"Rainbow Dash! Darling!" Rarity whines, "Hurry up!"

I inhale deeply and exhale sharply. I just spent 20 minutes in Rarity's dressing room standing in front of her full-size wall mirror. I stare at myself, unable to understand what I feel about this swim suit. It's a black, strappy, high neck halter top and black strappy bottom. Ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh! I can't go out looking this! Why did I buy this!? Anyone can see my chest!

My thoughts are suddenly interrupted a continuous banging on the door. "Rainbow Dash! Everyone is literally downstairs already!" Rarity growls.

"Just a minute! I'm just fixing something-"

"What!?"

"Nothing! Nothing! I'll be there!"

I hear Rarity sigh, "Twilight, sweetie, and Sunset, you two can go ahead. We'll meet you downstairs, so hurry up Rainbow Dash!"

I hear the door close and another bang on the door, "Rainbow Dash!? What is going on!?"

I bite my lip, debating whether I should just stay in my room and never show up until everyone leaves, or just ignore these straps and get on with my night. Why the hell are you overthinking about this!? It's just some straps that at least reveal your chest! They don't even reveal the cleavage part because your breasts are just averagely small! I internally groan, taking a glance at my chest. They are small but not that small!

Whatever, I have a body that anyone would die for, I don't care about anyone thinks about this. Just get out of there already!

"I'm coming!" I yell.

"You've been saying that for the past 30 minutes!" Rarity yells back.

Groaning, I walk over to one of Rarity's cabinets. I'm going to look for something to cover myself, like some bath robe or what, but not an actual bath robe. I roam my hands around the satin clothes of Rarity. Everything is so necessarily organized in here, her leather shoes to her felt shoes, her leather jackets to her camel coats. Her night time clothes are separated too from satin and cotton. She also has an entire cabinet of just Haute couture clothes.

I flick through the hanger rack of the "satin only" cabinet, checking the satin clothes one by one. They are also arranged by color. Did Rarity arrange all of these? I'm guessing she had Twilight over here.

"Aha!" I say, grabbing the rose gold satin duster coat. I quickly slip it on me as I run towards the door, swinging it open, "I'm ready!"

Rarity lifts her head up from the bed. She lifts herself up as she groans, "Finally! What took you so long!?"

"It was kind of difficult finding this thing." I reply while tugging on the coat.

"The entire dressing room was arranged, darling, it was arranged so it could be easier!"

"Yeah, heh, well you had a ton of clothes!"

She rolls her eyes, blowing a raspberry, "Whatever, let's go the other are waiting for us."

"Okay! Okay! I'm coming! Jeez! Slow down!" Rarity removes my hand off her grasp and glances from left to right.

"Where are they?" she asks, finding our friends in the crowd of people wearing bikinis too. Rarity groans, "I should've not invited this many people!"

"Rarity, it just looks around twenty to thirty people? I don't know, they're all just our friends and friends of friends..." I trail off.

"Same thing."

I chuckle at her statement and I slowly glance at the people near the pool, then then slowly looking at the group of people talking. My eyes widen as I spot Soarin who was shirtless talking to Thunderlane. I squirm, taking a step back, and Rarity pulls my arm again and I yelp,

"Twilight! Fluttershy! We're here!" Rarity shouts causing people to look at her and cheer. Soarin and Thunderlane glances at Rarity and Soarin's eyes trail over to me. His expression was unable to read, he looks

"Shit." I cuss, looking away quickly as I let Rarity pull me towards our friends. We both run up to our friends who are standing beside the table with a lot of foods. Our friends all look at us and smiles. "Great party, Pinkie Pie!" I say, grabbing a pizza from the table.

"Thanks! It's no big deal though! It was super duper easy! I even bought my party canon!" Pinkie Pie says cheerfully.

"Pinkie Pie, are you tryna scare people with that? It's dark out here," says Applejack.

"Why would they be scared of a party cano? Psh!" Pinkie chortles.

"I swear, if someone gets injured here, you're gonna be responsible for that." Applejack states.

