Yoba Academy - 9:20pm

After my trip to the hot springs with RONDO and Merm4id, I've decided to put some distance from myself and them, after Rika confessed her true feelings for me. In all honestly it came out of left field, but not entirely unexpected.

For some reason, Tsubaki was acting very distant throughout the rest of the trip, could she have overheard Rika's confession...theirs no way right? Why am I so paranoid?

Maho: Are you okay Y/N?

Y/N: Yeah I'm fine, my mind was somewhere else.

Maho: Okay, we're about ready to start our new song.

Rei: Which song will you two do?

Y/N: Hmm I'm thinking a new remix or have you play vocals again Rei.

Rei: Oh well, if your sure then I'll do my best.

Rinku: Alright Happy Around let's do it!

Rei/Maho: Yeah!

Muni: Energetic as ever.

During lunch, I was making my way to my usual spot to eat in the garden until I was called over by Saki and Ibuki to have lunch with them.

Saki: I've saved you a seat darling.

Y/N: Why thank you Saki.

Ibuki: Fufu, I can still never get used to Saki acting the way she does when your around.

Y/N: It's kinda cute to be honest.

Ibuki: Shall we dig in?

Saki: Thanks for the food!

Just as we were about to eat, the other DJ groups of Yoba Academy came to eat lunch as well.

Rinku: Hey guys, mind if we join you?

Y/N: By all means, Hello P-key...Shinobu.

Shinobu: Ugh, this troglodyte is gonna ruin my lunch.

Kyoko: Shinobu be nice...

Esora: Alright since we're having a large picnic, let's share our food!

Rei: That sounds wonderful.

As we eat our food, I've noticed some other students taking notice of our big group.

Student A: Wow! All of the Yoba DJs in one place.

Student B: I thought they had a rivalry? I guess not.

Student: I wish I can be a great as them.

Ibuki: I see you made some of the healthy options I gave you Y/N.

Yuka: Good for you Y/N! Your making good food choices!

Y/N: I'm trying to loss a little weight.

Esora: I think your fine just the way your are.

Maho: Yeah I totally agree.

Y/N: Aww thank you, you flatter me.

Rei: May I try some of your miso roasted sweet potatoes Y/N?

Y/N: Yeah, go for it.

Saki: By the way Y/N, have you decided to go back into the DJ game?

Kyoko: Yeah! Have you given our proposal some thought?

Y/N: I mean I thought about it, and I thought I should not let my talents go to waste.

Ibuki: Who will you be joining?

Y/N: Either RONDO or Peaky P-key I guess.

Esora: Hmm great choices.

Saki: Aww can't you join us?

Y/N: I'm sorry, I refuse to work for and with your producer ever again.

Ibuki: We understand.

Towa: Yeah, we seen how strict she was with you.

Noa: You even called her something, what was it you called her?

Y/N: A very bad word that I shouldn't repeat

Rinku: Bad Y/N! You shouldn't call people names.

Muni: Rinku he's your friend, not your son.

Y/N: Tell that to Shinobu, all these hurtful name she calls me.

Kyoko: If your very adamant in joining a unit, there's not better place than Peaky P-Key...no offense to any of you.

Saki: None taken, he couldn't join if he wanted to.

Rinku: We fine with a volunteer manager role.

Maho: Your always welcome to work with us again.

Muni: Just don't forget your first great creation!

Rei: We won't forgot you Y/N.

Y/N: Then, I'll be happy to join Peaky P-key.

Shinobu: Do we really want him?

Esora: Don't you want to work along side your former idol?

Shinobu: Key word "former" if he and I can't work together it's on you guys.

Maho: What part of a show did you used to do Y/N?

Y/N: I can be on turntables and vocals, my dancing is a bit iffy.

Yuka: All you need is practice.

Esora: And I'll have make you an outfit to wear on stage that will get you in the P-key vibe.

Y/N: I'll be sure not to disappoint.

Shinobu: Like how you disappointed Nova?

Y/N: That was a cheap shot Shinobu.

Kyoko: Then that's settles it. We welcome you to Peaky P-key, Y/N L/N.

As we all finished our lunch we all began to make our way to class. While packing up Saki spoke to her unit about something that was looming around her head recently.

Saki: Girls? Will Y/N get rid of me when he eventually gets a girlfriend?

Ibuki: Huh? Why do you ask?

Saki: It's because he joined Peaky P-Key, Kyoko-san will be with him all the time, what if she asks him and he says yes.

Towa: It's okay Saki, you lived with him for two months now. If he'll be with anyone it should be you.

Noa: Totally second that.

Saki: Even if he choose Kyoko-san, I'll support him.

Ibuki: That's very mature of you to say Saki.

Saki: However, I don't plan on losing!

After School - 4:00pm

While walking home, decide to stop by a local Bakery called Yamabuki Bakery to grab their renowned Chocolate Cornets. Upon entering I was met by a girl with royal blue eyes and her hair tied up.

Clerk: Welcome to Yamabuki Bakery, how can I help you today?

Y/N: I'm here to try your Chocolate Cornets.

Clerk: Ah, great choice there over there near the baguettes.

Y/N: These look good, I'll take five.

Clerk: Not a problem. You know, you remind me of a person who is similar to you.

