When Zhan reached home he was greeted by Ava first and then he went to Yanli's study where she was seated in her chair going through the document but she stopped once she saw Zhan.

"Where were you?" she asked and Zhan sighed, 

"Aunt...I had gone to help Jenny she had gotten into a fight in the club and then I had got drunk as well and passed out in her home..." he said.

Yanli kept the files she was holding and glanced at him, "And don't you think you should have told me? Jenny is no one to you anymore so why are you even trying to help her?"

Zhan sighed, "Aunt...Jenny is still a friend...and it's okay t help a friend."

"It's okay as long as you don't get in trouble or lie to me."

Zhan's heart skipped a beat, it will be a huge trouble if she figures out that right now at this very moment Zhan was lying at her face.

But being with Yibo gives him the strength to face her.

Yanli sighed, "The clients are going to arrive tomorrow so be ready, you will be the one who will attend the meeting and make sure that we get this deal."

Zhan nodded, "Yes aunt."

"Leave now," she said and Zhan left.

He soon received a call from Yibo, and automatically a smile covered his face, "Hey."

"Hey..." Yibo said from the other side, "Are you free today?"

"Um...yeah..."

"Then would you mind going on a date with me handsome?" Yibo said with his flirty voice.

Zhan chuckled, "Sure handsome, where are we going through?"

"Um...let's meet and then we can decide..." 

"And where should we meet?"

"I will pick you up in thirty minutes be ready," Yibo said and the call was disconnected. 

Zhan went to his room and got ready soon, extremely excited to go on a date after all it was Yibo who was taking him on a date.

"Where are you going?" Yanli asked.

"Aunt I am just going out with a friend of mine." He said and Yanli raised an eyebrow.

"Who is this friend?"

Zhan knew that Yanli was going to get annoyed if she said to Jenny, "Yibo...I am going with Yibo."

Yanli thought a little, "Yibo? Wang Yibo?"

"Yes aunt him."

"Hm...I had seen him during the funeral, he is back in the town huh...go then."

Zhan sighed with relief, Yibo came and picked him up as well.

"So where are we going?" Zhan asked again.

"First...to an amusement park."

Zhan nodded, "Okay then?"

Yibo smiled, "The amusement part is very big, after trying all the rides and roaming through her entire park if you still had strength left then we can go for a movie."

Zhan smiled as well, "Alright..."

They reached the amusement park soon, and thankfully Yuob had already bought the tickets so they didn't have to wait for long.

"Finally we are here," Yibo said, Zhan just smiled, it was a gentle and serene smile on his face as he looked around, "Yeah finally."

Yibo remembers that seven years ago Zhan had told him that he had never gone to an amusement park before, and later on Yibo had tricked him and made him wait for five hours but never showed up.

But this time he was going to set things right, "Have you been to an amusement park before?"

Zhan just shook his head and Yibo grabbed his hand, "Then I will make sure you love it here." before he walked forward.

Yibo dragged Zhan to all the stalls that came their way, and Zhan also took his time to admire that stalls and everything they sold.

The two wore headbands with car ears and then clicked selfies, they also bought cotton candies and took as many selfies as they could.

And just as Yuob had said, the park was so big that it couldn't be explored in just a day.

They ate some snacks and Zhan couldn't handle too spicy things so Yibo got him a chocolate ice cream.

"Let's go to roller coaster, "Yibo and Zhan shook his head, 

"There is no way I am going on that thing." He said. "It looks dangerous."

"Oh come on it will be fun."

"No..." Zhan said as he looked at the roller coaster and just by looking at it he was scared.

"Please, please..." Yibo pleaded and after a little more pleading Zhan sighed and said yes but he regretted saying hyes as son as he sat on the roller coaster, his heart was beating so fast that he thought he was going to die from the moment he sat in the roller coaster.

But Yubo had a huge smile on his face and he looked excited as he grabbed Zhan's hand tightly and soon the ride started and the ride was like the worst nightmare for Zhan.

He closed his eyes and squeezed Yibo's hand so tightly that it became painful.

