Zavok and the Zetis were now working on building the Cosmic Treadmill with help of the kidnapped scientist, Dr. Ashley Jones. Suddenly Death Racer zooms by unmasked.

"How much longer until it's ready?" Eddie asked.

"It's gonna take longer if you keep interrupting us." Zavok said as Eddie's body sparked black and yellow lightning.

"How... long? Or is getting what you want doesn't matter?" Eddie said.

"Another hour." Dr. Ashley said in fear as she continues to work.

"This machine... me and my Zetis don't care about what you want it for. Nor is it our business, but it would be helpful to know how you expect us to power it." Zavok said.

"Leave the power source to me." Eddie said.

"Okay... you do realize this thing takes enough juice to power a city, right?" Zavok replied.

"Are you guys doubting me? Heh, doesn't surprise me at all. Criminals... a superstitious and cowardly lot... acting all tough only to be cowards when faced with a bigger predator. Easy prey for the spider." Eddie said as Ravage, his Symbiote pulls his mask over his face.

"Now... let us go enlist another prey to our cause." Death Racer said as he sped off.

The Zetis get back to work with Ashley as Zavok starts to have second thoughts about this.

The Bad Guys' Mansion

The heroes were now working in the living room with photos of the Death Racer's Rogues and the parts for the treadmill.

"So we now know this new speedster is behind the Rogues getting their weapons and who also wants a Cosmic Treadmill. Why?" Wolf said.

"No idea, but this concludes that this Speedster and Rogues are the ones who kidnapped my missing person who happens to work at Stark Industries, where are Rogues' new toys are made from." Vector said looking at Dr. Ashley's files again.

"We're gonna head back to S.T.A.R. Labs to help Cisco and Chester program the satellites to scan for Negative Tachyons." Barry said.

"Okay, I'm gonna stay here with Iris, Diane, and my team. Peter Parker just sent me the GPS coordinates of Eddie Brock's last location. After Tony Stark's sacrifice, he and Peter took over Stark Industries together as the new CEOs and now this new speedster is handling out Stark tech to criminals. That's not a coincidence." Vector said.

"Eddie's lucky to have you in his corner. Good luck." Barry said as he and his friends head off to S.T.A.R. Labs.

S.T.A.R. Labs

"So how's it going with the satellites?" Snake asked.

"We're almost done with them." Cisco said.

"But I think we're gonna need more allies in this new battle against the speedster and his Rogues." Chester said.

"That's why I'm here."

The heroes turn around to see a giant black and white Cybertronian who had a GCPD police cruiser design. It was Officer Barricade, the former Decepticon now Autobot protector of Gotham City.

"Barricade? You're here!" Chester said in surprise.

"Yeah... Ironhide called me so I can help you guys." Barricade said as Ironhide showed up, who was Central City's first Autobot protector.

"It's a good thing that we're here to help." Ironhide said.

Speeding into the lab was Wheeljack, the second Autobot protector of Central City, and was a speedster as well.

"You seriously didn't think you guys were gonna have all the fun, right?" Wheeljack said.

Another police cruiser showed up as it transforms as well. It was Officer Prowl, protector of Freeland.

"Prowl! Good to see you again." Cisco said.

"Indeed. Ironhide said that crime here was getting busy. Lately in Freeland, it's been peaceful." Prowl said.

"Good to hear." Cisco said as they suddenly got an alert.

"Satellites are detecting tachyons downtown." Chester said.

"We're on it!" Flash said as he, Draal, Sonic, Piranha, and Ironhide left.

Back at the park, Death

"Where are you heroes? Come on out!" Death Racer said as the speedsters and Autobot showed up.

"Ah! At last, we meet again!" Death Racer said.

"Yeah, we're here... and we want to talk." Piranha said.

"By all means... please." Death Racer said.

"We know what you're doing. You're trying to build a Cosmic Treadmill." Draal said.

"But this power... it's not yours. It's corrupting you. We can help you." Sonic said.

