One month of being with my Prince Charming.Beautiful and absolutely blissful.It was much better than I had ever expected.I always thought that our love was one-sided and I was a rebound but now I am sure I have made my way to his heart.

I am getting ready for school.Dyl had sent me a text earlier that he wouldn't be able to pick me up as he had his football practice.Well then Kelsey and Juliet are gonna do that.I mean I have my car but it needs some servicing so i can't drive it at the moment.Oh and Juliet is a transfer student in our class and she is so sweet.We three were best friends before she moved away two years ago and now she is back.Yay.The trio is complete again.Nikki is actually Julie's cousin.

Well Julie was being bullied by our queen bee slut Marilyn back then and we were the one to pull her away from it.I absolutely despise that girl.She actually behaves like just because her name is Marilyn; she is Marilyn Monroe.. slut.She is so after my boyfriend all the time.

"Ava??Come on.We are late.Let's go before Mrs Heywood dumps us in The Mississippi.Juliet here is even shaking with fear."

"I am not.It's just an insane woman who thinks that every student that comes late is either a druggie or a stripper.She's creepy I tell you."

I couldn't agree more.I got late to school once and I'm sure I would have earned myself a tardy if it wouldn't have been for her incredible sense of punishment.I had to arrange all the books in the school library for extra credit.She is a demonic woman I tell you.

"All right kids.No one is scared.Let's go."
I snickered and went to Kelsy's baby.A pink convertible.Her beau car I mean:p.I swear that girl loves it so much that she must even dream about having sex with it.She has named it secretly but she won't tell anyone about it.I know...I have maniacs as friends.Well wouldn't have them any other way.

"As if you are much better.I heard you got that part of Rose in the Titanic play.You go girl.I didn't know you can act."
Juliet said adjusting her glasses.

"Yeah..I was surprised.I think it was because of your lover boy.Wasn't it??"Kelsey asked with a wink.

"Ha ha ha.Yes.Actually,Elsa you're right.If it weren't for Dylan I would not have bagged that role.It's him who was opposite me so it was easy to act.I wasn't even acting because it came naturally so I give him that credit."

"Awww,you guys are so cute.Do you think Scott will ever think about me??I swear he is a fine piece of ass.I dream about him and me getting married near the Taj Mahal in India,going to have a sexy romantic honeymoon in Paris and then having loads of children.Dear god!!it will be so nice.Oh my I am blushing!!."

Me and Kelsey looked at Julie like she was nuts.I mean the entire school knew about her not so secret crush on Scott.Poor guy,he becomes an uncomfortable mess around her.

"Julie.We get that you wanna play happy families with him but can you keep it low.It's almost getting creepy."

Elsa made a face and shot a dirty look towards Julie who was still in dream land.

"It's obvious she wants to sleep with him."

"How do you know that??"I asked Kelsey,totally curious.

"If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it is a duck."

"Hey I'm not a duck."Julie smacked Elsa on her arm.

I face-palmed.Sadly I understood everything they said.That is what you get when you are best friends with complete weirdos.

"I'm gonna drive."
I said...more like shouted.Not that they listened or anything.They were busy bickering.

I sighed and started my drive to our school.Elite High.

On reaching school I noticed that every one was looking at me.

"Why are they looking at you like that?"Elsa asked.

"I don't know."

"It's almost creepy."Julie said.

"Keep walking.I don't like all this attention.I don't even know what's this all about."

"Ha..so miss desperate is here.Look at you..I almost feel sorry.Almost."

It was Marilyn and her minions.Stacey and Haley.They looked like the slutty version of powerpuff girls.Actually Stacey is a nice girl..or was.Popularity got the better of her but she still is not as ruthless as Marilyn and Haley.Infact she does their dirty work most of the time.Those two are devil spawns... complete bitchy bullies.

"Whatever Miss Std on legs.Excuse us please as we don't want to catch your brain disorder because it's highly contagious when it comes to you all."

Elsa said back.

"Oh..you are a smart mouth. Aren't you?Well you won't be one when your little best friend will cry her heart out because her boyfriend is not interested in her."

Haley sneered back.

I got confused.She is delusional.

Stacey looked a little guilty.

"Are you delusional?Dylan loves her."

I opened my mouth to speak but then I heard something that made the floor under my feet shift 100 metres away.

"She's right hot-head.I do not have any feelings for your friend.I am into hot girls.Not in some desperate bimbo..like your friend."

Dylan.What is he saying.

"What are you saying Dyl??Are you joking.. because if that is what it is... it's not nice.I don't like this."

"No;I'm not joking.I don't like you.You are just one of my play toys.I wanted to have my revenge on you because you broke my heart by lying to me about Amber.I got it now.You are just as heart-broken as me now.Even worse."

He laughed at me.Every other person was laughing along with him.This is the second time he has done this.Insulted me publicly.

I didn't say anything.

"You.. asshole.I will kill you."
Kelsey tried to attack him only to be pulled by Julie who was giving him the death eye.

"You don't deserve her."She said.

"I don't want her."He answered simply but I could see the slight specific emotion in his eyes... uncertainity.Well..good.I am going to give him an answer that goes his way.

Behind him were Scott and Brandon who looked absolutely guilty.I am sure they were just into it as he was.

"Look..the dumb ugly duckling is speechless."Marilyn added and started laughing.

Stacey tried to stop her only to be given a stink look.She stopped after that.Puppet.

And then I smiled and laughed.Like it was the most humourous situation of my life.

Everyone looked at me like I had lost my sanity.Including Dylan.

"Are you mentally ill?Did this heart break made you to lose your brain cells too?"

Haley asked me.She and her friends were totally confused.I am sure that they were expecting me to cry and faint.Well let's give them a shock.

"No I didn't lose my brain cells.I just pity Mr Vanderbilt over here."I smirked.

"I think you should pity yourself."Dylan said.

"Ten days."I said back.

He looked confused.

"What do you mean by ten days?"Brandon asked from behind him.

Kelsey glared at him that made him move two inches back.Good.

"Ten days;Mr Dylan Vanderbilt.During these ten days you are going to realise that you are absolutely and completely in love with me and when this time period ends you are going to beg me to take you back.I challenge you."

Scott was looking at me with a proud expression.Brandon and Stacey were looking at me with awe.Kelsey and Juliet were smiling while Marilyn and Haley looked down-right shocked.

As for Dylan..he looked angry for a moment but then his annoying fake grin took over that.

"Ha..as if.Delusional girl.Don't go crying to Mommy after losing."He said with a laugh.

"We'll see that in ten days Jack.I am really looking forward to that crew trip for the titanic play."

I smirked at him.

"Yeah..right.Me too.I'll love to see you cry at that picnic."

I didn't say anything.Just  smiled at him and moved towards my class.Kelsey and Juliet were grinning from ear to ear.

I am way beyond hurt.I didn't expect this but maybe every love story doesn't have a right and straight course.

Well... I'll make it straight.I am 110% confident he loves me.Even a blind person can see that.He knows that too but being the idiot that he is;he's denying it.I won't let him destroy our lives.We will be miserable without each other.We are perfect for each other.I am going to make him see that.He is such an idiot. When he will come back to me I swear I'll give him a royal punishment before accepting him back.Smug Moron.I knew he was trouble when i fell for him..but  shame on me because I know he is not really bad...just an idiot who is blind when it comes to brain and heart work.😂😂😂.

Haha...so this was the first chapter of The Battle Of Exes.Ava is a spit fire.Isn't she😚😚😚.
