Summer's POV
*beep* *beep* *beep*
"Ahhhh" I groaned in frustration. I don't wanna go school. Stupid who ever invented school.

After a few minutes of complaining my mom had opened my door to see if i was awake. Me, just returning a confident smile.

"Hurry up and get ready sweetie. Not much time." I huffed in annoyance. I have an hour to get ready and mom calls that not enough time. Nailed it

I finished my regular morning routine. Wearing a long cute shirt and jeans. I applied a bit of makeup and walked downstairs.

"You ready sweetie" chirped my mom from the kitchen. I quickly mumbled a yes, while scrolling through my messages.

Luke u little weirdo
Hey summer i am going to pick you up for school today in 10min idc if you say no i am still coming. See u in a few.

Me and luke have been friends for a long time now around 7 months and i have to admit....i may or may NOT have a little crush on him. I mean he is cute.

After watching Netflix for a few minutes I heard the door bell. Grabbing my bag and phone I opened the door to see. Obrack obama. Na just kidding it was only Luke.

"Heyy" he smiled shining his signature dimples. Oh my god there so cute. He looked like he was puffed out but I ignored it.

"Hey lukey"I exclaimed in happiness. He gave a small chuckle at my creative nick name for him.

"Uh i was thinking that its a beautiful day and i am with a beautiful girl so why dont we walk to school." I couldn't help but blush at his remark, he sounded really puffed out trying to say that. Did he just run a marathon...in the morning.

"Luke did you just run 5 kilometres or something because you look really puffed" i ask with curiosity. His cheaks turned pink as we continued to walk.

"I-I-i-You-and" he stuttered. He never stutters unless his scared or embarrassed. Now I NEED to know.

"Luke...." I asked in annoyance. We stopped walking as he turned and faced me.

"Promise you will not tell ANYONE about this." I chuckled at his embarrassment . Something funny happened.

"Promise" I growled. I want to know what happened. He stared at me for a few seconds before he started to speak.

"I-I may of been chased by a dog than beat up by a old lady I tried to help. And lost the balloon I was going to give you."

I bursted out laughing.
Oh my god I cant stop imagining Luke been chased by a dog and than crying about losing his ballon.
He just flashed in embarrassment .
"Oh lukey what can i do with you and your stupidity"

*bell ring*
Yay school is over, now i have to go tomorrow. Damn it.

"Bye ash, Calum and mikey" I screamed. After there farewells I walked out to the parking lot. Looking for my car.

Damn I walked to school with Luke today. Talking about Luke he didn't even talk to me after we got to school. And all the other lads have been acting strange to.

*flash back*
"Luke can you give me a piggy ride me feet hurt!" I yelled as i sleighed the words.

"Fine" he grumbled in annoyance. He bent down a bit so I could get onto his back, i mean he is tall.
"OMG your so light" exclaimed luke. Is this guy crazy. "Luke theres no need to lie." He disagreed with my remark.
"You are light as a feather so shut up" he said.

"So tell me luke what colour was the balloon you were going to get me." He groaned in fustration as a kept annoying him about his morning incident.He didn't reply and kept walking with me on this back.

Looking ahead was my beautiful school.(note the sarcasm) so I jumped of his back.

Luke set me down while he checked some tweet he just got.

Adjusting my shirt i look up to see a shocking expression on lukes face.

"Lukey what happened" i asked curiously. I have never seen him this shocked before. He didn't even answer my question and ran away to class.
*end flashback*

Luke hasn't talk to me all day at school. At that truly was disappointing.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I received a text message.

From: Luke u little weirdo.
Heyy summer...can u meet me behind the school today it's.........VERY important. Plz.

To: Luke you little weirdo
Yea sure....everything alright.

He read the message within seconds but didn't reply. Something big happened.

Heading over to the back of the school i saw something i did NOT expect to see. At all.

Luke.... Crying.
My smile dropped within seconds.

What happened?
