Y/N.

Y/N: Don't be stranger.

After departing with Tsubaki and Aoi, I went back stage to dressing room to meet up with Merm4id.

Y/N: Please excuse me.

Rika: Ah Y/N there you are! The song was a big hit!

Y/N: You girls were awesome.

Saori: You really enjoyed it?

Y/N: Of course, it's always nice to see up and coming DJs preform.

Rika: Yay! Group hug!

Y/N: Whoa its group hug time?

Marika: Oh we're all giving Y/N hugs?

Dahlia: Come on Saori join in.

Saori: Alright fine.

Y/N: I have to say your costumes are very unique. It's gives off a tropical vibe.

Rika: You sure that's all you see about our outfits?

Marika: Y/N you dirty boy.

Y/N: Hold up. I'm staring at anyone, Dahlia or Saori help me out here.

Dahlia: Ok let's leave him be.

Saori: Yeah, we don't want to make our new composer nervous around us.

Y/N: Wait, new composer?

Rika: We all decided that you'll help us make our music.

Saori: You have skill Y/N, and with you we'll become well known DJs.

Y/N: What are you girls really after?

Rika: We want to become rich and famous celebrity DJs.

Y/N: Right.

Marika: Is there something wrong that?

Y/N: Oh no there's nothing wrong. Can I get back to you girls about being your composer?

Dahlia: Take your time with your decision.

Y/N: If we're done here, I'll head home I still have school tomorrow.

Marika: Leaving Marika already?

Y/N: I'm sorry, I have important stuff to do tomorrow.

Dahlia: I see, it's good to meet you Y/N.

Saori: See you Y/N. We should hang out again.

Rika: Oh ok, bye Y/N see you soon.

Y/N: Bye girls.

Rika POV

Rika: Dahlia! Another round please!

Marika: Do you think Y/N will be a good fit for us?

Saori: It will be fiiinnnee.

Dahlia: Saori your slurring a bit.

"Hm I wonder if Y/N has made music for other DJ groups already? I mean if Tsubaki and Rondo is interested in him then I need to win him over soon..before she will take him way from me".

Marika POV

"I need to tell Saki-chan about him, maybe he can help Photon Maiden get off the ground".

Marika's text messages

Marika: Hey Saki-chan I know someone who can help Photon Maiden.

Saki: Really?! Who?

Marika: Do you know about the male student in your school?

Saki: Yeah I saw him on my first day running towards the AV room.

Marika: He's your solution.

Saki: Oh Yeah! He wrote a song for another DJ group called Happy Around.

Marika: He might resist helping.

Saki: Why would he not help?

Marika: Well he's helping two DJ groups already, so he might decline your offer.

Saki: No! I need to make Photon Maiden successful, I do whatever it takes to get him to help.

Marika: That's a spirit! Maybe you can "talk" to him.

Saki: Oh I know what you mean lol. Thank you Marika-chan.

Marika: I just looking out for my little sister.

Little does Y/N know, he's going to have more on his plate. Another set of fours girls seek out his help to make their newly formed DJ group a name in the industry. Would these fours girls might cause a conflict of conflict of interest among the DJs that our protagonist already met?
