King Shark

Shay Lamden aka King Shark, was a marine biologist who studied Great White sharks. When S.T.A.R. Labs' Particle Accelerator exploded, the Dark Matter merged shark DNA into Shay, transforming him into a half man, half shark. At first King Shark was a wild monster who was brainwashed by Zoom to kill Flash. But luckily, Flash and his team caught him and had A.R.G.U.S take him and help him control his rage and animal instincts. Thanks to them and Shay's wife, King Shark was able to control himself and soon joined Flash's team of heroes to protect Central City.

The Flash

Bartholomew Henry "Barry" Allen is a scientist in the Criminal and Forensic Science Division of the Central City Police Department. He is the son of the late Henry and Nora Allen, the son-in-law of Joe West, the husband of Iris West-Allen, the brother-in-law of Wally West, the father of Nora West-Allen and his future son Bart West-Allen, and the archenemy of Eobard Thawne (commonly known as the Reverse-Flash).

Barry's mother was murdered when he was 11 years old on March 18, 2000 and the blame was wrongfully placed on his father. He was taken in by Joe West and ended up staying with him and his daughter, Iris West. Barry dedicated the rest of his life to proving his father's innocence. After the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, causing a giant thundercloud to form, Barry was struck by lightning from a cloud, falling into a coma for nine months. When he woke up from his coma, Barry discovered that he had developed superhuman speed and various other abilities derived from it. Using these powers to protect Central City, he began acting as the meta-human superhero known as the Flash, initially referred to by the media as the Red Streak, the Streak and the Blur, stylized as the "Scarlet Speedster".

Barry spent the next several months fighting crime, taking down numerous meta-human villains and other criminal elements, assisted by Team Flash. All the while, he worked with Joe to get Henry out of prison and with Harrison Wells to get faster and develop his abilities. Barry later found out that the latter was the evil speedster Eobard Thawne from the future, having stolen Wells' identity, and the man who murdered his mother. In a final confrontation between the two, Eobard gave Barry the chance to undo what he did in exchange for assistance in returning to his time. Barry decided against doing this, which ultimately led to Eobard's ancestor killing himself to erase Eobard from existence.

Several months later, Barry finally saw his dad become a free man using a video will left by Eobard. It was also at this time Barry came under attack by meta-humans from Earth-2 led by Zoom, another evil speedster who needed Barry's speed to prevent himself from dying. Barry is eventually forced to comply to save Wally West, temporarily becoming a normal human again until Team Flash worked to get him his speed back. Barry soon after defeated Zoom, but not before his father is murdered in front of him. This sends Barry into a depression, and, not thinking clearly, goes back in time to save his mother, creating another timeline.

After Barry undid Flashpoint, a causal loop was created with a possible future of Iris dying in front of Barry. A time remnant of Barry from this future was created, and after being shunned for not being the original Barry he became a powerful, mythical, armored speedster, known as Savitar. After his transformation into Savitar, he sought to ensure his existence by murdering Iris in order to drive his younger self into the circumstances that led to his creation. When battling his younger self he referred to himself as the Future Flash. He was later erased from existence after he failed to recreate the circumstances of his own creation. However, this victory was short-lived; Barry was forced to enter and remain in the Speed Force indefinitely to save the world.

Barry was eventually freed thanks to the efforts of Team Flash, though in the process accidentally created more meta-humans. The self-described Fastest Man Alive was forced to take on the Fastest Mind Alive, Clifford DeVoe, who wished to revert humanity to a time before technology. It was also during this time Iris and Barry got married after fighting invaders from Earth-X and Team Flash first encountered Nora West-Allen, not realising until much later on that she was the daughter of Barry and Iris from the future who had traveled back in time to help stop Cicada. Although conflict arose when it came to light that Nora was working with Eobard Thawne in secret, the three of them grew immensely close. However, when Cicada II was defeated, a new timeline was formed, resulting in Nora being erased from the timeline, leaving Barry and Iris devastated.

When Barry was "possessed" by Ramsey Rosso/Bloodwork after the latter infected Barry's blood cells while he was saving Ralph's life, Cisco nicknamed him Dark Flash. Barry was restored to normal when Allegra Garcia used her powers to cure everyone affected by Rosso's disease.

During the Anti-Monitor Crisis, Barry was revealed to be the Paragon of Love. He was one of the only surviving individuals from Earth-1 after the destruction of the Multiverse in the Anti-Monitor Crisis. However, thanks to Oliver Queen's sacrifice as the Spectre, he and the other Paragons were able to defeat the Anti-Monitor after Earth-Prime was created. Barry also founded the Crisis team and worked to honor the memory of his close friend and mentor.

