Summer's POV
I blinked my eyes as I carefully turned around facing the sky. It was a vivid blue clear sky. Each cloud representing a different type of shape, animal and object. There was no sunlight whatsoever but it wasn't raining either. It's the perfect weather. Unfortunately I can't say the same about my life. It's been exactly a week since the 'Luke Incident' yeah I named it. So creative.

I don't know if he has noticed or not but, I have been trying avoid his presence near me. I don't know but when ever his around me I feel....like I'm going to explode. He makes me so nervous, scared but for some reason I like that. His just so..interesting. What's wrong with you Summer he hates you! Yells that inner voice of mine. Now that he comes to the same school as me I don't have any choices but to ignore him. And been my luck his also in a few of my classes. Every single class I can't feel his glare burning my back. It makes everything so hard to ignore.

I check my watch to see how much time left. Twenty minutes. I have a free period right now and I've already studied for all my tests so I don't have anything left to do. Slowly I stand up as the wind breezes across my face.

Walking down the narrow aisle of the school I stop by my locker to collect any books. Opening my timetable I see that next I have PE than A.P science. Yay......kill me. I grab my books and stuff before blindly walking around the school. There's a tall mysterious figure leaning against the wall. It's a boy. I squint my eyes to get a better look before realisation hit me to figure that was....Luke. Damn.
Okay now summer run for your fricken life.

I turned heel and ran.

But that was until my books dropped on the ground leaving a LOUD thud. Omg summer your an idiot.

I looked back to see Luke head snapped at my direction. He looks at me and my books before smiling and running up to me. Poo.

I dont know what to do so I stayed stuck to the ground. Your such an idiot summer, such an idiot. I slowly picked up my books as he approached me.

Before I new it he was standing in front of me and damn he is tall. He tilt my hair pretty much all the way to the back to see his gorgeous fac-- I mean his face.

"Summer" he said nervously. Why was he nervous?

"Luke..." I replied clue less. He took in a deep breath before he reached into his pockets.

Is he going to kill me? I took a step back homes

Is he gonna get a knife and stab me or is he going to stab me with the pencils i lost yesterday.
Summer get yourself together!

But instead he took out paper actually rephrase that he took out palm cards.(a/n palm cards are cards used for speeches)

What is this guy doing?

He exaled a deep breath before he started talking with his rich Australian accent. I am jealous.

"Hi my name is Luke Hemming's I know you dont know me much.. But hate me."

That is true but I am lost.
Is he reading a speach or blessings me before my funeral.
What is happening.

"Luke.." I spoke in a questionable tone.

"Just listen" he explained. I wanted to move but, my curiosity got the better of me.

"My name is luke hemmings and I know you don't like me at all. But right now I would like to change your mind. I know yesterda-----week ago." He corrected looking down at his feet. He exaled another breath looking at me for approval. I just stood there competly lost.

He his apologising idiot. My inner mind told me.

"I feel very bad for what I did and what I said. So on the 21st of april I wrote this speech" He continued nervously.

7 days ago I thought. Explains why he nearly said yesterday. He wrote this seven days ago. Wow

"I would like to say I am really really really really times 100, sorry. Will you forgive me and start fresh again" he asked slowly and nervouly. While lifting his head.

I probably looked like an idiot right now because. I had the goofiest smile ever. I just felt so.....happy. I looked up to see luke shaking his hands nervously while holding his breath slightly. I had to admit it was a really cute idea but I still did kinda hate him.

After a few seconds of debating I decided to go with my heart because, my brain is stupid.

"Yes i will start fresh with you again." I replied with a fake awful british accent setting luke into fits of laughter.

He had a sily grin on his face while he stared at me looking for something. And before I knew it I was been sccoped in the air by two muscular arms.

"Ahhh!! luke let me down this instant!" I threatened. He obeyed what i said setting me down right after he took the most suffocating hug ever.

He looked back down and extended his long arms.

"Friends." He asked with a smile.

"No" I said slowly.
his face dropped within seconds leaving a priceless look on his face.

I started to giggle at his reaction.

"Just kidding of course we can be.....friends" I answered with a huge smile.

Luke's POV
When she said no i felt like someone threw a proper brick at me. But than of course she was joking.

Shes so beautiful its hard to explain. I still feel bad and afwul for what i did days ago .

I knew she was ignoring me for a week and I couldn't take it so i had to apologise.
Luke get yourslef back together you are just friends.

I said bye to summer with another hug before i ran down the hallway like an idiot.

i bardged the door looking for ashton. Soon as i spot him i felt happy.......actually felt happy.
"Omg luke you look happy" I chuckled at his confusion.

"Thanks a lot man i got summer to be my FRIEND"I yelled in excitement. Ashton glared at me suspiciouly with a rased eyebrow.

"So this is why you happy." He asked slowly. With a smirk i couldnt get.

"Yes" I yelled like it was the most obvious thing ever.

I am actually happy.