"We just need to know who you are." Flash said.

"You want to know who I am? I am the black that a victim is afraid of when they're alone. I am Vengeance! I am the Darkness! I am the Death Racer!" Death Racer said as Roy G. Bivolo aka Rainbow Raider shows up.

"Rainbow?" Sonic said. Rainbow Raider then used his power to make them be full of fear.

"What's the matter? You guys seem... terrified." Rainbow Raider chuckled as the speedsters passed out.

"Too easy, and now let there BE DARKNESS!!!!" Death Racer roared as he Thunder-Clapped as it creates a lightning EMP wave that shuts down all the power across the city.

"Wake up, sleepyheads!"

Flash, Draal, Piranha, Sonic and Ironhide woke up bounded by chains on their arms and ankles. They look in front of them to see the Rogues.

"At last... the mighty speedsters locked up... and we got an Autobot as a bonus." Rainbow Raider said as Draal sees they're meta-dampened by the cuffs.

"So... what should we do with them?" Dingo asked.

"How about target practice?" Heilang suggested.

"Or! How about we see who's under the red mask." Chuntao said as he goes to take off Barry's mask when...

"I wouldn't do that! If you want to get want to get pumped with 15 volts of electricity from the boobytrap in his cowl." Zavok said.

"What are you doing with them?" Sonic asked.

"Doing our job." Zavok said as he shows them the Cosmic Treadmill as their face looks in horror.

"No... no you can't do this! If Death Racer uses that... he could tear the fabric of the universe!" Flash said as Death Racer appeared.

"That would be a shame now would it." Death Racer said to the Speedsters before turning around to the Rogues. "Secure all the entrances. The blackout should keep the fuzz off our tails, make sure no one gets in! It won't be long until their friends find them!"

The Rogues then head off as Death Racer glares at them.

"You said you wanted to talk... so let's talk." Death Racer said as his tongue licks Flash's face.

S.T.A.R. Labs

"Damn it! Comms are still down! I can't get a lock on them." Allergra said.

"Well even with our backup generators, we're at 12% power. We have no way to track them down." Cisco said.

"No doubt Death Racer and the Rogues have them." Wolf said.

"So what do we do?" Tigre Rojo asked.

"What if we call for our Rogues of Justice to help us?" Shark suggested.

"Sure, I could send a message out to call them." Cisco said as he gets to work.

Meanwhile, Death Racer is walking around his captured prey.

"Look at you fools! Heroes... chained... powerless... alone... Flies in my web." Death Racer said.

"We don't know who you are... but this anger you feel... it's not yours. Let us help you. Free you from the negative force." Flash said.

"What makes you think I'm not in control?" Death Racer said as he zapped them.

"What did we do to you?! What do you want?!" Draal growled in pain.

"Nothing compare to what's coming. Especially to your loved ones." Death Racer said.

Back at the mansion, Iris and the others were lighting up the rooms with lanterns when they heard a knock on the front door. Vector checks it out as he looked through the peak hole.

"Help me..."

They then open the door to see Eddie Brock wounded.

"Eddie Brock?!" Vector said in surprise.

Few seconds later...

"Last thing I remembered was driving between New York and New Jersey when some EMP pulse knocked me off my motorcycle." Eddie said as Iris wraps up his wound.

"We think we know what happened. It's this new villain we're facing. Barry believes he's another Avatar of the Negative Speed Forceike the Red Death." Iris said.

"Let me guess... evil speedster with a Symbiote armor of black and gold?" Eddie guessed.

"How did you—" Vector said.

"Yeah, a few weeks ago I was patrolling around New York when this speedster blindsided me. Beat my ass, left me for dead. Called himself the Death Racer." Eddie said.

"When he attacked you, did he steal anything from you? Gear, tech?" Vector asked.

"Yeah, he ransacked my backpack full of my tack. How do you know that?" Eddie Brock asked.

