Aria

"Aria, go play for mommy please, I'll be back in a little bit. " Mama tells me so I listen. I wonder around the mansion for a little bit until I stop at what looks to be an indoor gym. There's a man there.. I wonder if he wants to play.

" Hi" I say sweetly and happyly.

It looks like I caught him off guard but he recovers quickly.

" Hi? Who are you? " He asks me confusion all over his face. I've always been good at reading people.

I giggle a little for literally no reason..

" I'm Aria.. who are you? " I ask him the same question

He smiles warmly at me.

" Axel, but you can call me Ax Axe same name just different spelling. " As soon as he said that I smile widely and jump around a little.

" So kinda like a nickname? I've never called someone by a nickname before." I'm still smiling like a physo.

"Yes, like a nickname." He says walking closer to me until he's Infront of me and he sits on hit butt to be level with me.

"... Mm then you can call me.. Ari." I tell Ax

He smiles at me again.

"I like that Ari. Your names very pretty but if you don't mind me asking, what are you doing here Aria? I've never seen you here and I've been here for about two years." Axel tells me

"Well.. mama is talking to some big attractive scary dude about something she said is not important. She told me to go play until she's done." I tell Ax

"Hmm.. well, do you wanna play?" Ax asks me

"Yesss. What can we play though?" I ask him

"Good question Ari. Follow me" he says as he stands up walking out of the room but turning a little to make sure I'm following him.

"This is the play room. It's for kids, there's dolls, blocks, cars, doll house, baby dolls ect. Basically any toy you can think of is here. " He tells me with a small smile

" Cooool. Can I ask why you were in the gym? "

" I- was uh.. play fighting with the punching bag."

" Oh.. well at least it was playful because I hate violence. " I tell him with a giggle at the end as I walk towards the Barbies.

" Me too. Even tho it's now apart of my job. " He mumbles the last part. 'apart of his job? ' what does that mean?

Me and Axe have been playing for awhile. I don't know what's taking mama so long, but I like Ax, he's cool. We've switched what we play with, at first it started as dolls and then we had a competition on who could build the best tower from the blocks and then we played with cars. Oh, and I'm pretty sure Axe let me win the block challenge.

" Aria, there you are. Come on we have to go now" mama calls me from the door way

" Mama noooo, I don't wanna leave me and Axe are playing. I never get to play with anyone please just a little longer. " I beg mama

" No Aria, let's go.. now. Say bye to Axe?" She tells me walking closer to me and grabbing my wrist

" NO MAMA LET GO, I DON'T WANNA LEAVE. GET OFF ME PLEASE YOUR HURTING ME. "

" GET OFF OF HER. " I hear Axel yell and then I'm suddenly in warm strong arms making me look up to see me in Axe's arms. I nuzzle my head into his neck crying.

" WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON IN HERE? " I hear another voice but it's definitely not Axe's or Mama's

" Capo, this lady was grabbing Aria by the rist when she was yelling at her to let go and that she was hurting her. " I hear Axel tell the guy quickly

I hear the guy sigh and say

" Aria is her daughter. They're leaving. " He says to Axel

" I- I don't wa- wanna l- leave" I say in-between hiccups from crying. I look at the guy and then at Axel. Axel looks at me and asks me if my mom hits me I shake my head no. Mama has never hit me ever. Just yells sometimes when I don't listen. And that's exactly what I tell them.

" Aria come-on, we really have to go" mama says to me

"Okay mama, but when can we come back?"

Mama looks at me sadly

"You'll be back before you know it" mama tells me but I look at her confused. I look at the other guy and he's looking at me trying to figure out what I'm thinking.

"Okay." I say and Axel sets me down and I walk to mama as we're walking out, I say

"Bye-bye Axe. See you soon, but until then, I'll miss you" I say with a big smile showing that I can't wait to see him again

The last thing I hear before we actually leave was "Bye Ari. I'll miss you too."

I shoot up from my bed, sweat was all over me making me feel gross. I sit there letting my body cool down but I'm actually thinking about what the fuck that was. When I'm not all sweaty anymore, I sprint out of my room. I see Axel walking the halls it's dark really dark so it kinda hard to see but you can see a figure and it looks like Axel. I wait a couple seconds.

"Axe" I say loud enough so he can hear he quickly spins around and when he sees me or my figure, he freezes.

"That's what I called you when I was 6, we played together when mama was talking to Noah. I met you in the gym because I was looking around. I cried into your shoulder when mama hurt me...

Axel

" I cried into your shoulder when mama hurt me because she kept pulling me. You held me and asked if she hit me. The last words you told me was "bye Ari I'll miss you too."

Aria stops talking. She just stands there. I remember that day like it was yesterday, I'll never forget the day I met her. She was like a light in my life I didn't know I needed. She was good to talk to and hang out with. I was so worried about her because I remembered what my mom did to me. And I didn't want Aria to go through that. So I made sure she was okay. When she left I remember asking Noah if she would actually be back soon. He said 'no, but we will see her again' then he walked out.

"Why are you awake Ari?" I ask her because this caught me off guard, I couldn't sleep so I started walking for a little bit until I heard her voice.

"I was, I had that dream when I first met you to when I had to leave. And I woke up"

"You should try to go back to bed." I tell her trying to get her to leave. I missed her a lot, she was like a little sister to me. Even for just the couple hours of me meeting her. I felt obligated to protect her.

"Fine, but one why are you up, and two, please tell me you remember that because you were very rude to me when I first got here." Aria says to me. To be honest, I don't know why I was rude to her. I just couldn't she was back after years of not seeing her. She was different. Obviously considering she's 6 anymore dumbass.

"I couldn't believe I was seeing you again. It surprised me to be honest. And now this. And trust, I never forgot about you." I told her and it was true, I would always ask Noah about her and when I would see her again after awhile it got old and he always gave me the same answer. ' you'll see her soon, stop asking' turns out, that soon was years and year later.

"Okay.. well, goodnight Ax" Aria says. She called me Ax again. I smiled because I know she couldn't see me. I missed her calling me that, no one ever called that but her. And that's how I knew it was her as soon as she said "Axe"

"Goodnight Ari" I say back to her and I swear, I seen her lips tilt upwards. I hear her turn away from me and walk away until I can't hear her footsteps anymore.

I was shocked when I got back to my room. It was only 3:14 in the morning and she woke up because of a dream. What I'm more surprised about is that she got out of the to come find me. She could've waited until morning.

I lay in bed and finally fall asleep to a clear mind.
