The True Villain Revealed (Edited)
It was Andy.
The director looked really shifty, looking around the workshop, and then behind him, into the corridor.
Y/N's brow furrowed.
Andy! What on earth is he doing here?
Andy walked over to Karl's computer, giving Drooper a scowl as he did so.
Drooper neither said or did anything.
Andy pulled a memory stick out of a trouser pocket and plugged it into the back of Karl's computer.
Andy had a smile that Y/N didn't like in the slightest. In fact, a smirk, a diabolical kind of smirk.
Y/N then narrowed her eyes.
I don't like this. Why does he have that memory stick? What's he doing to Karl's computer?
Andy typed for a few seconds before standing back, chuckling.
"One banana, two banana, three banana, four ... the Banana Splits show isn't going on anymore ..."
He then looked at Drooper.
"Once you mess up on stage, it's curtains for you, and your freaky buddies. Then we can do something that's actually exciting, instead of a toddler's playtime show done by big dumb machines!"
Y/N shuddered at the evil grin on Andy's face.
Oh no. He didn't do what I think he just did, right?!
"Once you're done, we're gonna rip you guys apart and sell the bits to amusement parks for something actually useful. Not ... this."
He gestured at Drooper.
Andy then left the workshop, calling over his shoulder.
"Enjoy your last show, kitty-cat!"
The sound of Andy's footsteps slowly died away as he walked off down the hallway outside.
There was silence for a few seconds.
Then Y/N crept out from underneath the table she was under.
Her entire body was literally shaking with rage and shock.
She took a deep breath to try and calm herself down as she turned and looked at the computer screen.
The coding on the screen suddenly turned red and started flickering.
"That ..." Y/N began.
Her sixth sense suddenly tingled sharply and she looked up at Drooper.
He now had red coding across his glasses.
"That ..." Y/N started again.
She looked at the memory stick.
"THAT ...!"
What Y/N called Andy next can not be put in words here.
"I can't believe him! Not only willing to scrap a perfectly good children's tv show that's STILL POPULAR, but also eager to sabotage the actors so that he'd have an ACTUAL reason to cancel the show! What rot!"
Y/N was so angry that she felt like she might explode.
What Andy had just done was criminal, and judging from the film's ending: if he'd survived, he would have been charged with a lot of crimes.
If anyone had found the memory stick, that is.
Y/N clenched her fists, and then suddenly strode over to Karl's computer.
Since I'm going to try to save the intended victims, I think that I'll get Andy into even more trouble!
She took a handkerchief out of a pocket in her jacket, wrapped it around her right hand, and then yanked the memory stick out of Karl's computer.
Y/N wrapped the handkerchief around the memory stick and put it in her pocket.
Andy's fingerprints are on the memory stick and the computer, and I'm willing to bet, in Drooper's head too. With all of that evidence, that should be enough to get Andy arrested and charged with crimes.
I hope.
A sudden thought popped up in Y/N's head.
Oh no! Karl's going to come back very soon! I saw that scene in the film! He mustn't catch me in here!
Y/N turned around and made for the door quickly.
Just before she left, Y/N turned around and looked at the lion animatronic, still upgrading.
"I'm so sorry, Drooper. Sorry for your problems. You don't deserve to lose your show! You don't deserve to be sabotaged! You're victims too, in a way. Really sorry."
Sighing, Y/N left.
She didn't notice Drooper cocking his head slightly as he watched her leave.
Yeah, I know ... Andy is a total jerkhead!