"This new speedster is handing out his Rogues weapons, advanced versions of stark tech." Diane said.

"Yeah, well... I could've use that tech. Took me forever to get back home, and when Peter told me that you were looking for me, I thought I come here to support you." Eddie explained.

"You got all the way from New York to Central City?" Iris said surprised.

"I used an extrapolator. Hey, where are your other friends?" Eddie asked.

"They're at S.T.A.R. Labs, at least that's where we think they are. The EMP knocked out our phones as well." Jim said.

"Well, I appreciate you helping me, but now... I want to help you take down the speedster." Eddie said.

"Hit by an EMP wave and now back to crime fighting?" Espio said.

"Well, everyone has their limits... I choose to ignore them." Eddie Brock said.

"Leave Iris and Diane out of this! They got nothing to do with this!" Flash said.

"Oh but they do! Whatever happens to them... is your fault." Death Racer said.

"You don't understand! The Negative Speed Force is clouding your mind! It makes you think that we've done something to you! It wants to upset the balance of the universe! To make you its champion!" Barry exclaimed.

"Is that where you really think where my power comes from? Ha ha! On no, speedsters." Death Racer said as he takes of his mask, to reveal no one inside it.

"What the hell?!" Draal said shocked.

"I'm something far more dangerous." Death Racer said as he clicks his helmet back on.

"Your armor... you're controlling it remotely with your Symbiote." Flash said.

"We built this armor together just as we created our own speed source. Which means, we don't need any pathetic negative force." Death Racer said.

"You're not an Avatar. Your speed is artificial. Only organic speed can power the treadmill. That's why we're here?" Flash said.

"You four are gonna run on it until you drop dead so I can get what I want." Death Racer said.

"That's why we're here?" Flash asked through Eddie's comms.

"Hey Eddie, you okay?" Vector asked as he handed him coffee.

"Yeah... so Iris! You're busy with the CC Media?" Eddie asked as he takes out the cream.

"Yeah, I didn't know you were a fan." Iris said.

"So Death Racer has everything for his treadmill, right?" Eddie said.

"Yeah, but our friends have new allies to help them." Jim said showing pics of their Rogues of Justice.

"They're working with criminals now?" Eddie Brock asked.

"Reformed criminals... mostly." Jim said.

"There's no such thing." Eddie Brock said in hate as the heroes get suspicious.

"I get it. If my parents were killed by the Wonderland Gang... I wouldn't trust criminals either." Iris said as she and Diane pull something out of the draw.

"Yeah well... that was a long time ago." Eddie said looking at the files.

Suddenly, Iris and Diane pull out their Velocity Zero Guns at Eddie with the Chaotix armed up as well.

"Was it something I said?" Eddie Brock asked looking at them darkly.

"Eddie Brock's mother, Jamie Brock, died in childbirth while his father, Carl Brock, is still alive. The REAL Eddie Brock never came to our mansion, yet here you are, acting like you own the place. So who are you?" Diane said.

Eddie Brock sighs as he puts his drink down. He then deactivated the face cloak that hid his scarred face, surprising them.

"Guys... you need to calm down. Okay? I am Eddie Brock, I'm from a different universe where we're good friends. Only on my world... the Flash, the Bad Guys, and Spider-Man are the villains." Eddie Brock said.

"You're Death Racer... so you're here to kill us?" Iris asked.

"If I wanted to kill you guys, I could've." Eddie admitted.

"So what... you came here to play with us?" Vector asked.

"If I came to you guys as your enemy, you would've locked me up. I thought maybe if you got to know me, you guys would hear me out before I had to drop this bomb." Eddie Brock explained.

"We want the truth." Iris said.

"Where I'm from... both my parents died in an accident when I was 13 years old. Tony Stark adopted me as his son. I learn everything about technology from him. After his sacrifice against Thanos, I took over as the CEO of the company. Later on, I then came in contact with my Symbiote. I used my new power to protect my city from villains. Riot, Loki, Spot, Mr. Negative, even my own sister... only for them to come back to prey on the innocent again, and again and again. I was losing fight so I did what I had to do. I studied the technology of the weapons my enemies used, and create my own versions of them with my own tech." Eddie Brock explained.