Following the destruction of the Speed Force, Barry's powers slowly started to run out, forcing him and the team to seek out a way to create a new Speed Force. He also faced new enemies in Godspeed, Black Hole, and Eva McCulloch. While the artificial Speed Force machine succeeded in restoring his speed, it came at the price of Barry losing his morals and emotional attachment, forcing them to destroy the machine. After the sudden return and help of the resurrected Earth-1 Harrison Wells, Team Flash found an alternate usage for the Speed Force machine. Channeling the residual Speed Force energy Iris from her various interactions with speedsters through hers and Barry's love for others into the machine, they were able to restore the Speed Force and Barry's powers.

However, unbeknownst to Barry, the restoration of the Speed Force also resulted in the birth of three other forces; the Strength Force, the Sage Force and the Still Force. These forces allegedly attacked the Speed Force, forcing her to flee into a human form. Barry went head to head with Fuerza, Psych and Deon Owens, the hosts of the respective forces. However, it transpired that the Speed Force desired to kill all the forces, killing their hosts in the process, an act Barry was staunchly against. Instead, he opted to travel back in time and prevent the existence of the forces to begin with; but he ultimately changed his mind and allowed their existence; while managing to broker peace between the forces.

Soon after, Barry and his team are forced to contend with the brewing Godspeed War, masterminded by an artificial speedster August Heart, who seeks to become the God of Speed by stealing Barry's recently enhanced speed. It's only with the help of many speedster allies, including the revived Eobard Thawne, that August was defeated and incarcerated in Iron Heights.

Six months later the powerful alien Despero shows up in Central City determined to kill Barry for supposedly creating an event that will end the world. After proving his honourableness to the alien, Despero agrees to give Barry seven days to prove he will not cause Armageddon. Unfortunately, events quickly turn sour as Barry is suspended from his job as a CSI at the CCPD, before learning that S.T.A.R. Labs is being shut down and demolished. Barry is forced to destroy Gideon to protect his identity. Not long afterwards, Barry encounters Xotar, where he falls to prey to her abilities, causing him to temporarily lose his mind and mindlessly attack his friends, until he snaps out of it. After later defeating Xotar, Barry, for unknown reasons, attacks Central City, an event caught on the news, although he does not remember doing it. After mentioning celebrating with Joe and Cecile, Barry is stunned to learn that Joe was dead, and had been for six months. After escaping another attack from Despero, Barry, feeling overwhelmed by recent events, calls for Black Lightning's help at the Hall of Justice. After discovering that Eobard Thawne was behind it all along, he was able to defeat Despero and remove Thawne's speed, finally ending Armageddon.

Not longer after, a powerful entity named Deathstorm appeared trying to take Caitlin as his bride. In the end, Frost sacrificed her life to defeat Deathstorm and save Caitlin.

In the weeks following these events, Negative versions of the Forces took possession of the Positive Forces through Iris' time sickness and gave Thawne his speed back. In the final confrontation between Flash and Thawne; who had both become gods at that point from absorbing the powers of the positive and negative Forces, after one last warning to his nemesis and with all other options exhausted, Barry killed Thawne by turning his powers against him and broke the Negative Forces' grip on the positives.

One week after Thawne's final defeat, a new group of Rogues started collecting the pieces to build a Cosmic Treadmill for their leader the Red Death. In the end, Barry defeated and imprisoned Red Death and her team.

A few weeks after these events, Ramsey Rosso returned to defeat Team Flash and compete his mission. In the process, Ramsey took control of Wally Wests' mind, and made him kill Barry. Oliver Queen brought Barry back to life approximately ten minutes after he died and helped Barry defeat Ramsey once and for all.

After Rosso's final defeat, the Negative Speed Force chose a new avatar to replace its old one. When it's new avatar Eddie Thawne accepted its power, Eddie traveled back in time to kill Barry with the aid of all of Barry's old speedster enemies. After getting through to Eddie and finding harmony between the Positive and Negative Speed Forces, Barry gave his speedster powers to new speedsters.

Vibe

Francisco Baracus "Cisco" Ramon nicknamed Vibe by Barry Allen, is a former meta-human and former mechanical engineering genius at S.T.A.R. Labs, also formerly serving as the prison guard to their makeshift prison. He came from a Puerto Rican family and provides much-needed comic relief around his stiff workplace. Cisco is also a founding member of Team Flash. He is the best friend of Barry Allen and Caitlin Snow, a close friend of Iris West-Allen, Joe West, Ralph Dibny, and the late Harry Wells and H.R. Wells, and was also friends with Harrison Wells before learning his true identity as Eobard Thawne, though Eobard looked at Cisco as a surrogate son before and after his reveal.

