"HAHAHAHAHA......" 

Snow Fall uncovered her eyes and saw two gigantic FoxEaters there. She gasped. Before the other Foxies could react, the bigger green one grabbed Fire Whirl and set him free. 

"HAHA, THANK YOU JADE LIGHT!" with a furious roar, Fire Whirl sprang into the air and turned into an even bigger FoxEater. 

We're going to die!!! Panic rising in her stomach, she turned and jumped into her 3D Maneuver Gear. Taking a deep breath, she turned around and faced the three FoxEaters. We are not afraid. We shall save Foxis with our lives. 

The FoxEaters suddenly lunged forwards, roaring. 

Snow Fall remembered her training and shot her grappling ropes at the humongous beast. Blood sprayed her face as she slashed deep in the FoxEater's leg. One leg fell off, spewing off blood. The red FoxEater thundered in anger and pain. 

"We can't let only one Foxie fight for Foxis! Let's go!" Sun Tail shrieked. All the Foxies began tackling the FoxEaters. 

Snow Fall gritted her teeth as she sliced the back of Dawn Flare's back, and the huge FoxEater howled with pain. 

"No!" Snow Fall heard the pain in his cry. Thunder Roar was lifted into the air by Jade Light. Jade Light was about to shove Thunder Roar into its mouth. 

"Thunder Roar! I'm coming!" Snow Fall was not going to let her friend die! Fear quickly replaced by anger, she leaped into the air and sliced the FoxEater's nose open. Blue Mist slashed at the FoxEater's claws that were holding Thunder Roar. 

'"We're not going to let you die!" Snow Fall and Blue Mist yowled at the same time. Snow Fall shoved Thunder Roar aside, taking his place, and everything turned black. In the distance, she could hear Thunder Roar gasping, "Oh no! Snow Fall got eaten! She saved my life!" 

Panic once more stormed through her, she lashed out desperately, and her sword made contact with the FoxEater's teeth, breaking it, letting shafts of sunlight through. "I'm alive!" she screeched as loud as she could. Suddenly, she had an idea! But, she was losing her grip on the wet flesh. She let go. As she fell, she slashed everywhere, making the FoxEater bleed inside. Once the throat of the FoxEater was completely scratched, she had to run away from the blood that was pooling up. She shot out her grappling hooks and the hooks wrapped around the broken teeth. She pulled herself up. She saw sunlight ahead! She burst out through the hole in the teeth and landed with a thump on the ground. She could hear the FoxEater slumping to the ground, dead, behind her. 

'Snow Fall!" Thunder Roar's scent flooded around her. She felt his warm paws scoop her up. 'Are you okay? We saw you flying from that FoxEater's mouth!" 

"I'm..... ok." Snow Fall rasped. The fast climbing had made her tired. She let herself lie in Thunder Roar's warm body. 

"One FoxEater down, two to go!" Star Shine ran over, panting. He had a long scar down his golden, bright side. "Is she okay?"

"I don't know!" Thunder Roar was trembling. 

"Snow Fall!" Blue Mist hurried over. Snow Fall smelled the strong smell of herbs in her jaws. Then, she sensed a pile of wet moss in front of her. "Drink! You can't die!" Blue Mist nudged her. 

Snow Fall raised her head and lapped at the moss. "I'm okay, I can keep fighting." she gasped. "I killed a FoxEater by myself, right?" 

Before Blue Mist and Thunder Roar could answer, they heard a loud thump, and the distant voice of a random Foxie, "Two down and one to go!" 

"Let's go!" Snow Fall could feel her strength returning. She pushed herself to her paws and nudged them. "I'm okay," she insisted. 

"But you're still tired!" Thunder Roar protested. He added softly, "You can also tell us how you killed that FoxEater from the inside, though."

Snow Fall told him how she had done that. 

"So, if you get eaten, then you can attack it inside, cool!" Thunder Roar was bouncing around. 

CRUNCH. Thunder Roar and Snow Fall whirled around. They saw the last FoxEater, with something blue in his jaws. The blue thing was limp like prey, with something fluttering behind it. The cape of the FoxEater Raiders! Oh no! Blue Mist must have died! 

"Thunder Roar, I'm so sorry..... I was busy telling you how I killed a FoxEater, I didn't notice that Blue Mist was going to die!" Snow Fall buried her muzzle into her paws. "Blame me!"

"Blue Mist!" Thunder Roar screeched. 

"Blue Mist was your friend." She raised her head, and whispered, "Blue Mist was our clubmate. Blame me because I was the one who killed her. It's my fault! Also, I killed my twin!"

"No." Snow Fall felt Thunder Roar's warm breath on her ear. "I know that Blue Mist was one of my best friends. But, Snow Fall, you are my favorite friend. Even though Blue Mist and I were good friends, I never liked Blue Mist. I liked you, Snow Fall."

Shock seared through Snow Fall. "Really?"

"Really." 

"Then will you fight alongside me?" Snow Fall asked. 

"Always." Thunder Roar pressed his muzzle fiercely against hers.
