Earth - 7; Los Angeles

The Waverider 2.0 was now flying through the Shattered Space Zone in search for the pieces of the map.

"Whoa... it's so beautiful." Jay said.

"Apologies for my interruption, but I am detecting another life form on the ship." Gideon said.

"WHAT?!" Everyone exclaimed.

This got everyone to search the ship for the stowaway. Oliver searches his bunker room with his bow and arrow. He turns to spot a familiar face.

"Heh... hey there, Ollie." the GL said.

"What the—Ugh! Jess, what are you doing here?" Oliver asked upset. Everyone then came to see the stowaway.

"A Green Lantern?" Jay said in surprise.

"Guys... meet Jessica Cruz, a Green Lantern of Coast City." Oliver said.

"Hey everyone." Jessica said as she waved to everyone, while blushing a bit.

"What are you doing here?" Oliver said disappointed.

"I thought you guys can use some help. Green Lantern help. Since Diggle and Hal are busy protecting Coast City." Jessica said.

"Fine. Just don't be trouble, okay?" Oliver said.

"You got it." Jessica said.

"So where do we go first?" Logan asked.

"I only know a few locations of the map. The first one is in Earth-7." Markus said.

"Earth-7? We know that place. It's the home of one of the doppelgängers of us." Snake said.

"Well then... Gideon! Chart a course to Earth-7 because that's where we're going!" Sara said.

The Waverider now flew about the seventh earth above it's atmosphere.

"Okay... we'll go now and see if we can find that piece of the map." Wolf said.

"Great! Happy to help." Jessica said.

"Not you. You're staying on the ship with the others. We don't need everyone to come only a few. When we need you... you'll come." Oliver said.

"Fine." Jessica pouted.

The heroes arrived at the Bad Guys' home which used to be Thomas Chesterfield's old home. Wolf-Prime knocked on the door to see Wolf and the others come to answer it.

"Hey guys. How's it going?" Wolf-Prime said.

"What are you guys doing here? Wolf said.

"It's... a long story. Mind if we come in?" Wolf-Prime asked.

"Sure." Snake said.

The group of heroes come inside and explain on why they were here. That one of the map pieces of an ancient sword was hidden here in Los Angeles. This surprised the Bad Guys of this Earth.

"So what you're saying is... that there's a piece of that map here?" Shark said.

"Yep. And we're here to find it. I see that you guys are busy." Gobber said looking at the party balloons and streams.

"Yep. It's Princess' 12th birthday." Piranha said. Everyone "awwwed" at this.

"Congratulations. So where is she?" Mario asked.

"She's outside in the yard playing with Diane." Snake said.

As they go outside, they suddenly saw Professor Marmalade tied up and Princess gone.

"Marmalade! What happened?! Luigi asked as he pull the tape off his mouth.

"Ouch! Thomas took Princess!" Marmalade said as Yoshi freed him.

Each of the heroes scattered around until they found the Bad Guys discovered Thomas' hideout. He was wearing a specialized suit.

"Hello Bad Guys. I see you've brought in another pair of you guys. I won't do any good." Thomas said.

"We'll see about that!" Piranha-Prime said as he, Barry, and Sonic charged at him but he somehow managed to dodge them. He then blasted them away.

"This suit allows my fractal photons to move at the speed of light. You never had a chance." Thomas said as he fires at the heroes.

"This is where this ends—GAH!" Thomas shouts in pain as he fell down.

He turns around to see Shadow all charged up. Shadow then punch kicked Thomas in the face.

"How's that for an end?" Shadow glared.

Later on, Thomas was taken to the Police Station to be interrogated as the heroes try to find the shard of the map and Princess.

"He's not breaking at all. He's not telling me where his tech is nor Princess." Chief Luggins said.

"I do it." Snake-Prime said as he goes in the interrogation room.

"So out of all the Bad Guys... you're the one who comes to see me." Thomas said.

"I did. So you're the Thomas of this Earth, huh? Just like ours was." Snake-Prime said.

"Was? I'm dead on your Earth?" Thomas said surprised.

"Yep. At the hands of one of our enemies. Just tell us where you have her, and this can all be over." Snake-Prime said.

"Oh, what I have plan for this city is gonna blow them away." Thomas said.

"If you're planning something that will people in danger——" Snake said.

"What? You're gonna stop me? You guys can't. It will be too late. I can see in your eyes that you suffered from darkness. Who knows what you might end up as?" Thomas teased.

The heroes were looking for the map piece and trying to find Princess.

"Let me try again. I know I can get him to crack." Snake-Prime said.

"Fine! Let's see what you can do." Luggins said. Snake-Prime comes into the interrogation room again.

"Wow. You actually came back." Thomas said in surprise.

"I'm a hero, Thomas. I can handle a few mind games.  I've dealt with the Thomas of my Earth before he died." Snake-Prime said.

