---Tasha's POV---

Party today, school tomorrow.

What is life? I'm going to be so freaking tired for school. At least college starts when you want it to.

Let's back up a bit. I'm Thanisha, but besides my parents nobody calls me that, wait no, my relatives do. Otherwise, I'm Tasha to the entire world.

I'm going to finally start my last year of college.

Party over here!!!

Speaking of party, I had to go to one today. There was no way out of it. Our family friends were the ones throwing it.

Summer break was three months!!! They just had to throw a party the night before college starts.

I dressed in a floral anarkali suit. Yes, it's a suit! It looks like a dress, but it's a freaken suit!! There's a duppta with the God Damn thing!!

I heard my parents call me downstairs and I went.

"That's so simple. You couldn't have worn something a bit more fancy?" Mom asked.

"Mom, you know I like simplicity,I said.

"Still, could have a dressed a bit more,"she said.

"Stop bothering her. She looks pretty,"my dad said.

I know, you don't have to tell me.

"Thank you,"I said giving him a hug.

"You're going to spoil her,"mom said.

"I'm already spoiled,"I said.

My mom gave me a really look and me and dad started laughing.

We left the house and got to the party. Everyone was really dressed up, it made me laugh. The reason being that some of these people don't even know the host. They're just a plus one.

The night went along and we enjoyed ourselves.

I even became friends with the daughter of my mom's friend. Both the daughter and mom were fun to be around.

I forgot her name. Oh well, not like I'm going to see her again.

We got home and went straight to bed.

Couldn't wait for senior year to start!!
