A week has passed and our hero was going to make some delicious breakfast.

But, oh no!

He was low on groceries! The agony!

Stepping out into society, he made his way to the grocery store, it was a walk down memory lane for Izuku, as he walked, he enjoyed the crisp air of the morning, the morning dew still on the grass.

Entering the store, he bought multiple groceries, as he finished getting what he needed and turned to go to the checkout, he saw something that seemed extremely familiar.

It was a man with glasses, wearing a brown leather jacket, he had blond hair tied into a ponytail, and headphones on.

The man was pushing a grocery cart, and in the bottom rack off the cart, laid a tired looking hobo of a man, he wore a black long sleeve shirt, black pants and boots, with a white scarf around his neck.

Izuku left them be, and continued his walk to the register with a feeling of nostalgia.

On his way home, he held two bags of groceries, he was passing through a tunnel when his senses were going off, using his wolf nose, he scented the area and smelt that there was something something coming out of the sewer drain.

Moments later, a murky dark green sludge like creature exited the sewer drain, it had maroon red eyes, and large teeth.

"Well looky here, a nice skin suit just for me, just in time too." It said as he made move to attack the young man, but his attack was met with nothing but air.

And the man was gone.

The slime looked around in confusion and slight fear, then feeling a dangerous aura, he turned around slowly.

Izuku had used his enhanced speed to quickly get behind the slime, and as soon as he turned around, he punched the slime with a gorilla fist.

(A/N- gorilla arm or fist is basically the strong arm punch Michiru does)

The slimes body splattered along all the walls of the tunnel.

"Well...that was anti climactic." Izuku said as he was looking around for something to trap the villain.

Just then, he heard the sewer lid rattle before launching off the ground.

Stepping out was All Might himself

"Ha Ha Ha, have no fe-" All Might said before noticing the villain splattered all over the walls and the young man standing in the middle with his groceries nearby.

"Er-was this your doing young man?" He asked, slightly shocked to see the sludge villain in such a state.

"Yeah, I know it was irresponsible of me, but I would've rather dealt with him now, than letting him run around trying to steal bodies." Izuku said calmly.

"Well in that case, good job, now, so you wanna help me trap him in this bottle?" All Might said as he pulled out a bottle from his own bag of groceries.

"Sure." Izuku said as the two teamed up in an awesome battle of cleaning up the tunnel while trapping the sludge villain into a soda bottle.

After they were done, All Might exited the tunnel and was preparing to take off.

"Thanks for the help young..."

"Ogami, Izuku Ogami." He said to All Might.

"Thanks for the help young Ogami, now stand back, I'm taking off." All Might said as he leapt into the air.

Izuku wasn't a fanboy, while he had knowledge of all hero's and most villains, he knew that viewing them as idols, while trying to be a hero would be a hindrance.

Though he was slightly concerned.

'While he was close, I smelt a large scar wound on his body, and he smells sort of sickly, oh well, it's not my business' he thought.

He began his walk back home, he was near the park, so he closed his eyes for a moment to 'smell the roses'.

The UA exam would be here in no time, and he was one step closer to obtaining his dream.

Smelling the scents was enjoyable to the wolf in disguise, or was pleasant to smell all the different kinds of smells.

The earthy smell of the grass, the sweetness of the flowers, the smell of a butterfly in the distance, the bitterness of the ponds salt water, the smell of burning buildings...

...

'Wait what?" He thought as he could clearly smell smoke in the distance.

Checking his surroundings to make sure no one was nearby, he morphed on bunny ears to help him hear along with his scent.

He could hear people screaming, buildings crumbling, fire burning, and-

*Boom* *BoomBooom*

Izuku didn't need super hearing to figure out that those were explosions.

Not wasting anytime, he took off at inhuman speeds, he was aware that if it was a villain fight, people would no doubt be watching, and news crews would be showing the incident live for the world to see.

So he would have to make sure he didn't blow his cover, and stay in his human form for the time being.

Arriving to a small crowd, he could clearly see what was happening.

The sludge villain had somehow escaped and taken a new hostage, one that was fighting back.

While was watching, he could smell All Might nearby, but couldn't see him anywhere, until he tracked him to a small frail looking skeleton of a man.

