The fight was over and I won,now there's just one last thing to do

Hello there,my name is Zephyr and I am a tutor at Yggdrasil academy one of the most prestigious schools this world has to offer along with the other schools from the other continent

I started my job over thirty years ago,I still remember the young shy boy that I was when I first started here,my perseverance and power of will lead a boy with no superpowers to be working here because as long as I'm working here I can afford the expenses for my family's life here which guaranteed security for them

Today I just finished my lecture with my class and the bell ringed signaling everyone that it was time for a break

I was in my office adjusting some paperwork when one of my students approached me

"Hey mr. Zephyr"

"Oh hi there toshinori,what is it boy?"

"Well me and the other guys were wondering if you think we're ready for our first quest to the poles"

"As long as you avoid that black liquid and stay away from it you'll be fine,besides I'm coming as well as the folks from the chaos faction,this will be a smooth ride for us besides if I remember your assigned teacher showed you the ropes for your power so it will all be good"

"Alright then,thank you sir"thanked me toshi

"Mr. Zephyr!"I heard a hyper voice and sure enough it was summer rose one of my students

"Hey there,how did the test go?"

"It was great!!just like you told me I kept calm and before I knew it I cleared all the monsters in the arena!"

"Good job little girl,now get prepared for tomorrow it's going to be dangerous if you're not careful okay?"

"Yessir!"she said in a happy tone

"Well then I guess I have time to check on my family"i said to myself as I left school

I was walking along the streets of the city surrounding Yggdrasil academy

Most people here are the families of students or graduated students who decided to live here,I myself used to study here so I have a home for myself

After walking a few miles,I reached my home,I opened the door to be greeted by my daughter

"Daddy!"she squealed as she came to hug me

"Hi sweety,how was today?"I asked her

"It was good!"she said as i then held her up on my shoulder and entered the kitchen where my wife was preparing dinner

"Hello dear!how was today?"she asked me

"Good good,the students were nervous about going to the south pole"i said

"There is a reason to,you know how dangerous that black liquid called void is"she warned me

"I know,that's why we are staying as far from the cracks as possible,besides the ruins are void proof even though they used that liquid themselves,the ruins are still filled with many unanswered  questions about what happened and what god they worshipped,besides I too didn't want to do this but it was an order from the headmistress"

"Just be careful honey okay?when are you leaving?"

"Tomorrow morning,it's going to leave me enough times to say my goodbyes to you and then leave"i said

"Okay then"she said with a worried tone

"And when are you two going to visit your mother?"

"After tomorrow,I wouldn't worry about it they say that we will have an escort because many people are going to the south east continent with us"she explained

And like that I resumed my day waiting for the field trip

Here we are today was the field trip,we were about five teachers all with twenty students with us

"Alright,there is a cave ahead of us that is our best option to getting into the abyss without encountering any sort of void,but if you see any black liquid,do not,and I mean DO NOT!!touch it!instead run back to the teachers to warn us about got it!?!?"I shouted

"Yes!"

"Okay then let's move out!!"I said

After splitting our groups we all went our separate way

Me and my group entered our part of the cave to inspect it

And so as we were walking through the darkness of the ruins when I found something lying on the ground

It looked like some sort of vial,containing void inside of it

"This is perfect!this is all we ever needed!"I celebrated

But how wrong was I

From a distance a fearsome roar echoed throughout the ruins

"What was that?"asked toshinori

"I don't know and we better not stay here to find out"i said as we started to run to the exit of the ruins

But as we were doing so something came out of the wall at our right

It was a monster with multiple shells and a tentacle

"What the hell is that?!?!"I shouted one of the students

"WAIT IT'S HOLDING SOMEONE!!"shouted one of the students

After a closer look a noticed a familiar white cloak

"IT'S SUMMER ROSE!!!"shouted toshinori

I nearly lost it but I managed to keep my cool for the sake of my students however summer started to get absorbed

The students started to shout in fear

But it didn't end there,the monster then used its whip-like arm as it then attacked the front row of the students

They all started to turn black and stopped moving

I had enough

"LISTEN TO ME!STAY BEHIND ME!I'M GOING TO HOLD IT BACK SO YOU CAN ESCAPE GOT IT?!?!"I asked

"YES!!"shouted the remaining fifteen students alive

I then ran at the monster and pinned him to the wall while the students ran away

The monster pierced my right arm as it started to get infected

I kicked the monster away and then used the weapon of one of my fallen students to cut it off

"SON OF A-"i stopped myself as I heard the screams of my students

"Damnit!!!"I cursed myself as I started to run

As I was running I noticed black ghost like creatures coming out of the black goo

I ignored them and kept running

I finally reached the exit to see that the remaining survivors were only fifteen but four of them weren't from my class

"Toshinori!what's the situation here?"I asked

"Mr. Zephyr it's bad!!there's only tsunade from the second group

Sirzech from the third group

Good witch from the fourth group

And raven"he said

"How could it come to that?"I asked as I looked at the students who were still in shock from all the sudden events

"Listen up kids,that's enough for today,let's go"i said to the children

After explaining everything to the headmistress,she dismissed me and told me someone was wating for me at my house

I entered my home expecting my daughter to come jumping at me talking about how great

But I was greeted instead by a man wearing a black suit

He didn't say a word but just mentioned to a newspaper on the dinner table after that he left

I walked there,my heart racing with worry and opened it to see what it was

I fell to my knees

"NOOOOO!!!!"I shouted

I then started to thrash around the place

"He said as he then turned to me

"As for you"he grabbed me with his left arm and threw me away

"You said you will become just like your father!I'll be watching from above!"he said as the doors closed down

"Wait don't tell me that he's..."as I was saying that the entire room of bombs started elevate