And once the ride ended Zhan finally let go of Yibo's hand who shook it, and Zhan gently took his hand into his won before saying sorry, "I am really sorry, " he said and he gently massaged Yibo's hand.

But Yibo just loved the warm feeling as he saw the concerned look on Zhan's face as he focused on his hand, "No problem...we have many more rides to try."

Zhan quickly saw Yibo with wide eyes, "You mean you are going to ride more?"

"Not me...us," he said and grabbed Zhan's hand before dragging him to Columbus and Zhan gulped.

After their tenth ride, Zhan gave up and sat on the bench he was panting and leaned back on the bench while Yibo sat beside him, "The Ferris wheel is still left."

Zhan suddenly smiled and leaned forwards to kiss Yibo, "Will you let me rest, please."

Yibo smirked as well, "No..." with that he dragged Zhan towards the ferris wheel, and once they sat on the ride they could see the beautiful scenery outside, Zhan sat beside Yibo as they entangled their hands together.

"This was a great day," Zhan said as the evening came.

"The day hasn't ended yet," Yibo said as well as he enjoyed the calm environment with the man he loved beside him.

Once the ride ended, it was almost dark, and the atmosphere had become chilly as well, both of them had their hand hands entangled as they walked around.

Everything felt so calm and natural, Yibo suddenly felt that the last seven years were just a bad nightmare that had ended now, and currently, he was living in a beautiful reality.

Restart.

He felt that his life had just started again, dead feelings and dreams had just become alive.

"Are you hungry?" Yibo asked and Zhan nodded.

"Then let's go and eat something." And with that, they finally left the amusement park.

"What would you like to eat?"  Yibo asked once the both of them were seated at the table.

"Anything... you can order." Zhan didn't bother to even look at the menu he just let Yibo order everything.

"So..." Zhan began, "How are you...I mean how have you been?"

Yibo suddenly looked at Zhan, and didn't say anything, well he didn't have anything to say, his life in these seven years was very vague.

Nothing major happened.

"My life has...has been good...to be honest, I was really lost at first but thanks to the parents of Haoxuan and A-Xiang, I was able to handle everything and Jiang Cheng that guy really helped me a lot."

"I am glad." Zhan said, "and what about your...ear?"

Yibo touched his ear where he was wearing his earpiece, "Ah this...I got used to this...I was diagnosed with tinnitus...it's permanent...but I got used to it."

Zhan's smile dimmed as he clenched his fist, "Is it painful? your ear."

Yibo faintly smiled, "It was...the ringing sound in my ear would be so loud that I would lose my balance or couldn't hear what others were saying...at first it was painful...coming to terms that I was disabled forever...

and then I was also..." Yibo stopped, "Let's stop."

Zhan almost immediately grabbed his hand, "I want to know."

Yibo clenched his fist but Zhan had a firm grip on his hand, he had to know everything about Yibo, he just had the curiosity they need to know everything was killing him.

But then he realized that he was pushing Yibo, and he shouldn't do that, so he loosened his grip, "It's okay if you don't want to."

Yibo smiled, "I just don't want you to think that I...am troublesome...or that I am being too much..."

"I would never think like that...it's okay...never...I mean I have waited for seven years you know...for me you a perfect gift I could ever ask for."

"How were you...all these years?"

Before Zhan could answer their food came, and they started eating, "I was...fine...like always."

He didn't and Yibo didn't ask much, reminiscing about the past is always painful and stressful and both of them just wanted to enjoy the calm and peace they had between them.

During their dinner Yibo quietly asked him, "After dinner will you...go home?"

As if on cue Zhan's phone also rang and it was Yanli's call, and for the first time Zhan ignored it, he ignored Yanli's maybe it was alcohol, or maybe it was because of Yibo that he had newly found strength and courage to ignore something he is always so scared of.

But at this very moment, he just wants to forget every fear, problem, responsibility everything. All he wants to remember is that he wants to be with Yibo.

"No..." was the simple reply he gave Yibo.
