Ruby's POV

I Started to wake up. Honestly I couldn't sleep last night, my mind just would t rest and it wouldn't stop thinking about what I said. It's fine though. I'm sure he will come back. He has to. I look up to see the rest of the team getting ready for the day. Honestly I was thinking of maybe waking up earlier to go see if Y/n would be there on our way but it's fine. I'll just ask them if we can walk a little faster.

I looked to my left to see where Y/n would me If he was here. But he's not... I got up and I scratched my eyes. I looked around to see Nora standing close to me.

Nora: How'd you sleep?

Ruby: Terrible.

Ren: Well we better get going if we want to have a higher chance of finding Y/n. He could be nearby.

Ruby: Right.

Y/n's POV

I Looked around and saw the dirt. I was in a tree so the Grimm couldn't get me. I heard some rumbling at night hut they couldn't sense me since I was a Considerable amount up. Normally Ruby would be next to me however obviously I had left them. Maybe I shouldn't have done that?

I got down from the tree very tiredly. I didn't get much sleep as I couldn't get my mind off of what happened last night. It all went so fast.

Y/n: Oh well. Lets go Y/n.

I had got up and started walking with my eyes still heavy. I had to wake up earlier than normal as I wanted to go ahead to reduce the chance of the rest finding me. Honestly keeping undetected is going to eb hard. Especially with all these gunshots alerting people of my positing.

Y/n: Hmm. I should only use my gun in case in case of an emergency.

Few hours later

I stumbled across a town called Oniyuri. It was a town that I had heard of but I didn't know too much about it as I was so young. However I knew it was in development.

I looked around to see it in a terrible state as if it hasn't been touched in years.

Y/n: (Yawn) What happened here?

I Looked again to see Grimm marks painted across the town. This place probably never finished building. Still who would leave so much stuff here?

Y/n: (Sigh)

Inner Voice: (Giggle)

Y/n: H-Huh!?

I never hear my inner voice thing ever. I don't know what's going on ive been feeling closer towards it more recently I don't know why. It's a strange feeling.

Y/n: Why are you-

(Bang)

I looked to see multiple bullets hit me. I had taken loads of damage in terms of aura. Now I was at 40% It would be higher but the Grimm had taken off a little bit of aura as well.

I got out my sword and swung it to block the incoming bullets.

Y/n: Wh-Who are you?!

I looked to see a man with Scars on his chest and a coat without sleeves walking towards me.

??????: Well, I guess an introduction is warranted. My name is Tyrian and I've come to bring you back to our goddess so that you can be fixed for your kind to become whole again. Exciting right?

Y/n: Wh... I..

Tyrian: Lost for words? Well how about we let our weapons do that talking.

This is bad. Not only am I tired I have half aura and now I'm facing someone who I assume to be very good in terms of combat. I'm probably going to lose...

Y/n: I don't want to fight.

Tyrian: Well, then how about you bring the silver eyed girl with you and I assure you that nobody will be harmed.

Y/n: Ruby?

Tyrian: Yes...

I tightened my grip on my weapon and grinded my teeth. This caused Tyrian to smirk.

Y/n: Over my dead body-

He charged at me and shot another bullet which got through. He then slashed at me a few times which I blocked. He then revealed a scorpion tail which swiped at me which again scraped my aura.

I was on about 16%. He was very skilled. I've never felt so helpless. I pulled out my hand cannon and shot it a few time one of which landed which caused him to grunt in pain.

I used my shadow clone to get a few hits on him but he dodged most of the hits. I had to run away. But he was so fast.

He charged at me again shooting bullets again. This time I landed a few. He swung clockwise and I ducked under causing me to get kicked upwards. My aura shimmered and he spin kicked me away which shattered my aura.

Tyrian: (Mainic giggle) You know you didn't give me a good fight today compared to your exhibition in Beacon. (Mocking Tone) What's wrong!? (Laughing)

He started walking upto me menacingly. I lifted up my sword and he kicked it away. He lifted his stinger up and I knew what he would do.

Tyrian: Don't worry Y/n. This will only hurt abit. Once my Savior fixes you we will be best friends.

Y/n: No.. Plea-- AHHH

He started a to laugh again. He hand stung near my stomach area. I was groaning loudly in pain and rolling around.

Tyrian: Let's g-

????: Y/n!

Ruby's POV (Few minutes earlier)

We had decided to get up early and go straight away to try to find Y/n. We were walking along the path and the rest of the team were trying to keep morale high.

I was at the back of the group only saying a few words here and there to join in the conversation.

Jaune: And then I told Cardin to get me loads of dinner.

Nora: And why wasn't I invited?

Ren: I think it's best if it stays that way.

Nora: And why?

Ren: Do I need to say?

Noras stomach rumbled loudly. Causing the rest of the team to laugh. We then heard something in the distance.

Jaune: Do you guys-

Ruby: Wait...

Those shots sounded so familiar. Wait..

Ruby: That's Y/n's gun!?

She used her semblance on the rest of the team to quickly catch up to the two. I saw Y/n get stung by the scorpion faunus.

Ruby: Y/N!

Y/n looked to the side to see RNJR With their weapons out. Tyrian went away in a battle stance he looked at the others going for me. He was searching for someone.

3rd Person

Y/n was grunting in pain. The rest held their weapons high and they stared down the person.

Ruby: Y/n! Are you okay!? What happened!?

Y/n: (Grunt) Ruby you need to go! He's after us!

