OC Information

Name: Tsubaki Hiou

Aliases: The Camellia of Melancholy; the Spider Lily Mercenary; the Scarred Flower

Age: 16

Eye color: Poppy red though they do change to gold or turquoise at certain moments; also has "Z" marks around her eyes, like Unovan Zoroark's eyes, which she accentuates with red, black, and white eyeliner

Hair color/length: Jet black/shoulder length (Styled like Akari's hair, look at image below for better description)

Personality: vengeful like that of any fabled Ghost-type Pokemon; cold like the blizzards in Alabaster Icelands; crafty like the personality of a Dark-type Pokemon; intuitive like the mind of an all-knowing Psychic-type; tends to get bored easily; has short attention span and sometimes an equally short temper if aggravated;

Other details: wears angular sunglasses (like her namesake from Servamp), has slightly sharp canine teeth, and slightly sharp nails; wears a string with a bell as a hair tie, which was from her mother's kimono before she perished when trying to protect Tsubaki; Tsubaki has an issue with sunlight, making her wear sunscreen or carry a parasol wherever she goes, unless she wears clothing that covers the most of her body otherwise her skin breaks out in painful rashes; she had often jokingly referred herself as a vampire with her allies which they all laughed off (save for a select few...)

Gang name: Vulpine Vendettas

Hobbies: crafting, swordplay, hunting (bounty and for food), making/repurposing clothes (part time seamstress and is the Clan's uniform maker)

Likes: Pokemon, sushi, ramen, kimonos, yukatas, happi coats, kitsune masks, yokai mythology, Pokemon history/lore, plushies, clothing in general, making weaponry (shurikens, kunais, daggers/throwing knives, smoke bombs, Scatterbangs, etc.),

Dislikes: authority figures and grownups (in that order), society, stupidity, treachery, discrimination, narrow-minded people, hypocrisy, anyone who attacks her "clan", the Demon Slayer Corps (only because she thinks it is overrun with idiots and weaklings and personally thinks allying herself with them would be a waste of time and energy, not to mention resources), Kasugai crows (they are always trying to expose her Gang's location to any of the Demon Slayer Corps members and the Zoruas and Zoroarks hate them as much as they hate Murkrows and Honchrows)

Important things to keep in mind: Tsubaki and her gang members call the members of the Demon Slayer Corps "Tengu" (for the Hashiras) and "Crowfood" (for the "lesser" or weaker members of the Corps, especially if they are found dead at the sites of demon attacks). Yes, it is meant to be derogatory, as it is used as a reference that tengu and kitsune are often at odds in mythology.

Rather than using Kasugai crows to carry out assignments, the members of Tsubaki's gang are given a Zorua, much like a Professor giving a starter Pokemon to every beginning trainer starting their journey. She sends them out to the Final Selection, disguised as crows to get passed the Corps as they began to catch on who were affiliated with Tsubaki's gang when foxes appeared at the end of the Final Selection rather than the usual crow and attempted to trace them back to the gang's main location.

The gang's usual activity involves the following: slaying demons that terrorize the innocent; saving children from unsavory orphanages and abusive families and guardians; freeing unwilling women from Red Light districts; mugging drunken aristocrats or pretty much anyone that looks like they have money or they're an asshole; performing on the streets (put on skits for the public to rake in more money); donating bodies of those who attack the gang to medical schools (they make a mint off of the dead bodies); daily dinner cookouts held in the slums for the poor.

When Tsubaki sends her agents out to Final Selection, she always sends some Zorua in the guise of Kasugai crows to avoid detection from Kagaya's children hosting the event, so once they pass the Final Selection and choose the ore for their nichirin blades they reveal themselves to their chosen partner when they are safely away from the Corps' prying eyes. Thankfully on Tsubaki's side, none of her trainees have suffered from death during the Final Selection, aside from a few wounds that were treatable by the Gang's healer and her team.

The Gang's uniforms, opposed to the Demon Slayers' uniform kanji that translates to "Destroy", Tsubaki replaced the calligraphy with the kanji "fuku shu" which translates to "Vengeance", which is homage to her origin story and her Gang's "birth" as they all despise society and grownups as a whole as they were the reason why they suffered needlessly, be it a demon or human. Their idea of revenge is living the life better than the ones who had used and/or thrown them away opposed to what society dictates.
