Paige then came over to Y/N and the Williams family.

"Phones, please."

Mitch tightened his grip on his phone in a ridiculously defensive way.

"No, no, no! I ... I need that for work!"

Y/N snorted derisively, causing Mitch to glare at her again.

Your present girlfriend might actually benefit from a break from a sleazy guy like you!

Paige tried to reassure Beth's husband.

"Don't worry, they'll be safe in the production office."

Looking very mutinous, Mitch complied.

Paige smiled.

"Thank you."

Y/N tuned the voices around her out for a moment as she put a hand to her chest again.

She breathed out and in to try to slow her racing heartbeat.

The action was here now, no stopping it.

Somehow Y/N had to stop a killer rampage by four huge, super-strong, super-smart animatronics.

This ... made more sense in my head. Argh! Ah well, better see how it goes.

Y/N blinked as she came back to reality, and then saw Austin with a very red face.

He was talking to Paige and going even redder.

Y/N smirked.

You blushing, big boy? Yeah, it's obvious that you're getting a crush on her. I wonder what your mother would say?

Paige then went back to the front of the queue where Doug was, leaving a crimson-faced Austin behind.

The queue then finally began to move as the other families began to enter the studio building, chattering to each other excitedly.

Harley, his family and Zoe all looked excited too and walked forward eagerly. 

Y/N tagged along cautiously, unsure of what to do next.

Should I follow them in? I really should, then I could he- Oh my god! I don't have a ticket! Now what'll I do?!

Harley noticed Y/N's slowness and turned around. 

"Y/N? Are you coming?"

Seeing Harley's curious face, Y/N sighed and then smiled.

"Yep! I'm coming too!"

"Have you got a ticket though?"

Zoe, of course, had asked bluntly and to the point.

Y/N sagged slightly in her posture.

"No, I haven't."

Harley looked a bit glum at that.

There was silence for a moment.

Then...

Beth's eyes suddenly lit up, as if she just had an idea.

"I've got it! I bought an extra ticket for this showing, just in case anyone lost theirs. You can have it if you like?"

Well, that's convenient ... and quite handy too.

Mitch looked very affronted.

"Beth!"

Beth gave her husband a frustrated look.

"She saved Harley's life, Mitch! The least that we can do is show our gratitude this way!

Y/N smiled gratefully.

"Thanks! It's jolly nice of you to do this!

Thanks to Beth, I'll be in the studio! Good on you, Beth!

Beth smiled back.

"You're welcome!"

Cheers and whoops rang through the air as the doors opened.

Y/N took a deep breath in ... and out.

This was it.

The show's about to start. Let's hope that I survive it!

Some shows have lots of drama! Some have killer action! And this one has both in full, lol!