Y/N: Oh is that so? Where is he now? *gives money to her*

Clerk: He moved back to his home town. Thank you for your purchase, please come again!

Y/N: I will, have a good one.

After making my purchase, I heard a familiar voice call out my name.

Kyoko: Hey Y/N! Wait up! Did you forget something?

Kyoko: Really? Your gonna forget that easily?

Y/N: Oh yeah! Didn't I owe you a date?

Kyoko: Yeah you do mister, meet at my house at 11:00 and don't be late.

Y/N: Okay, I'll catch you later then.

The Next Day
Kyoko's House - 10:50am

As approached the door of the house, I feel a nervous about the stories of overprotective fathers who would kill any boy trying to make an approach on their daughter. I rang the door bell and soon Kyoko's father came to answer the door.

Mr. Yamate: Who might your be young man?

Y/N: My name is Y/N L/N, and I'm here to visit Kyoko.

Mr. Yamate: You must that boy she always mentions.

Y/N: I didn't know she would talk about me at home.

Mr. Yamate: Come on inside, she will be sitting in the living room.

As walked inside, I took off my shoes and proceeded towards the living room. To which I saw her sting on the couch waiting for me.

Kyoko: Ahh there you are Y/N, glad that you can make it.

Y/N: Of course, ready to go?

Kyoko: After you N/N.

From the kitchen, came out what appears to be Kyoko's mother. She looked like an older version of Kyoko but with shorter hair.

Mrs. Yamate: Make sure to bring her back L/N-san.

Y/N: You have my word, she'll be safe and back to you by 6:00pm.

Mr. Yamate: You two have fun, I trust you Y/N-san that you will show my daughter a good time.

After leaving Kyoko's house to got onto the train to head towards a large park that Kyoko wanted to see. Upon arriving, she started a conversation about my recent recruitment.

Kyoko: To be honest, I was really happy when you decided joined us.

Y/N: Is that right? Well, I'm still skeptical about Shinobu's thoughts.

Kyoko: She's always been that way, perhaps time together might do you guys some good.

Y/N: I hope so, after all I'm probably the only one who can beat her....probably.

Kyoko: Still have some fight left in you?

Y/N: So leader, what will be my role I wonder?

Kyoko: I want you to be my secondary singer. I know you've been a DJ before, but it would be a nice change of pace.

Y/N: Hmm, I guess I need to clean up my dancing game.

Kyoko: Esora can help you with that, just don't get too close with her okay.

Y/N: What do you mean by to close?

Kyoko: Fufu, oh it's nothing

Y/N: Okay then...moving on.

Kyoko: Hey check it out! This park had a burger restaurant, let's go! *grabs my arm*

Y/N: Alright, I can use a juicy burger.

Entering a rather cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant, we were seated at the best table with a scenic view of the park. The menu had a variety of burgers such as: Stuffed Cheese Burger or a Squid Ink Burger.

Waitress: Have you two decided what you would like to order?

Y/N: I would have your Stuffed Cheese Burger with onion rings.

Kyoko: And I'll try the Classic Park Burger with seasoned fries.

Waitress: Thank you! The drink bar is over there if you want any drinks.

Y/N: Can I get you something Kyoko?

Kyoko: I'll take a Orange Soda.

After getting a our drinks and conversing in small talk, our order arrived about 10 mins later.

Y/N: Whoa that a nice portion for the price we paid for right?

Kyoko: I can finish this no problem.

Y/N: Mmm, Burger is really delicious and the onion rings are bomb.

Kyoko: I know right? I see you prefer onion rings.

Y/N: I think onion rings are better than fries, it's my personal preference.

Waitress: Excuse me, are you two perhaps boyfriend and girlfriend?

Kyoko: Why yes we are!

Y/N: Kyoko....

Waitress: We have a discount for lunch dates, which reduces your price to ¥2,000.

Y/N: Thank you so much.

Waitress: It's always cute to see two young people enjoying their date.

After finishing our burgers, the bill came out to ¥2,000. Not bad for two hand crafted burgers.

Kyoko: After we got the couple discount.

Y/N: You had to lie about our relationship in order to knock off a few yen.

Kyoko: But it will be the truth soon right?

Y/N: I don't know what you mean.

Kyoko: I think we would get along just fine. Come on, let's head to the shrine.

Entering the forest path, we hiked up towards a clearing where the shrine and Torii gate were placed.

Kyoko: I love going to spiritual spots like this, it helps me clear my mind.

Y/N: Heavy weight on your shoulders as the leader?

Kyoko: Yup, it wasn't easy to get where I am now.

Y/N: I know the feeling...but it was my members that helped me achieved greatness.

Kyoko: I have you now, your my new power spot. *pulls me into a hug*

Y/N: I'll do whatever I can to help achieve your dream...it sounds cheesy I know.

Kyoko: Thank you DJ Noir. *walks up to the shrine*

Kyoko: And I will do whatever I can to make you my boyfriend...

Y/N: It seems joining P-Key will be every eventful.

Kyoko: Yes it will.

I hope my induction to Peaky P-Key won't cause another rift amongst my friends, but if I end up dating Kyoko, I feel like I betrayed Tsubaki, Rika, Miyu, and Saki.