"Oh, c'mon!" Pinkie laughs, "Live a little, Applejack! I'll tell everyone to watch don't worry!"

Applejack raises a brow, "And how are you gonna do that?"

"Well how else would you tell them, silly?" Pinkie starts to stretch, extending her arms in front of her and she stands on the chair.

"Pinkie, I don't think you should do that-" Fluttershy gets cut off by Pinkie screaming.

"HEY, EVERYBODY! I BROUGHT A PARTY CANON! JUST IN CASE, YOU GUYS SHOULD EXPECT THIS THING TO BLOW UP ANY TIME SOON, BUT THAT'S A SECRET!" Pinkie screams, gaining weird looks from everyone and jumps off the chair, grinning at Applejack and Applejack rolls her eyes.

"Girls!" Rarity pouts, "This is a pool party! Why aren't we swimming!?"

"Well, I'm kinda not in the mood yet..." Twilight trails off. Rarity grabs my wrist and Twilight's, pulling us both towards the pool. A yelp escapes Twilight's lips, "Rarity! Please don't!"

Rarity pulls us harder until we were standing on the edge of the pool. She manages to push Twilight, making Twilight stumble and falls. Rarity laughs and pushes me to the pool after Twilight. I quickly stop and balance myself from falling while Twilight splashes into the water.

"Rarity!" Twilight shrieks "I...am gonna kill you!" She says, breathing heavily after plunging out the water. The others laughs and I burst out laughing and clapping with them. Twilight pulls herself out from the water, shaking in cold. Her teeth chattering and she glares at us.

My hands cross on my stomach while I laugh uncontrollably. Before I knew it, Twilight pushes me off the edge, into the pool. I shriek as my skin hits the icy, cold, freezing water and I shiver at the chilly temperature. I quickly jump out of the pool, looking down at Rarity's now-wet Satin coat.

I embrace my self as I shudder in cold, walking towards Rarity who was laughing, disgracefully out of herself. I glare at her, snatching the towel off her hands. Great. Now I have to get rid of this coat. I exhale sharply as I slowly slip the drenched satin coat off me. The laughs suddenly start to quiet down.

The coat falls on the floor, and I bend over from my waist to pick it up. I whip my head as I straighten myself, noticing everyone staring at me and I throw them a confused look

"What? Keep laughing!" I say as I roll my eyes. I walk towards the pool benches as I pat the towel on my skin. I gently squeeze the water out the satin coat and I place it on the small table beside me.

"That was epic."

I look up to see Sunset grinning at me and I grunt. "I wasn't planning on taking a swim because of these." I say, pointing on my swim suit.

Sunset raises a brow, "What do you mean? You look nice."

"People can see right through my chest." I remark.

"Yeah, and? What's wrong about that?"

"...Nothing." I purse my lips and cross my arms.

"Exactly."

My eyes wander off to the people who laughing and jumping into the pool. Then wander off to Soarin, Flash, and Thunderlane talking and laughing with each other. I heave a sigh, leaning down and placing my elbows on my knees with my hands on my cheeks. A part of me wanted to apologize to Soarin for bringing that up, but the other part of me wants to be a pussy about it.

Sunset notices me gazing on the floor and she glances at Soarin. "Are you forgetting about something?"

I raise a brow, "What do you think, Sunset?" I ask sarcastically.

"Why aren't you talking to him then? I thought you two were friends?"

I bite my lip as my eyes continue to gaze at Soarin. I watch him wave at Flash and Thunderlane as the two walk towards the food table. My eyes follow him walking towards the pool. The girls swimming wave at him and he smiles at them. Ugh, fuck it.

Swallowing the lump that was building up on my throat, I stand up from the bench and clenched my hands into fists as I take a deep breath before. Sunset smirks at me as I start to walk, "What changed your mind, Dash?"

I turn to face Sunset, throwing her back a smirk, "What you said." I turn around and start walking towards Soarin. I veer to the other direction and stop 5 meters away from him, planning to walk up behind him. I take a deep breath and I continue but slowly walk up to him.

"Now I know how it feels like when the Rainbow Dash is sneaking up on me."

