Once the boy finished getting dressed into the clothes that his parents gave him he put the sword on his back and walked out the room where everyone was sitting there waiting for him, drinking tea and eating meat buns. He saw Tao stuffing her face with meat buns.

Taokaka: Meow! These meat buns are yummy.. Meow!

Litchi: Remember what I said Tao, save some for the others, okay?

Taokaka (still stuffing her face): Meow-kay!

Y/n: Alright, I'm done.

He then walks over to them and grabs a meat bun he then bites into it.

Kokonoe: Y/n, take this. 

She hands him a box.

Y/n: What's in it?

Kokonoe: Open it and you'll see.

Y/n follows her direction and opens the box to reveal a pair of black gloves with two straps on both gloves and belts.

Kokonoe: This is my latest creation, called them "Azure Gloves".

Y/n: Azure Gloves... Really?

Kokonoe: Shut it boy, it was the only name I could've come up with.

Y/n: Whatever, anyways... What do they do?

Kokonoe: It'll allow you to tap into some of the black beast's power.

Rachel: Luckily for you, you have someone that wants to train you. Make sure you have all of your belongings.

The spiky haired boy grabbed his weapon attached it to his back.

Y/n: Got my Junkyard Rebel.

Rachel: How cute, you named it

She said it sarcastically.

Rachel: Now, touch my shoulder.

Y/n: Uh... Okay.

He walks towards her and places his hand on her shoulder. She snapped her fingers and a light shined down on them. The last thing Y/n saw was Tao waving at him.

Taokaka: Bye Bye!

The two disappeared leaving Kokonoe, Tao and Litchi.

Kokonoe: Shit... I forgot that she was my ride to the lab.

She takes out her phone.

Kokonoe: Tager... Do you copy..

Tager (on phone): I read you professor Kokonoe, what is it?

The pink haired woman takes the lollipop out of her mouth.

Kokonoe: Rachel forgot about me, I'm gonna need you to come get me.

Tager (on phone): Er... Okay.

Kokonoe: Sending Coordinates now.

With Rachel and Y/n...

7:59 p.m.

The two transported in a forest as the moon shined down upon them. 

Y/n: Uh... Rabbit, where are we?

Rachel: We are at a forest, of course. You must be really dumb to not know where a forest is.

Y/n: Shut you're damn mouth rabbit!

Suddenly a new voice was heard.

???: Now now, what's with the ruckus.

Out of instinct, Y/n grabbed his junkyard rebel as he brought Rachel close to him.

Y/n: Hey who's there?

Suddenly he heard giggling. He turned his head to see Rachel laughing

Rachel: Oh my, you are an interesting fellow Y/n.

Y/n: Huh?

Rachel: You may come out now.

A figure slowly appeared. It was a short... Cat man? With the same hoodie as Tao. He also had an eye patch and a sword behind his back. He had two tails behind him.

Jubei (One of the legendary heroes)

Jubei: My name is Jubei, I might be small and adorable but trust me I can kick every hero that ever lived 100x over. Except for a few.

Y/n: Wait Rachel, this is the person I'm going to be training with?

The small vampire girl nodded and sips her tea.

Rachel: Why yes, you will be trained by him. I'm sure you know who he is since you go to schools and learn about superheroes or some nonsense.

The boy scratched the back of his head.

Y/n: I... Erm... I actually never learned about him before or even heard about him before.

Rachel sighed while Jubei sweat dropped.

Jubei: Ehe... Looks like they wanted to forget about this cat eh..? Damn those youngsters, taking all the glory for the newer heroes.

Rachel: They did the same with Kokonoe too.

Jubei: Her too? These days everyone will forget about the old and leave them for the dirt.

The cat man turns to Y/n.

Jubei: Anyways I am one of the Heroes who helped you're mother and father fight against the black beast. I am also the best swordsman this planet has ever known.

Y/n: I see... I am Y/n Badguy, as you already know I am Sol's and Aria's son. I wield the Azure Grimoire and Black beast. I've been betrayed by my friends and girlfriend in Union...

Y/n clutched his hand tightly.

Y/n: Those bastards... They cut my damn arm... Everyone that I cared about betrayed me because I had no power!

Y/n's body began to glow and flames started igniting around his body. Jubei and Rachel grew surprised.

Rachel: Oh my, would you look at that. The boy is finally tapping into his overdrive form.

The ground began to shake as it was felt all the way to Union academy.

Back At Union...

The ground began to shake as everyone wondered what was happening.

Ruby: W-What is happening?!

Issei: It m-must be an earthquake!

Momo: N-No way, no earthquake is this strong!?

Yang: This is scary!

Midnight: Everyone stay calm, please!

With the Headmasters...

Ozpin was currently talking to some of the Heroes.

Ozpin: What's with that shaking?!

Random hero: I don't know sir, but I know that it is happening everywhere.. It's off the the charts!

Ozpin: What do you mean off the charts?!

Random hero: The power level chart... I-It's over 9,000!

Ozpin: W-What 9,000?!

Back to Y/n...

Once you were done with your little power up, you started painting heavily.

Y/n: Huff.. Huff..

Jubei: Wow, that's pretty impressive for such a youngster like you, not even you're dad was able to get into his overdrive form until he was a little older.

Y/n: Overdrive..?

Jubei nodded.

Jubei: Yep, well that's what he called it.

Y/n: Neat...

Rachel: Well, I leave him with you now Jubei. Do take care.

And with that she vanished leaving behind red petals.

Jubei: Alright then, starting tonight I will teach you and help train you like no other teacher can and get you as badass looking as possible. Once I'm done with ya, you will be an amazing swordsman so you don't need to rely on those dumb fake heroes. Plus you're going to be so powerful too with the black beast at you're fingertips.

Y/n smirked as he was ready for this challenge.

Y/n: Heh... Bring it on! I'll show everyone the power of the Azure!

Jubei chuckled.

Jubei: Hehehe, that's the spirit! Now...

He grabs his sword with his paw.

Jubei: Show me what you got!

Y/n grabs his Junkyard Rebel.

Y/n: Alright!