Cisco is the youngest son of Mr. Ramon and Mrs. Ramon, the younger brother of the late Dante Ramon, the boyfriend of Kamilla Hwang, and the ex-boyfriend/good friend of Kendra Saunders and the late Cynthia.

Cisco was also affected by the particle accelerator, causing him to become a meta-human with the ability to manipulate the vibrational energy of reality, although he wasn't aware of his powers until nearly two years had passed since the accident. After the team defeated Cicada, he decided to inject himself with a meta-human cure of his own invention so he could live a normal life with Kamilla. His powers were later restored by the Monitor during the Anti-Monitor Crisis. However, he lost them again when the new multiverse was created.

After the Anti-Monitor was defeated, Cisco began to study the inhabitants and places of Earth-Prime that weren't a part of Earth-1 in the original multiverse. He decided to temporarily leave Team Flash in order to explore Earth-Prime. While he was away, Cisco gave his responsibilities to Harrison Nash Wells.[6]

After Cisco finished his travels of Earth-Prime and gathered all the information that he needed, he returned to help Team Flash in their wars against Black Hole and Eva McCulloch. In order to restore Barry's powers, Cisco helped build a machine that would create an artificial Speed Force, using the information from Nora West-Allen's journal. Initially, he and Barry were unsuccessful, however, after an encounter with a clone of Godspeed, Cisco realized that the missing element that they needed in order to successfully create an artificial Speed Force was in Atlantis, so he traveled there to get it.

After Cisco found an Atlantean portal, he took it to Central City and Team Flash was able to use it to get Iris out of the Mirrorverse. During the final battle against Eva McCulloch, Cisco created a suit that replicated some of his former powers. When he helped Barry capture Abra Kadabra, Kadabra reveals to him that he will eventually go by the nickname Mecha-Vibe.

Due to his fear of working at S.T.A.R. Labs with the next generation of heroes while everyone else was changing and growing, Cisco decided to leave Central City with his girlfriend Kamilla and became the next Director of Technology and Science for A.R.G.U.S. in Star City. Before he left Team Flash, Cisco passed his responsibilities onto Chester P. Runk.

Frost

Frost formerly known as Killer Frost and originally labeled Khione after the Greek goddess of snow, was Caitlin Snow's alternate personality, until she obtained a body of her own. She was also the girlfriend of Mark Blaine and the sister figure of Caitlin. Since she was a child, Killer Frost existed within Caitlin due to cryogenic experiments performed on the latter by her father, Thomas Snow, in an effort to prevent Caitlin from suffering from ALS. However, Killer Frost was suppressed until Caitlin's time with Team Flash, when her alternate personality began to reemerge. Originally, Caitlin's Killer Frost powers mostly amplified her insecurities and anger, changing her chemical balance, but the further she continued to use these powers, the further she changed.

Eventually, after defeating Savitar, Caitlin developed a special partnership with her Killer Frost side, going on to analyze her condition, which resulted in Killer Frost becoming a full-blown split personality, the actions of whom Caitlin would largely not remember.

In a battle against Clifford DeVoe, Killer Frost disappeared as a result of DeVoe using Dominic Lanse's powers to create a mental block, which prevented Caitlin from accessing her alter-ego. After defeating Siren-X from Earth-X though, Caitlin discovered that cryogenic anomalies still existed in her DNA, without the presence of dark matter. After the team found out that Caitlin's father is actually alive, they discovered that he is also a cryogenic meta-human with an evil split personality, Icicle.

During a battle with him, Caitlin is able to break through the mental block created, allowing Killer Frost to emerge. Cisco later gave Caitlin a mental activity dampener created by Harry Wells so she could communicate with Killer Frost. During a fight with Cicada, Team Flash discovered that Killer Frost was immune to his dagger (as she was not a dark matter-created meta) and could help defeat him.

Soon after defeating Mirror Monarch, both Frost and Caitlin suffered from immense recurring headaches, which seemingly led to them becoming separated from one another and Frost inhabiting a body of her own. Frost chose life in prison without parole and decide to pay for her mistakes that she made. The judge, the prosecutor and the jury were very lenient and offered no jail time and gave her an ultimatum to take the meta-human cure, but she declined and decided to take life in prison without parole and the judge gave her what she wants. After there was breakout at Iron Heights due to damage from the Force Storm, Frost briefly escaped to round up everyone else who fled before returning; as a result of her good deed, Frost was let out on bail.