He could hear people talking about how All Might was chasing him earlier, and wondering what happened, while Izuku was starting to get angry, here was a person in need of help, the people watched as if it were an episode of some kind of anime TV show while the hero's were doing nothing as the victim continued to suffer.

His attention was turned back to the fight when he heard familiar shouting and explosions.

Turning his head, he could see who the sludge villain caught.

Katsuki Bakugo.

Izuku wanted to laugh, for a second he pondered leaving him, as karma for all he did.

But then Izuku saw a look that he had never seen on Katsuki's face before.

The look of fear and sorrow.

*swoosh*

The people gasped, hero's were shocked.

Izuku had made a mad dash into the fray of the fight.

"HEY, YOU GOT A DEATH WISH, GET AWAY FROM THE VILLAIN!" Death Arms yelled, but it was super ineffective, as Izuku, just didn't give a shit.

The sludge villain saw the kid walk up to him again and felt fear take over.

"Aaah, h-here, take him, I'll t-turn myself in, just ple-please d-don't hurt meee!" The villain cried out.

The hero's were stunned, this kid comes out of nowhere and makes a villain that they couldn't fight just give up.

"Deku?" Katsuki quietly said as he was exhausted.

Izuku sat him down against a wall so he could rest.

He wanted to let him suffer, but the hero in him wouldn't let him do that.

Ogami stood up, and was about to walk away, as the situation was over, or that was until he heard the sludge villain sneak behind him, he was too close for Izuku to dodge as he was unprepared and focused on helping his ex friend.

The sludge villain let loose multiple tentacles, one going through his right shoulder, one through his left lung, another going through his lower back and through his torso, this while he was lifted up for all too see, the world froze for a moment, all was going well, and then a young man gets killed in live television in a brutal way.

He coughed an alarming amount of blood all might style, while his clothes were getting drenched with his blood.

"Hahahaa, this is what happens when people try to play hero, I killed him, and your all next!" The villain shouted, while throwing Izuku's lifeless body to the ground like a doll.

Meanwhile

Tokoyami, along with Jiro and Yaoyorozu had been watching the news of the event, only to watch as Izuku got impaled by multiple  tentacles.

They watched as his body dropped to the ground and started to tear up, for Tokoyami, he was damn near about to scream in anguish at the loss of his best friend, while Kyoka and Momo were starting to tear up at the deed the young man had done before he was killed.

But not even six seconds pass, they watched in awe as the man stood up, seemingly in no pain as he looked more annoyed than angry about the whole ordeal.

Tokoyami cried slightly in relief, Kyoka and Momo sighed in relief that the boy was okay.

Back With Izuku

The villain continued laughing like a psychopath.

"Hey, your attack hurt a bit, now that wasn't very nice of you." Izuku said lowly as he started to let of killer intent to the villain.

"Aaahhh, what the hell, what kind of monster are you!!" He said in fear.

"The kind of monster that's gonna kick your ass." Izuku said a he dashed to the villain faster then he could react.

Izuku made a distraction by grabbing a piece of rubble and throwing it to the villains right, while Izuku ran to attack from the left.

"Hey, over here you booger lookin head ass." He said as he leapt for the villains eyes.

By the time the sludge villain turned around, he vision was filled with Izuku as he grabbed one of the villains eyes, and using the momentum, Ogami rolled off, ripping the eye from the villain, which resulted in the sludge screaming out in pain.

The villain passed out on pain a few seconds later.

The sludge started to turn into a fat gross looking middle aged man in a pair of boxers with one eye missing for obvious reasons.

All was silent, the fires died out, and all that was heard was the sound of a gust of wind passing by.

Then, the cried erupted in applause.

While the hero's were pissed, here this kid comes and just steals all their credit like nothing.

They approached Izuku, but so did the camera men and women.

"You are under arrest for the illegal usage of a quirk." Death Arms said.

The crowd started to uproar at the hero's before Izuku walked up to the hero that spoke.

"How so, it was only to keep me alive, besides that, I never even used my power to defeat the villain, that was the product of years of training." He challenged.

"We had the situation under control." Kamui said angrily.

"You call watching a civilian suffer in agony while doing nothing 'under control' ?" Izuku said.

The people were agreeing with Izuku.