"So that's where the Rogues new weapons come from." Vector said.

"Eventually I decided to study the abilities of other heroes. Starting with two of my closest allies of the Avenger League." Eddie said.

"Flash and Spider-Man." Iris said.

"I mined the data off of their suits... and created my armor. My own artificial speed force and spider powers." Eddie explained.

"You really expect us to believe that you stole superspeed and Spyder powers just to stop crime?" Vector said.

"Not stop it... eliminated it. With the powers of flash and Spider-Man, I could stop a criminal before they even commit crime. Don't you see? The people of my city were suffering, they needed a hero who can make a change. I was doing something that Flash, Spider-Man, and the Bad Guys failed to do. So they freed their Rogues and the Sinister Six to attack me. They nearly destroyed my city trying to find me." Eddie explained.

"That doesn't make sense. Why would they do that?" Jim asked.

"Even heroes have their own demons. I tried to hide in the Speed Force but because my speed is organic so it splat me out in this universe. But I have to go back." Eddie said.

"And that's you need the Cosmic Treadmill." Jim said gripping onto Daylight.

"I have to go back. Who knows what damaged they've done. You guys are the keys to ending the war on my Earth." Eddie Brock said.

The speedsters hang there as they Ashley chained up. Zavok shows up with a bottle of water to give them.

"Thirsty?" Zavok asked.

"No thanks!" Draal growled.

"You can still walk away from this, Zavok. You and the Zetis can join us!" Flash said.

"We can't! It's too late. All of the things we've done... I can't." Zavok said.

"You're wrong Zavok! It's very too late for a second chance." Sonic said.

Back with Jim, the Chaotix, and the others... they were still in conversation with Death Racer.

"So now you know the truth. You guys can stop Flash and the Bad Guys. Talk sense to them." Eddie Brock said.

"Wouldn't it be better to ask your Iris and Diane?" Jim asked.

"I tried... we had a fallout when the heroes turned against me." Eddie Brock said.

"We don't believe you. You said that you were friends with them, why wouldn't they help you?" Diane said.

"Because they can't. When the Rogues and Sinister Six had me trapped. I was dead to fights, All I can do was throw lightning bolt. It was meant for Flash and Spider-Man but..." Eddie said.

"You killed them." Jim said shocked.

"It was an accident. If my Iris and Diane were alive... it will be able to end things on my world." Eddie said.

"But they're not. That part we believe, but it's the rest of your story that doesn't add up." Iris said.

"You said that the heroes turned against because they were jealous. But you're the one who's obsessed with criminals' tech. Trying to stop crime before it's even committed. Did they really turn against you? Or did they see your thirst for power and try to take you down?" Vector said.

"You're twisting my words." Eddie said trying not to get angry.

"Why are you trying to take us to your world? Do you really want peace? Or do you want to use us as bait to lore your Flash and Spider-Man out?" Iris said.

"I am trying to protect my city!" Eddie said.

"You don't want peace with them... you want to kill them!" Iris said as she points her gun at him.

"YOU DAMN RIGHT I DO!!!!" Eddie lashes out as he knocks them all down as he looks disappointed and in anger.

"I really didn't want to do this... but you wanna get nuts?!" Eddie Brock said.

Suddenly black and gold parts began to slap all around Eddie's body as black goo covers his body as well. The last part was his mask as Ravage took over with a deadly grin.

"Come on! Let's get nuts!" Death Racer said.

Sonic, Flash, Draal, and Piranha were now being taken to the treadmill when Death Racer showed up with Iris, Diane, and Jim.

"Trollhunter!
"Iris!"
"Diane!"

"Are you guys okay?" Piranha asked.

"Well, that all depends on you guys." Death Racer said as he pulls off his mask.

