"Told ya the blanket would work." Katie smirked at Leon. They got up, Katie folding the blanket up, "Now lets see how much damage was done." he said, brushing the dirt off his black T-shirt, "Yup." Katie smiled. The two walked back over to the portal. "Wow, that's a big creator!" remarked a surprised Leon, Katie crouched down at the lip of this creator "Hmm, just a little too much; part of the creator was from the shockwave. Might've killed some Undead with it for a good few miles."Leon shook his head "How in the world do you know all of this?" Katie shrugged, not giving a proper response. "So you are the ones who blew up our portal!!" an angry voice cried behind them, Leon turned but Katie stayed the way she was. "Who said we didn't just found this?" she said with a slight shrug "Can't that be a possibility as well?""Well- um." the boy stuttered, "Idiot!!" another man said, this time Katie did stand to look at them. "You are not supposed to stutter if you want to be taken seriously!" the second man said, who started kicking the first. The kicking man was the shorter of the two, like five-foot three? But both are in uniforms (Shorty had more metals). "Sorry sir." the guy mutter to his superior. Leon glanced at Katie, wanting some clarification, "Hey, it's not his fault that he is shy." she half glared "I mean, if I was a low-ranked person who is not used to the positive attention from another, especially that of the opposite gender." She also smirked a little. "Well, it's not a woman's place to talk out of line, especially to a man.""Woah there!" Leon stepped between "Captain Shorty" and Katie, knowing how she would act to a comment like that, "She was just giving a reason why the kid stuttered.""Hmf, any man would know how to keep his wife in line. You better learn how to do so before she ruin your reputation.""Thanks for the advice." Leon's face began to turn red as he grabbed Katie's hand "Com along Dear we need to get to father's before dark." he glanced at Katie who glared, though she responded with "If that what thou desireth of me; then I must obey." her face slightly pink but she didn't say much. They walked off into the woods, still holding hands. "I think this is far enough." Leon said, dropping Katie's hand, "Good, now I am going back to make that guy a whole lot shorter." she turned and started to walk off. "Don't, we barely got out of there." he said, she stopped."Come on, we need to get back to the others Katie.""But that guy-" Katie clenched her fist. "I know, but now isn't the time. Please Katie, the others will worry."Katie took a deep breath before turning back around "Fine, but I'm going to kill that guy."