I stop on my tracks when Soarin suddenly speaks and my eyes widen. He glances at me with a warm smile, "What's gotten into you?"

I exhale sharply and I stand beside him, "Nothing." I smile slyly, "I just missed the times where we you weren't mad at me."

He smiles amusingly, "Really?"

I look up at him, my lips parting as I hesitate to say the words, "Can we promise each other, to go back normal? Like absolutely normal where we don't kiss each other or anything that's beyond our friendship? The last thing I want is to ruin everything for the both of us. You're the last person I'd want to lose, Soarin. "

He stares at me for a moment, his eyes glistening. A smile slowly forms on his lips and he chuckles, bringing his pinky up, "Promise."

I twirl my pinky finger around his, smiling at him.

"Why do you suddenly feel like apologizing? I wasn't mad at you the entire day. I just needed to cool off a bit."

"Yeah, well, I kinda realized it was my fault for bringing that up-"

Soarin puts a finger on my lips and shakes his head, "Look, Rainbow, we all have feelings. It's alright for a person to be overwhelmed by their own emotions. Especially if you don't understand it."

I look down at the floor, wait, understand it? I swear I heard someone say that to me before-Rarity! I look up at him again and narrow my eyes, "What understand-"

"Nope! Nah! Nada! I didn't say anthing!"

"Hey, just so you know I am capable of understanding my own emotions-"

He cuts me off waving a hand at me, "Yeah, yeah, okay!"

I glare at him but my face quickly softens and I let out a giggle. He looks at me weirdly and a chuckle escapes his lips. I smile at him, raising a brow, "What are you laughing about?"

"Well, what are you giggling about?" He asks.

"Nothing. I just feel," I pause for a moment and stare into his emerald eyes. I feel my cheeks heating up and my lips form into a smile, "Happy."

He laughs, "You're so sappy, I'm not used to it."

My smile breaks, forming into a scowl, "Fine, then. You'll never get to hear about that again." I say, turning my back and walking back to the pool benches.

"C'mon, Rainbow Dash, are you gonna swim or not?" I hear him yell and I ignore him. As I was near the benches, I hear the sound of footsteps growing, like a person was running. I furrow my eyebrows in confusion and I turn around, watching Soarin grinning evilly as he scoops me up by my legs.

I gasp, "Soarin!? What are you doing!?" I ask, freaking out as he carries me towards the pool while I was hanging on his shoulder.

"Soarin!!" I screech, "Drop me down!"

I hear him chuckle and I could just imagine him smirking, "With pleasure."

He throws me up to the air and I land back on the water and it hits my body hard, feeling like I was just slapped but on my entire body. I swim up, wiping the water off my face and I glare at Soarin who was laughing hysterically.

While I watch him laugh his ass off, I take the advantage of grabbing his hand, pulling him down. He stops laughing as soon as he notices himself falling down, and he splashes into the water. I burst out laughing a I watch Soarin jump out of the surface. I splash him and he splashes me back, turning into a fight of hitting each other with water.

"Aw, look at the two love birds."

I suddenly feel my face heat up and I snap my head at the familiar voice. Thunderlane's standing beside the pool, holding a red cup and grinning at the both of us. Flash Sentry walks over and stands beside him, crossing his arms and grins at us as well.

"You're right, they're cute aren't they?" says Flash.

Thunderlanes loooks at Flash, "Why aren't they dating?"

Flash Sentry smirks. "Cause they're idiots."

He and Thunderlane high-fives, "Bro, you are so right!"

I fake smile, "You guys know what's cuter?" I ask, clenching my hands into a fist, "This thing right here. On your eyes."

Thunderlane narrows his eyes at me and looks at Soarin, "Soarin, tell your girlfriend to calm down."

I narrow my eyes at Thunderlane, "Rarity!" I shout.

Thunderlane raises his hands up in surrender, backing away, "Okay, Rainbow Dash! I was joking!"

I glance at Soarin as he swims up to me, "Wanna throw Thunderlane to the water?" 

"Heck, yeah!"