This confirmed to Tyrian that the silver eyed girl was here which made him excited more than ever. His mistress said if you capture both then I Exceeded her expectations.

Ruby: What? No, I'm not going to leave you here! Oh and Y/n About what I said las-

Tyrian: I think that's been enough talk now.

We all stared at Tyrian while Ruby put pressure on my wound.

Jaune: Who are you?

Nora: Why did you go for Y/n!?

Ren: What do you want?!

Tyrian: Ugh, more questions? Okay. One last time. (To jaune) Who I am matters not to you. (points to Ren) Or you. (points to Nora) Or- (cuts himself off and pauses) Well... you do interest me. (pointing to Jaune)

Jaune gasps nervously.

Tyrian: No, I only matter to you two.

He points to Ruby and Y/n, and the rest of RNJR turn to look at her. She tilts her head in confusion.

Ruby: Wh-Why us?

Tyrian: (breaks down into laughter) You, you haven't the slightest clue, do you? Oh, how exciting this must be.

Ruby: What do you want?

Tyrian begins acting dramatically in response to her tone of voice.

Tyrian: Oh, the rose has thorns! My little flower, I'm here to whisk you and Y/n away with me!

Nora: Well, what if they don't want to go with you?

He stares for a moment with his lips scrunched up before answering.

Tyrian: Well, I'll take them. Just like I was about to with Y/n before you rudely interrupted.

Jaune walks over and stands between him and Ruby, his shield held in front of him.

Jaune: We're not going to let you do that.

Tyrian closes his eyes and inhales through his teeth. His eyes slowly open, and he happily growls a single word with a dark grin.

Tyrian: Good.

Y/n: No! He's too good just save yoursel-

Delighted that they're willing to fight, Tyrian moves fast to attack Jaune from behind.

Ren: Jaune!

Ren deliberately shoots Jaune's shield so that the ricochet hits Tyrian. Tyrian covers his eyes with his arm and then cartwheels onto Jaune's shield, using his claw blades to spin in the air against it. Ruby steps in to face Tyrian on his descent, but he just kicks her to the side. She regains her ground by using Crescent Rose to steady herself. Jaune takes a swing with his sword at Tyrian, but he simply dodges and kicks him away as well.

Y/n: They're not going to win...

Ruby: Of course we will. (Grabs Y/n) Let me take you somewhere safe.

She picked me up and placed me near the building so I don't interfere with them.

Y/n: Ruby, shoot Nora. Maybe that may do something.

His next move is to run toward Nora. From across the way, Ruby grins and shoots Nora with lightning Dust. It passes just over Tyrian's left shoulder, and he turns as he senses it. Nora gets knocked down when the bolt makes contact, dropping Magnhild in the process.

Mistaking the move for an error on Ruby's part, Tyrian gives Nora a baffled stare and laughs while Ren, Jaune and Ruby simply watch and wait.

Tyrian: Well, if that isn't ironic.

He senses something is up and loses his mirth. With a determined, satisfied grin, a now upright and supercharged Nora rushes Tyrian from behind, moving over his right shoulder and coming before him just in time to hit him with Magnhild. The blast from the contact has the other three covering their eyes from the backwash of dust and air, Jaune actually taking cover behind his shield.

The air clears to reveal a perfectly fine Tyrian in a crouch, using his now unveiled scorpion tail to block Magnhild. He giggles and curls his fingers at Nora.

Tyrian: Not today~

He kicks Nora twice in the face before leaping backwards and upward onto a roof.

Ruby: I don't get it! What is this about? The White Fang? Roman Torchwick?

Tyrian: Plastic soldiers and pawns. My heart and body belong only to our goddess!

Ruby: Cinder...

Y/n: No...

Tyrian: Hmph, only in her wildest dreams.

Tyrian leaps back into the fray. He uses his tail to knock Crescent Rose down. Though surprised, Ruby doesn't lose her grip on it. The two both attack each other and miss until Tyrian kicks Ruby backwards again.

Tyrian uses his tail to go after Ren before finally kicking him away and attacking Jaune next.

A crow flies determinedly toward the fray while Tyrian kicks Jaune back and then Nora, and then Ren returns for more only to leap away again. Without missing a beat, Tyrian lets Ren be and goes after Ruby again. In quick succession, he delivers a right hook to her face and a left blow to her torso, causing red shimmers on her Aura on her head and chest respectively. He turns and swings his tail to knock her back into the air. She flies back several feet and he rushes forward to meet her before she lands. While Ruby's still mid-air, he kicks her right in the abdomen, causing a large red shimmer over her abdomen and hips.

Y/n: Shit!

I picked up my weapon and walked towards them.

The incoming crow turns into Qrow Branwen who keeps running forward after landing.

Tyrian approaches Ruby on the ground and raises his stinger, his eyes turning dark purple.

Y/n was slowly coming forward close to Tyrian.

Y/n: Stop sitting down and do something!

Tyrian: Get some popcorn Y/n and enjoy the show~ (Laughing)

Nora, who is comforting a fallen Ren, and Jaune both look on in horror. Laughing, Tyrian is about to strike with his scorpion tail when Qrow bursts through a building and inserts himself between them, holding his weapon behind his back. There's a metallic noise as Tyrian's stinger hits against Qrow's weapon and clips into the blade. He lets out a nervous giggle of surprise while Ruby and Qrow make eye contact and smile at each other.

Qrow: Hey.

Y/n: Oh thank God.

The camera cuts to black.