"Am I supposed to be intimidated by you now? The snake who's afraid of his powers now?" Thomas said in a mocking way.

"Maybe you're right, okay? Maybe I am afraid. When I first got these abilities, I was so excited. But when my powers—— they started to grow and change, and I... I bottled them up because I was afraid after when I was evil. I was afraid that I would end up being someone like you." Snake-Prime said.

"Are you trying to rile me up?" Thomas asked.

"No, Thomas. I'm trying to remind myself of all that fear that I have locked down deep inside... so that I can put it all into you!" Snake-Prime said as his eyes glowed magenta and induced Thomas with his pain as he gasped in fear.

"My heart... is...racing!" Thomas gasped.

"You want to face my wrath? Or do you want to tell me what you're planning with Princess?" Snake demanded.

Thomas continues to gasp in fear as he cracked and told him what he did. Snake-Prime then bursted into the room with the other heroes and Chief Luggins.

"Hey. What's wrong?" Oliver asked.

"There's a supersonic jet that's about to leave a secret site in the badlands, and it is loaded with all of Thomas's dangerous tech and Princess cuffed onboard....

A jet was now flying off the highway. Princess was seen cuffed and trying to get free. On the left wing was two bomb discs beeping a countdown.

...But that's not the only thing it's carrying. Thomas has bombs on board. If it blows over this city, hundreds of people will die including Princess." Snake-Prime said.

"And none of us can stop it." Diane said in horror.

"We can."

Everyone turns to face Sonic, Shadow, Pepé, and Barry standing up.

"We're fast enough to reach the jet. Me and Piranha can get Princess off while Sonic and Shadow dispose of the bombs." Barry said.

"Then go." Wolf said.

The four speedsters dashed off. The jet was now flying above Los Angeles. Princess shrugged to break free. The speedsters run up one of the tallest buildings and jumped in the plane. Flash and Piranha-Prime phased through and see Princess.

"Hang on!" Piranha-Prime said as he freed her.

"Lets go!" Flash said as he grabbed her in a bridal way as the two phased outside the plane.

As that happens, Sonic and Shadow slide down the wing and grabbed the bombs the three them far up into the air. The four then jump off and skid off the building to the next roof. They looked up to see the bomb explode in the sky, safe from everyone.

"Whoa! That was... TIGHT!" Sonic said ecstatic.

"You okay, Princess?" Flash asked.

"Yeah, I'm okay." Princess said as her Bad Guys hug her.

"Guys, I'm detecting a massive cosmic energy signature in this area." Markus said.

"Activate Drill Man schematics." Aki said and then drilled deep underground and pulled up a golden paper shard of a map.

"There it is!" Markus said. Suddenly Thomas appeared with a knife at Princess' neck.

"No one moves! Or I kill her!" Thomas barked as Princess got scared. Both Bad Guys growl at him in anger for threatening Princess.

Suddenly, a blast of red and black Lightning strikes down the place, creating a shockwave that knocks everyone off their feet. Princess was even knocked out of Thomas' hands. They turn in their horror to see the Red Death standing aggressively.

"Hello... Bad Guys. I'm back." Red Death said. The heroes looked at him in horror. Thomas looked scared as Red Death picked him up.

"Feels like déjà vu for me again. Here I am, killing another Thomas." Red Death growled.

"Wait! No! Please!" Thomas screams as Red Death stabbed his heart with his vibrating hand, shocking the Bad Guys-7 and Princess who screamed.

"Another one dead Thomas. My, my, this one was almost as worse as the last one." Red Death said as he dropped the dead corpse and turns to the heroes with the shard.

"I believe you have something I want?" Red Death said. Sonic holds on the shard tightly.

"You want it? Come take it!" Sonic shouts as the speedsters raced off with Red Death behind them.

"You can't escape from me!" Red Death roared at them.

"Wanna bet?!" Piranha said as they ran all over the city in streaks of lightning.

"That piece is mine!" Red Death said grabbing at it.

"Chaos Spear!" Shadow shouts as he blasted Red Death away as he grabbed it and they managed to beat Red Death at his game.

"This isn't over. Mark my words, this race is far from over." Red Death said as he sped off.

1 Hour Later...

"Thank you guys. You've truly once again saved us." Wolf said.

"No problem. That's what we heroes do." Sonic said.

"Hey, we're sorry about Thomas." Webs-Prime said to Princess and the Bad Guys.

Princess looked sad. Sure she didn't love him but he was her father.

"Thanks." Princess said still a little shook at seeing her father murdered.

"Hey don't worry. You got a good family to help you." Barry said looking at her Bad Guys.

Princess smiled as she felt better with her family. Shadow then interrupted the moment.

"I hate to interrupt this moment but we need to leave and find the next shard." Shadow said.

The Bad Guys-Prime and the others nodded as they headed off into an opened breach.

"Will I see you guys again?" Princess asked.

"I'm sure you will, kid." Wolf said as they left.