While resuming her duties on Team Flash, Frost began dating the reformed criminal Chillblaine. By 2022, Frost was traveling the world with Blaine for extreme sport dates.

Eventually, Frost became Hellfrost and confronted Deathstorm with her newly upgraded powers. After the two fought throughout the city, Frost absorbed Deathstorm into herself, killing her in the process.

Firestorm

Ronald "Ronnie" Raymond is a former structural engineer for the S.T.A.R. Labs' Particle Accelerator prior to its catastrophic accident. He is also the husband of Caitlin Snow, and one half of the transmuted and conjoint meta-human Firestorm, nicknamed the "Burning Man" by the press. Ronnie died trying to save Central City during the Singularity but was later reborn from the dead.

Wavelength

Allegra Garcia (born February 23, 1999) is a meta-human with the ability to manipulate electromagnetic energy. She is a reformed criminal and a former member of Ultraviolet's gang. After clearing her name from being framed by her late cousin, Esperanza Garcia, Allegra became a writer of The Central City Citizen under Iris West-Allen and a member of Team Flash and Team Citizen. She is also the girlfriend of Chester P. Runk, and in a possible future, his wife. Allegra is also a friend/surrogate daughter of the late Harrison Nash Wells and a close friend of the late Frost.

Allegra found evidence Harrison Wells was alive but later discovered it was Nash Wells instead. Later, she helped Nash and he revealed to her The Monitor, the multiverse, and the Flash's secret identity, Barry Allen. Allegra joined Team Flash and helped out in their missions. After Nash sacrificed himself for the new Speed Force for Barry to get his powers back, Allegra helped rebuild Central City and tried her best to help Frost. Later, Allegra looked for and tried to reach Esperanza but after multiple battles, her cousin died in her arms. After Esperanza's death, Allegra became the supervising editor for the newly evolved Central City Citizen Media.

After Armageddon, Allegra helped Team Flash defeat Deathstorm, a new killer in Central City, and the Negative Forces.

A matter of weeks after the Reverse-Flash's final defeat, Red Death and The Rogues showed up forcing Team Flash to take action. It was also during that time that Allegra and Chester started to get serious in their relationship and take it to the next level, but Allegra got scared. In the end, Red Death was defeated, and Allegra stopped holding back with Chester, and the two are now dating.

Not long after Red Death's defeat, the Negative Speed Force resurrected Eddie Thawne and transformed him into its new avatar; turning him into Cobalt Blue. During the final battle, Eddie summoned a newly resurrected Reverse-Flash to join the fight amongst others. Allegra fought Eobard Thawne throughout Central City, until Thawne escaped and went to S.T.A.R Labs. Chester fought Thawne, but was easily overpowered and killed by him. Chester's powers brought him back a few minutes later, much to Allegra's relief, and the two shared a kiss. Allegra was present at Barry and Iris' party to celebrate baby Nora's birth.

Virtue

Cecile Horton, also known as Ce-Seal-Your-Fate Horton to Ralph Dibny's criminal contacts, is the former district attorney of Central City and a member of Team Flash. She is also the fiancée of Joe West, and the mother of Joanie and Jenna West.

After gaining the power of telepathy and empathy while pregnant, Cecile joined Team Flash in the fight against the Thinker. She aided the team during legal trials and supported meta-human rights, eventually leaving her role as district attorney and becoming a meta-human attorney. While caring for Jenna, Cecile helped the team in their investigation to discover Cicada's identity and acted as a mother figure to her teammates, Barry Allen, Ralph Dibny and Chester P. Runk. After Cicada's defeat, Cecile continued her duty as a mother until she helped the team defeat the Mirror Monarch. When she was possessed by the Psycho Pirate's Mask, Cecile received Barry's help in dealing with the issues of her mother's death, causing Cecile to confront the mask to discover her new powers.

Cecile tried to support August Heart in not becoming Godspeed without success, so Team Flash had to stop their clone war. During the Despero attack, Cecile connected with Rosa Dillon for having her same powers and tried to help her and Mona Taylor, causing Cecile to begin power management training to be an active vigilante on the team. During the Red Death's attack, Cecile shielded Joe and Jenna from the villain's storm before saying goodbye to Joe, who left town to protect Jenna from danger. While projecting her consciousness into 2049, Cecile took on the name Virtue. Using her new hero identity, Cecile defeated Godspeed and helped the team defeat Eddie Thawne's speedster legion. Following the battle, Cecile and Joe became engaged.

Central City

King Shark was strolling through the streets of Central City as it was another peaceful day in the city. He then saw some robbers try to escape and tries to stop them. He roars ferociously as the robbers screamed... and peed themselves. He screams them away as they dropped what they stole. Unfortunately everyone else around ran away scared.

