Death Racer was now controlling the CCPD as he sets up his grand plan.

"Soon... I will have eyes and ears everywhere. I will be the judge! Jury! And executioner!" Eddie Stark said to Kamila.

Soon all around the city, Death Racer clones appeared in almost every spot in the cities.

"Justice is being served! Stay in your homes! Welcome to the era of the Death Racer!" Death Racer clones spoke.

"Welcome... to the era... of the Death Racer." Eddie Stark said with a grin.

As this happens, the four speedsters try to stop Death Racer only to be stopped as Death Racer bragged about his plan. 

"They're just illusions. They can't hurt us." Draal said to Eddie Stark.

"Oh Draal, when Nightmare made Gunmar stab you in your dream, did that hurt?" Eddie Stark said.

"I almost died." Draal said as he remembers.

"Yeah well... my sentinels are just as deadly." Eddie Stark grins.

"We'll stop you. Just like we do with the baddies before." Flash said.

Later on, the heroes soon discovered that Death Racer was using Nightmare to boost his power in South America. The heroes then made it to South America where Nightmare was locked in a chamber with a cerebral cortex connected to his mind.

"There's Nightmare." Sonic said.

Draal then goes in as he rips open the chamber and pulls Nightmare free.

"Thank you... for freeing me. Now you excuse me, I need to leave." Nightmare said.

"Wait! Before you leave... there's something we need you to do for us." Sonic said with a grin.

Meanwhile back at S.T.A.R. Labs, Death Racer's clones continue to spread across the world.

"Australia, Japan, Russia, and London, he's everywhere!" Khione said in shock.

"He's a plague." Tigre Rojo said.

"More like a virus." Cisco said as suddenly the clones began to disappear.

"What's that?" Jim asked pointing at the screen where a yellow blob begins to grow.

"I don't know, it looks like a psychic pulse burst mixed with... the Speed Force?" Cisco said.

Back at the police station, the satellite dish began to spark up in malfunction.

"Ummm... is that suppose to happen?" Dingo asked as he and Sleet get knocked backwards, unconscious from the explosion of the satellite.

As this happened, Death Racer's sentinels begin to fail as he lose his psychic connection.

"No! No no no no! This can't be happening! Not now!" Eddie groans in pain.

He looks up to see his Sentinels failed. He lost his psychic boost from Nightmare. He turns to see Kamila gone as she escaped through the vents. He roars in frustration and rage.

"Those heroes... ruined it all again... I WILL BRING JUSTICE TO THIS WORLD!!!" Eddie Stark roars as he sped off outside as Death Racer.

"WHERE ARE YOU HEROES?! COME AND FACE ME!!! OR ARE YOU FOOLS LIKE THE OTHERS? AFRAID TO FACE TRUE AND FINAL JUSTICE!!!" Death Racer roars.

Suddenly Flash, Draal, Sonic, and Piranha showed up with a grin, fully charged of Speed Force energy.

"You got your speed back already?! But that's impossible!" Death Racer said.

"Let's just say Nightmare gave each of us a powerful gift." Draal said.

"You took my control over Nightmare away from me! Why must you keep ruining everything!!!" Death Racer said.

"You think it's bad now... wait until you taste the food in prison." Piranha chuckled.

"No... it can't end like this. I WON'T LET IT!!!" Death Racer shouts as he blasted lightning at them only to miss as they dodged.

"Too slow! Catch us if you can, Death Loser!" Sonic mocks as the four speedsters run.

"HGARRRRRAUGHHHHHHH!!!!!" Death Racer roars in fury as he chases them.

Soon the Death Racer chases them as he blasted lightning spiderwebs to catch them as they dodged each attack as they threw lightning back at him. Draal head rams Death Racer in the gut like a raging bull into a building. They then continue to run as Death Racer recovers and continues to chase them. The Symbiote speedster continues to rapid fire lightning webs at the hero speedsters only for them to dodger to counter with their lightning. Death Racer then lightning web slings from a pole and swings towards the hero speedsters, knocking them far away into the sky as they crash down, wounded. Death Racer runs up to them as they groan in pain, trying to get up.

"First I take your speed, and now I take your lives! And justice will finally be served!" Death Racer shouts as he goes to kill then.

Suddenly a chain wraps around Death Racer's arm as he sees the Rogues of Justice.

"Sorry bud, but no one hurts our friends!" Hogger said as he whipped Death Racer into a truck.

"Party Time!!!" Harley Quinn shouts as he smashed Death Racer's face with her hammer.

Death Racer stumbles back as Hellboy and Lobo shoot their guns at him. He charges at them only to fall into a portal by Bebop as he makes Death Racer fall to Rocksteady as he creates a fist made of stone to punch him away. Captain Boomerang then throws explosive boomerangs at Death Racer as Fung then threw his Aeroblade at Symbiote speedster.

"Munch time!" Croc roars as he bites Death Racer's arm and threw him against a light pole where the skunk brothers waited for him.

"Stink bomber!!!" Rough and Tumble shout together as they Spin Dash at Death Racer while spraying him with their foul stink.

Death Racer coughs and gags at the smell as Dingodile and Heatwave throws some fireballs at him with Echo Croc firing his Sonic Blast at Death Racer, hurting the Symbiote extremely.

Death Racer roars in pain as he then Thunder-Clapped, knocking the Rogues out cold.

"And now... IT WILL END!!!!!" Death Racer roared as he goes to finish them all off.

All of a sudden, a black dagger stabs Death Racer in the chest as it dampened his speed. A big black figure swings down to the ground. Coming out of the shadows was a hulking muscular black Symbiote. It was Eddie Brock and Venom the Lethal Protector!

"Nanites... courtesy of the Atom. They're delivering a high frequency that is disabling your speed." Eddie Brock said with a smirk.

"That should dampen your speed long enough for us to deal with you the REAL way!" Venom said as he pounded and cracked his knuckles.

"Bring it on, Venom!" Death Racer roars as he charges at Venom.

Both Symbiotes roar as they fight each other savagely. Death Racer throws Venom into a truck only for Venom to throw that truck at him. Both are scratching and biting at each other as they were both equally matched for brute strength. It wasn't long before Death Racer pinned Venom's arms behind his back.

"FOOL!!! YOU CAN'T BE US! WE KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO BEFORE YOU FO IT!!!!" Death Racer roars.

"You're nothing but a shitty copy of us!" Venom barked back as he broke free and pinned back Death Racer.

"And we don't have to defeat you, because we're not alone! Unlike you!" Eddie said as Venom punched back Death Racer.

"DO IT NOW!!!" Venom roared.

Kai then fired a beam of fire as Wolf, Obsidian Claw Sonic Howls at Death Racer as well. Both weaknesses of the Symbiote began to make it leave Eddie Brock as Draal locks the Symbiote in a container. Flash then stole his chest plate that contain his source of speed.

"NOOOOO!!!!!!" Eddie screams as he charges at them only to get KO punched by Venom. Flash then dropped his armor.

"Now stay down. Nice moves Flash, sorry we're late." Eddie said as he took over.

"Late? That was one hell of an entrance." Harley said.

"Thank you... all of you." Sonic said.

"Sure thing. Anytime you need us." Fung said with joy.

"Looks like your city is more crazier than mine." Eddie Brock said.