"Eddie Brock?!" Flash said surprised.

"I'm just a man... trying to get home. Now, you speedsters are gonna run until you can't run anymore, and if you don't... they die!" Eddie Brock said.

"That's not true, he needs us alive!" Diane said.

"But I don't need you guys undamaged." Eddie said as he shocks the three.

"No! Stop! Already! We'll do it!" Flash said.

"No don't!" Jim protests.

"I won't let them hurt you, Trollhunter." Draal said. Death Racer then glare at Ashley.

"Deactivating meta-cuffs." Ashley said as the cuff come off.

The speedsters then step on the treadmill as Death Racer glares at them.

"Engaging quantum engine." Zavok said as he activated it from the tablet.

They soon begin to run on it. As this happens, black and yellow lightning sparks in the clouds as the heroes and the Rogues managed to locate them.

"We got a lock on them! They're at the harbor bay on Root 19!" Dingodile said.

"Great! Let's go get them." Tumble said.

Meanwhile, Flash, Sonic, Draal, and Piranha continue to run on the Cosmic Treadmill as they start to get weaker and weaker.

"Zavok please! Think about your brother!" Jim said.

"You don't have to do this, you still have a choice." Iris said.

"No they don't. I'm giving them what they want, something that you heroes stop them from having. It's too late." Eddie said grinning.

Zavok then thinks hard as he saw the speedsters being forced to run. He remembers how much he loved Zaratch and how much he loved Zavok. They both loved each other. He made his final choice.

"It's never too late." Zavok said as he then pressed a button on the tablet.

Suddenly the Cosmic Treadmill explodes, knocking Flash, Draal, Sonic, and Pepé off it into a wall with a "oof". As this happened, all of that organic speed was shot into Death Racer. He screams in pain as his Symbiote roars in pain as well. They fall down unconscious with the nearby Rogues.

"Barry! You guys okay?" Iris asked as Diane and Jim help them up and free Ironhide.

"Yeah... Zavok? What did you do?" Flash asked.

"We overloaded the capacitors so instead of turning organic speed into a portal, it shot it all back at him." Zavok said as he Zetis stood behind him.

"Overloading his artificial speed." Sonic said.

"Yeah, Treadmill is toast. We need to go." Zavok said as he frees Ashley.

"Where do you think you're going?" Sleet said as the other Evil Rogues showed up.

"Take Ashley and get out of here, we'll stall them." Zavok said.

"Zavok!" Sonic said.

"GO!!!" Zavok barked as he and the Zetis fight off the evil Rogues.

"We gotta help." Piranha said as the hero Rogues showed up.

"Need some help?" Rocksteady said.

"How's you find us?"  Diane asked.

"Long story. Explain later. We gotta split like a banana." Harley said.

"Ironhide! Breach is out of here." Draal said as Ironhide opens the breach to go back to S.T.A.R. Labs.

"Zavok! Guys! Come on!" Flash shouts.

Zavok and the Zetis finished knocking out the Rogues as they jump through the breach with the other heroes.

"Thanks guys." Piranha said as Zaratch runs in and hugs Zavok.

"I've missed you, bro." Zaratch said to Zavok who hugs him back.

"Okay now what? Death Racer is still out there." Drago said.

"And his pack of Rogues." Croc said in hate.

"Then we need to come up with a plan." Flash said as they try come up with a plan.

Meanwhile back at Death Racer's base, Eddie Brock was looking at the destroyed Cosmic Treadmill, his only chance to get home was destroyed.

"It's all gone... my work... my dreams... everything... crushed... by those heroes AGAIN!!!" Eddie shouts in a fit of rage.

"So... what do you want us to do now, boss?" Dingo asked clueless.

"The heroes... won't let me go back home... so I'll take theirs instead. But this time, we will bring the war TO THEM!!! AARRGGGHHH!!!" Eddie Brock roars in pure rage as his Symbiote roars.
