The Bad Guys were on the road driving to Silicon City for a trip. They decided to take the kids with them and Princess to the robot city.

"Are we almost there, dad?" Wolf Jr. asked.

"Not yet. But we're close, son." Wolf said.

They were invited by Dr. Light to see them work on some Robot Masters. The kids were excited to see them.

Dr. Thomas Light and Dr. Albert Wily with Junk Man were doing check-ups on 8 hard-working robots. They had just finished with Block Man.

"All systems nominal! You're in great shape, Block Man." Dr. Light said.

"All thanks to you Docs! You built me rock solid! Well, I can hear the construction yard calling! Block out!" Block Man said as he headed off passing the Bad Guys with their wives and kids.

"Haha. Good luck out there!" Dr. Wily said.

"Ah, Bad Guys! I see you made it." Dr. Light said as he welcomed them.

"Glad we can make it. Our kids are excited to see some of your Robot Masters." Wolf said.

Then Suna Light and Bert Wily came in the room.

"Suna, how many check-ups are left?" Dr. Light asked.

"Let's see... We just finished with Block Man... That leaves Torch Man, Acid Man, Impact Man... Bounce Man, Fuse Man, Tundra Man, and Blast Man. Just seven to go!" Suna said. Junk Man then just sunk.

"Oh brother, there's no end to 'em!"  Junk Man complain.

"Docs, how about givin' your favorite assistant a break?" Junk Man asked.

"I don't need a break, Junk Man! You know, for a robot, you sure do complain a lot!" Suna said.

"Now, let's crank it up a gear!" Bert said.

"Suna, I ain't a machine! I mean, I am, but still..." Junk Man said.

"Oh, Torch Man! Please proceed to the..." Suna spoke before a rumble interrupted her. Suddenly the whole lab began to shake. The kids got scare as they huddled around their parents.

"Aaaah! Earthquake!" Bert exclaimed.

"Wha...!? What on earth!?" Dr. Light said.

"Kids, Junk, hurry to us!" Wily said.

"It's okay kids, stay behind us!" Wolf said. Coming from the roof was a black and silver hover mobile with Sergeant Night aka Lord Obsidian.

"Splendid to see you again, doctors!" Night said.

"Night!" Dr. Light said. Wolf and the rest shield their kids from this villain. Suddenly, Aki came out into the lab.

"Doctors, what's going on? Stand back everyone... I'll handle this!" Aki asked.

"Mega Man!" Bert said.

"Hmph! This is no time for your heroics. I've simply come to give Dr. Light and Dr. Wily a message." Night said.

"Then kindly be quick about it." Dr. Light said.

"Of course! You see, I recalled some old research... The very invention that Dr. Wily invented when you two were students together! Or has your memory failed you...?" Night said.

"Our university days..." Dr. Light said.

"My device..." Dr. Wily said.

"It can't be!" The doctors said.

"Oh, but it can! With a little help, I have perfected your design! And now the world will see what robots really are!" Night said. Suddenly Block Man entered the room.

"Doctor Light, what's the ruckus!?" He asked. Night looks over to the 8 Robot Masters.

"Hmm? Perfect timing. The lot of you will make excellent test subjects!" Night said.

"Whoa! Who you callin' a test subject?!" Block Man exclaimed.

"Quickly! You all must run and hide!" Dr. Light shouts. Night's mobile glowed blue and super sped at them and the Bad Guys' kids.

"Too late! Speed Gear!" Night shouts as he speeds at them. In a flash, they were gone, along with Princess!

"Our robots!" Light exclaimed. Wolf and Snake realized their kids were gone.

"Where's the kids?!" Wolf shouts.

"Over here, Heroes!" Night said. They turn around to Night back where he came from with the robots in a energy bubble and the kids and Princess tied up with him.

"That speed... what have you done!?" Dr. Wily said.

"Hrrrgh! Dang it! Nobody blocks Block Man!" Block Man groans.

"Hey! Let me go!" Princess yells as she struggles.

"Let those robots go, Sergeant Night!" Aki shouts with Wolf by his side.

"Give us back our kids!" Wolf growls.

"Hahahaha! I have a better idea! Atlas, the world will soon respect and obey Sergeant Night!" Night cackles as he flies out of there. The heroes saw this and knew they had to stop him.

"Noooo!" Wolf cried out as he saw him leave with their kids.

"Doctors, I'll go after Night!" Aki said as run with the Bad Guys tagging along.

"We're coming too!" Snake said.

"Wait, Aki and Bad Guys!" Dr. Light said.

"My invention is called the Double-Gear System... it's designed to push robots far beyond their normal strength and speed... If he really has completed it, I'm afraid none of you would stand a chance." Dr. Wily said in sadness.

"But... we can't just let him get away!" Aki argued.

"Yeah! He's got our kids!" Shark said.

"Son... Wolf, Snake, Tarantula, Shark, and Piranha... I can tell you won't be stopped. Very well." Dr. Light said as he and Wily go in the back and bring out 6 small devices with a red and blue gear on it.

"This is the prototype Double Gear system that Wily and I developed at Robot University. If we install this into your circuits Aki, you may be able to stop him." Dr. Light said.

"As for you Bad Guys... we can install this into your suits' system, you'll be able to stop Night." Dr. Wily said.

"But it's dangerous. Double Gear places great strain on robot and machine's systems." Dr. Light said.

"I can take it, Dad! I want to do this, no matter the cost! Hook me up!" Aki said.

"Yeah! We got this!" Mini said.

"Same with us! We have to do this!" For our kids, chico!" Piranha said.

"As you wish. The insulation will take some time. There's a lot of work to do..." Dr. Light said. The two doctors began to work on upgrade the Double Gear System to Aki's system and the Bad Guys suits. They even gave the Bad Guys a Mega buster like Aki and can replicate any Robot Master's power weapon.

A few days later...

Finally, the two doctors completed their work.

"The Double Gear system is fully installed. Mega Man, rise and shine!" Dr. Light said. Aki stood proudly.

"Meganize me!" Aki shouts to Mini.

Now as Mega Man, Aki was ready to fight. The Bad Guys were suited up as well ready to save their kids.

"Go get 'em, Mega Buddy! And remember, your old pal Junk Man is here to help out." Junk Man said.

"Mega Man... That dirty Sergeant Night won't know what hit him!" Suna said.

"Yeah! Good luck, Mega Man!" Bert said.

"Mega Man, you're doing a noble thing. Be careful out there!" Dr. Light said.

"We'll be back soon." Aki said. Each of the Bad Guys wives hug and kiss goodbye and good luck.

"Be safe, Shark." Athena said. They kiss on the lips as Shark got ready to leave.

"Don't worry honey, I will be okay." Shark said. Catalina hugs Snake as he gets ready.

"Good luck, Snake. " Snake said.

"Bring back our kids, Wolf." Diane said as they hug.

"I promise I will." Wolf said. Mega Man and the Bad Guys headed off to save the kids and Robot Masters.