"We didn't have the right quirks to fight the villain, we were waiting for a hero with the right quirk to arrive!" The hero's said in anger.

"You're telling me, you couldn't stop the villain because you didn't have the right quirk? As far as I know, a hero is supposed to risk their life to save the lives of others, another thing you seem to have forgotten was that I took the villain down without a quirk, how? You may be asking, well, it's called using my head, if you didn't figure all that out when you first became hero's, I suggest you retire now and find a new profession." Izuku says, a bit of anger leaking into his voice.

The hero's were shocked, and the event was being broadcasted live to the world, the people watching agreed whole heartedly with the young man.

"Young man, what is your name?" A news broadcaster asked.

Everyone nearby and watching listened closely.

Izuku just smiled a bit, which inadvertently made everyone watching blush a little.

"I won't say, but you'll find out later when I attend university." He said.

"Are you perhaps going into the hero course this year?" Another asked.

By now the hero's had backed off, not wanting to ruin their image anymore.

"Yes actually, I'm going to UA university." Izuku said.

"Why do you want to become a hero?"

At this Izuku turned far more serious.

"Most hero's these days only care about money, fame, and power, I'm going to show the world what it means to be a true hero, one that fights for the safety of the people, and for the rights of the oppressed.

The weak and quirkless these days are treated like trash, it's because our society is focused on power, if you don't have power, you don't have value, that's how people view the weak.

As far as I'm concerned, we all bleed red, therefore it's my moral obligation to fight for everyone, and I mean everyone." Izuku says as he finishes his speech.

Everyone is completely surprised at his speech.

As of this moment, the world was keeping tab on the mysterious young man.

Before the news crews could ask anymore questions, Izuku had walked away.

Momo and Kyoka both had a feeling that the boy was familiar because of his voice.

Tokoyami could only smile at his friends promise to the world, though he would still smack his friend for scaring him like that.

Shirou and Michiru had also seen the broadcast.

Shirou was proud of his pup, while Michiru was jumping up and down she was so happy.

As Izuku was leaving, he wasn't aware of the glowing blue eyes of a scrawny man that were staring, but he was fully aware of the ash blond boy behind him, glaring at Ogami so hard he thought he would bust a blood vessel.

Izuku didn't care to even look at Katsuki.

Ogami was glad that during the fight, no one had stolen his groceries, they were still in perfect condition.

As he was feeling glad that his food was unharmed, he noticed a spiky blond haired guy with blood red eyes seething in rage approaching.

"Oi, Deku!"

'Really, he actually followed me?' Izuku thought to himself.

"You think you saved me!? You didn't do shit, I was fine on my own!!

You've got a lot of nerve being alive after all this time, you really think UA will even let a quirkless shithead like you attempt to enter when they can have me!!

If I even see you near my school, I'll fucking kill you, I'll hurt you worse than what I did to you in that alley, so stay out of my fucking way!!!" Katsuki yelled.

...

"Are you finished?" Izuku said with a bored expression.

"The fuck you say to me you little shit!?!"

"I'm sorry, did I stutter, or did you finally lose your hearing because of your quirk?" Izuku said calmly.

Katsuki was pissed, he was about to straight up assault the damn nerd, but when he looked behind Izuku, he noticed a scrawny man peeking around a corner, and not wanting to ruin his chances of getting into UA, decided to leave, but not without cursing out 'Midorya' while stomping away.

"Hm, well that was convenient, anyway, you can come out from the alley way now." Izuku said to the man in the alley.

Turning, he saw a dangerously thin man with blond hair and baggy clothes walk out.

'How did he see me, I was just waiting in my buff form, but that angry guy just started yelling and wouldn't leave' Toshinori thought to himself, slightly concerned for his potential successor.

"Well young man, I was just going to thank you for what you did, you showed bravery in a dire situation, while still saving that man and stopping the villain." He said.

"Thanks All Might." Izuku said, to which the man responded by coughing out a concerning amount of blood.

"H-how did you know I'm All Might!?"

"Well I didn't at first, I had suspicions, but you just admitted you are." Izuku lied, while it was partially true, it was really the smell, All Might and the man both smelt the same.

Toshinori just looked down in defeat for foolishly admitting his secret, shaking his head, he continued.