(Sighs) "Why do I even bother." King Shark said as he was suddenly taken away by a breach to S.T.A.R. Labs.

"Where am I?" King Shark demanded as he looks around.

"Sorry if I had to bring you in this way."

King Shark turns around to see Barry Allen aka the Flash standing behind a console.

"Flash..." King Shark said relieved.

"Good to see you again, friend. I saw you're having trouble. Wanna join Team Flash to show everyone you change?" Barry offered.

So days turned to weeks of Team Flash having King Shark with them on missions. As he fights alongside them, some people were still afraid of him and while others started to like him.

"Hey guys, we got trouble near City Hall. Tremor is causing damage there. CCPD could use some help." Chester said.

"Oh, this is perfect. You can help us stop this villain, what do you say?" Barry said.

King Shark looks away as he thinks deeply and then decides to help them.

Tremor was racing his two fisted tank through the city as he crushes through everything in his path. As this happened, he creates many "tremors" and earthquakes. All of a sudden, the tank was stopped by a gray scaly hand. Tremor gets out of his cockpit to see what was wrong only to see it was King Shark.

"You're not going anywhere!" King Shark said as he then rips the fists of the tank off.

Flash moves all the nearby people in the way to safety. He then sees a chunk of rubble was about to crush a woman with her baby when the rubble was transmutated into a candy. He sees Firestorm flying above as he destroys or transmutates incoming objects.

"I was late again, wasn't I?" Firestorm asked.

"Right on time." Flash laughed.

"Whoo! Glad I brought the rest of the team here." Firestorm said as the rest show up show up.

Vibe began to breach incoming objects away as Frost freezes them away.

"Who says work can't be fun?" Frost said as she ice blast Tremor's Quake Mechs.

"Tell me about it." Vibe said as he shoots his vibrational bursts at the bots.

"Hey, Tremor, leave my friends alone!" Virtue said as she sends him down as Wavelength blasted him into a wall.

"Too easy!" Wavelength said.

King Shark roars as Tremor's tank continues to drive itself. It continues to attack him as he then goes berserk on the tank. He rips it apart like a savage monster until it was broken scrap metal. He roars in victory as he looks to see the people were scared of him instead of cheering him.

"Hey it's okay, King Shark." Flash said as he saw Shay was upset.

"Come on, let's head back." Vibe said as he opens a breach and they end up back at S.T.A.R. Labs.

They each power down as King Shark was still looking upset.

"Hey KS, what's wrong?" Cisco asked.

"People... still afraid of me." King Shark said.

"Hey don't beat yourself up. You'll do fine." Allegra said.

"Yeah, don't let their negativity bother you." Ronnie said.

"We know who you truly are... a good person." Cecile said.

As the days and weeks go by, soon people started to see King Shark not as a bloodthirsty wild animal, but as a hero. One day, Dr. Psyclone was flying his helicopter through the city creating multiple tornadoes all around the city creating chaos.

"Soon the city will feel the wrath of my fury!" Psyclone said as he creates more tornadoes.

The many mini-tornadoes sweep up many objects and vehicles into the air as they're thrown all over the city. Team Flash arrives just in time to help.

"All right everyone, initiate omega maneuvers now." Flash said as everyone jumps into action.

Each of the heroes do what they can about tornadoes as Firestorm and Frost control the tornadoes as Vibe breaches the objects away. King Shark and Flash sees Psyclone in the air on Helicopter causing more damage.

"I need to get up there to stop him. Throw me." Flash said to King Shark.

"Excuse me?" King Shark said confused.

"Throw me!" Flash repeated.

King Shark grabs Flash by the waist and threw him up high with force as Flash managed to grab onto the wing of the helicopter.

"Hey! No free rides!" Psyclone shouts as he fires funnels of wind at Flash as he dodges them each as he then throws a bolt of lightning at the controls.

"GAH! What have you've done?!" Psyclone shouts in anger as the helicopter goes down.

Frost jumps in as she creates a slide of ice to bring the helicopter down on the ground safely. King Shark then rips Dr. Pysclone off the cockpit and pins him down with his sharp teeth at his face.

"GAH! Please don't eat me!" Psyclone cries.

"I won't. But next time you try to hurt people... I'll eat one of your limbs!" King Shark threatened as he then knocked him out.

King Shark roared in victory as the people this time cheered for him. Even his team cheered for him.

"Look at that KS, you're a hero now." Flash said.

King Shark looks back at the crowd as he lets out another roar of victory, for now on, he was a member of Team Flash... a superhero.