"...Well young Ogami, in this form my name is Toshinori Yagi, I just had a few questions for you, did your legs move on their own?"

"Yeah, I knew that guy, he was my childhood bully, at first I wanted to leave, but when I saw the look in his eyes I couldn't just stand there." Izuku said.

"All the greatest hero's first became so because their bodies moved before their minds could react, young Ogami, you acted the same, going out of your way to save someone whom caused you great pain-"

'If only you knew' Izuku thought.

"- So I deem you worthy of knowing the secret of my quirk." Yagi finished.

...

"What?"

One Explanation Latel

"Wow, I never would've guessed, but why are you telling me all of this?" Izuku asked.

"Because I deem you worthy to be my successor and inherit my quirk, so, what do you say young Ogami?"

"No."

"No hesitation, that's exa- wait what!?" Toshinori took a double take while spitting out some blood from his mouth.

"You heard correct, as it stands I'm already powerful, and besides, I know of someone who is definitely worthy." Izuku said.

All Might was shocked, he was certain that this young man would've accepted, but what intrigued him was whom young Ogami thought was worthy.

"Very well, I understand, but who is this young man you speak of?" Yagi asked.

"C'mon, well walk to my place, where I can make sure no one is eavesdropping." Izuku said.

Toshinori agreed and the two went to Izuku's home.

They approached the tunnel entrance, but by now All Might was confused, even moreso when Ogami simply stopped in front of a random wall of concrete.

"Um...are you oka-" he couldn't finish as the wall door opened to reveal an almost pitch black tunnel.

Izuku navigated All Might so he wouldn't bump into any walls.

They entered his home, and Toshinori was surprised that such a torn down and abandoned building could look so clean and furnished.

He directed Mr.Yagi to the living room and offered tea, to which Toshinori accepted.

While Izuku went to get the tea, he shifted into his beast form, doing so immediately made him sigh in comfort.

Bringing the tea back was entertaining for the wolf, Toshinoris mouth was agape and Izuku walked calmly to the table and served All Might some green tea.

Yagi gave his thanks after getting over the shock.

*cough* "So... Who's this one you call worthy?" Yagi asked.

"His name is Fumikage Tokoyami, he's my best friend, I've known him since we were kids, we fight for the same reasons, except I am going to be a symbol for beastmen and the weak, while Tokoyami will be a symbol for those who have villainous quirks."

"Why villainous quirks?" Toshinori asked.

"Because he has a quote on quote villainous quirk, but we've both trained since we were just kids, he was picked on for wanting to be a hero, yet he persevered, and is now going to UA to become a pro hero, that way he can show everyone that anyone can be a hero, that a quirk doesn't define you." Izuku said.

'Well he certainly has a good goal, and the determination to fight through oppression'

"I'll, make sure to talk to him about this, how should we meet to tell him?" The 8th holder asked.

I'll text him to come to the park, then I will bring him here, that way we can talk about this freely, without worrying about people eavesdropping." Izuku said.

"Alright, here's my number so we can stay in contact, what time should I come." Toshinori asked

"Around 12:00 PM, jump to the roof, I'll let you in after retrieving Tokoyami." Izuku said.

They said their goodbyes and Toshinori left.

Izuku drank the rest of his tea, and decided to eat a small meal, afterwards, he brushed his teeth, took a shower, and went to bed.

"I wonder who's talking about me." Fumikage said as he was practicing his guitar skills.

It was a hobby that calmed him, and he enjoyed the music.

After a while, he put the guitar back and got ready for bed, he changed into pajamas, which was really just a pair of black underwear (all of his socks and underwear are black) and a soft baggy hoodie.

He turned off the lights and for under the sheets, wondering what tomorrow has in store for him.

He would definitely be surprised.

Tokoyami woke up to the sound of his phone alarm going off, it may be Sunday, but he didn't really want to stay sleep for too long, otherwise he could mess up his sleep schedule.

Getting out of bed, he stretched while checking an 'X' on the calender that hung on his wall.

Sunday's were fine, but nothing beat Friday nights or Saturdays.

His parents were on a morning shift at their laboratory, they studied how quirks worked, things they affected, and ways to cure some people of terrible drawbacks, like breaking your bones everytime you use your quirk.

It was what allowed them to have such a nice house, they weren't rich slobs though, Tokoyami was grateful for all he received, and worked hard to earn most.

Walking downstairs to get some breakfast, he made a simple bowl of cereal.

(Insert favorite cereal here)

Fumikage had just finished washing his bowl when his phone vibrated on the table, checking the notification, it turned out to be a text from Izuku.

Smiling he checked the text.

Izuku- Hey, come meet me at 'the park', it's important.

Tokoyami was intrigued, what was so important that Izuku couldn't tell him through text.

Fumikage- Sure, I'll be there as soon as possible.

Turning off his phone, he got changed into some black pants, his checkered vans, a light grey shirt, and a waterproof jacket as there was a chance of rain.

Grabbing his keys, wallet and phone, he left the house, locking the door on his way out.

He walked the streets to get to the park.

While walking, Fumikage couldn't help but wonder.

'What is it that Izuku has to say?'

His questions would be answered soon, as 'the park' was in sight.

Walking over to the bench, he could see Izuku laying back with his eyes closed.

One he got close enough, Izuku stood up and started walking.

Confused, Tokoyami stood still.

Izuku stopped and turned around.

"Well are you coming?" He asked.

"O-Oh, yeah I am." Toko said.

While they walked, Toko remembered what he said he was going to do next time he saw Izuku.

*slap*

The act didn't hurt Izuku, but it did cause him to unconsciously switch to his wolf form.

"That is for scaring the shit out of me."  Fumikage said in a matter of fact tone of voice.

"Oh Yeah...that...I'm sorry, I couldn't help it." Izuku said sheepishly.

Tokoyami wanted to laugh, Ogami's ears went down a little, it was adorable to him that the cold wolf could be this cute.

'Wait...cute?' Eh, whatever.

He patted Izuku's head as a way of saying it's okay, which was a little funny for him as he had to reach up a little.

Both momentarily froze.

For Izuku, it was the soft hand petting his head softly.

'His hands are so smooth, almost feminine'

For Fumikage, it was the extremely soft fur.

'How can his fur be so soft, it's unbelievable'

Breaking out of their stupor, both blushed a bit in embarrassment.

Tokoyami's cheeks and ears had a sight blush, where Izuku's fur covered most of his blush, it was only slightly visable in the ears, and a little on the cheeks as the fur on his muzzle was white.

Both kept to themselves for a bit, until Izuku realised he was still in his wolf form, quickly switching, he was glad the streets were rather empty this morning, it was then that Tokoyami had asked where they were going.

"O-Oh, well were going to my house, I have a guest that wants to meet you." Izuku said as his blush faded.

As they walked, Tokoyami couldn't help but wonder who was wanting to meet him, but then he realised what Izuku had said, he said "my house" , meaning he would get to see where Ogami lived.

Arriving to a tunnel near an abandoned factory looking place with quarantine tape around it and windows barred, he couldn't help but hope that Izuku didn't live here.

"So, what do you think?" Izuku asked gesturing to the abandoned facility.

Tokoyami visibly paled at the notion that Izuku lived here.

Meanwhile Ogami was smiling on the inside at the joke he was pulling.

Turning to face his friend, he immediately froze, Tokoyami looked sad, and a tear was forming in his eye.

"You don't deserve this, you've been through too much to be forced to live in an abandoned factory just so you could be yourself." He said.

Izuku didn't think this joke was funny anymore, he never intended to make his only friend almost cry because of him.

So he calmly told Fumikage to follow him.

They walked to the secret entrance, with Tokoyami confused but still sad.

"It's a lot nicer on the inside." He says as the stone wall opened to reveal a tunnel.

Entering quickly to make sure no one saw, they stood in silence, and Izuku switched to his wolf form.

He turned to his friend, only to see that he was still sad.

'This will not do' Izuku thought.

"Look...I'm sorry, it was meant to be a joke, I didn't think you would feel that bad over it." He said as he pulled Tokoyami into a hug.

It was at that moment, that both realised how well they fit together, Tokoyami had unintendedly smelled Izuku when he sniffled a tear away.

'He...he actually smells nice, like a smokey cinnamon roll.

They broke out of the hug, with Izuku leading Fumikage through the ever growing darkness of the tunnel.

(A/N- it may seem random to mention at this point of the story, but around now, Izuku's slow aging has started, but instead of 3 years being equal to 1, just imagine him aging slower)

Stopping at the end of the tunnel, Ogami pressed the button, opening the secret door to his home.

Stepping in, Tokoyami immediately gasped in surprise at how nice Izuku's home really was, with how abandoned it looked from the outside.

He told Fumikage to follow him to the living room.

Once they took off their shoes, they arrived to living room.

"Wait here, I have to let him in real quick." Izuku said.

And so he waited with slight unease, thinking of anybody that wanted to meet him.

Meanwhile Izuku had arrived to the rooftop.

Unlocking the door, he opened it to see a buff All Might standing tall.

"Here, come in, sorry for the unorthodox way of doing this." Ogami apologised.

"It's fine young Ogami, I understand the need for secrecy, and this would be much better than talking about this in the middle of the street." All Might said.

"Hey, you should probably de-buff now, it'll be funny to see his reaction." Ogami smiled, hoping that this would put a smile on his friends face.

They walked to the living room, where electric blue eyes met ruby red.

Sensing Tokoyami's confusion Izuku spoke up.

"He's a friend, we had a chat yesterday and came to a conclusion, and a proposition, here sit down and I'll bring us some tea." He said stepping into the kitchen to get tea.

While doing so, the two sat down at the coffee table.

"Soo...who are you?" Toko asked.

"My name is Toshinori Yagi, I work as as a pro hero." He said.

Tokoyami was skeptical, he didn't really believe a man as frail as the one sitting in front of him was a pro hero.

"What's your hero name?" He asked.

Toshinori smiled and waited for Ogami to walk back with the tea.

Once they all had a cup of tea, he said his hero name before Tokoyami could take a sip of the tea, not wanting to make a mess.

"My hero name is All Might." He smiled.

Tokoyami chocked on his tea a bit.

"What!" He exclaimed, to the point where even dark shadow came out, looked at All Might sitting in front of them at a coffee table that looked small compared to the muscular man, and 'scree'ed in shock before flowing back into Tokoyami.

Toshinori laughed while the wolf boy snickered to himself.

"Forgive me but I don't believe you, All Might is a crazy muscular guy, and your almost the complete opposite."

Wordlessly, Toshinori buffed up momentarily to show he was telling the truth.

After laughing at Fumikages shocked expression, they calmed down and Mr.Yagi explained.

"Woah, that's...that's a lot to take in." A shooketh Fumikage said.

"Yeah, it's crazy, but that's where my proposition comes in." Frail Might said.

"What kind of proposition?" Toko asked.

"Will you be my successor and inherit my quirk?"

...

"I accept."

"Okay, but we'll have to train you, and my quirk will mostly affect yours, I was quirkless before, so it only gave me super speed and strength, but for you, it'll prabably make your quirk evolve into a more powerful version of itself." Toshinori explained.

"I'll help you train, with my experience and analytical mind, I'll help you master this new power as your own." Ogami explained.

"Thanks, both of you, I promise I'll do my best, and be a symbol for those who are like me, so that no one will go through what we did." Tokoyami promised.

"What did you mean 'we' ?" Frail Might asked.

"Well...me and Izuku were both bullied in our school years, though he had it worse, me for my villainous quirk, and his lack of one.

That's why we will change society, so that the strong will protect the weak, not for money or fame, but for the well being of the innocent." Tokoyami explained.

They continued to chat for a while, with Toshinori giving Tokoyami his number for communication.

Izuku walked with Fumikage to the end of the secret tunnel and gave him a huh goodbye.

"See you tomorrow, we'll come up with a training plan." Ogami said.

"Okay, but when you said you had a guest, I never would've thought it would be All Might himself." Toko said.

"Yeah, it was pretty funny." He said smirking a bit.

Unfortunately for him, he didn't notice the light blush on Tokoyami's cheeks.

Izuku waited until he couldn't smell anybody nearby befits opening the secret stone wall.

Tokoyami quickly left the tunnel as to not being any unwanted attention, while Izuku went back to his home to relax in his hot tub.

While Toko was walking home when he stopped to look up.

'This is going to be interesting' He thought while viewing the bright blue sky.
