Chapter 14- Vandalising the Bad Boy's Car with Lipstick and Bieber

(Chapter 14- Vandalising the Bad Boy's Car with Lipstick and Bieber)

I yawn and stretch from my uncomfortable position while managing to open my eyes. My back was slightly hurting from staying curled up in a ball all night on the couch and regret instantly set in. I really should have gone to bed and I wouldn't be feeling this way. I let out another yawn while pushing myself up in the sitting position.

I immediately take a look around the room to find it completely empty. The TV was off, no one was in the kitchen from what I could here and I was completely alone. Questions began to flow through my Brain as I wondered where Brody was. I thought he was staying. Did he leave?

Looking down at my attire I realize I never changed out of my clothes from last night and instantly felt the need for a shower. I'm sure I would feel better after that.

As I climbed the stairs I pulled the phone from my back pocket to look for any missed calls or text from anyone. But specifically you know who.

Disappointment quickly took over as I realized the only ones who I had heard anything from were Olivia and Grace. Two missed calls and two texts. Both missed calls were from them but the texts I hadn't checked yet. I went into my messages to see them.

Olivia: Hey just making sure you got in ok. Call me in the morning.

Received: 11:04pm

I'll text her back after my shower. I quickly scrolled through my other text to see who it was from.

Blake: Hey I think I should explain about yesterday. Call me.

Received: 9:16am

I internally groaned. Ugh doesn't he know when to give up? He's the last person I want to talk to right now. Something about the fact I have heard from Blake and not Brody made mad and hurt all at the same time. He could have at least had the decency to leave me a note or, text or, something.

Once I reached my room I placed the phone on my dresser and went to grab my iPod I always keep laying next to Mr. Fuzzy Wuzzy. Yes, he's my small stuffed bear I've had since I was four and I put him there so I can see his cute little face every morning when I go to the mirror. While checking my awful appearance in the mirror attached to the dresser I instantly became thankful for the fact Brody wasn't here when I woke up this morning. My clothes were wrinkled, my makeup was a mess and don't even get me started on my hair. Imagine if he saw me this way. I would have died of embarrassment.

While still studying my less than lady like appearance my hand consciously reaches out beside my teddy and to grab my iPod but comes up empty.

What?

In a panic I look down and notice my iPod is sitting about a foot and a half away next to my strawberry shortcake candle, a place I don't remember putting it. Hmm that's weird. I never put it there. It's always next to Mr. Fuzzy Wuzzy. Maybe I did it when I was in a hurry yesterday morning. Now I'm not OCD or anything but yes I do have my things in specific places and like to keep it that way. Ok so maybe I am... just a little....at times....when my stuff is concerned.

I shrugged it off and picked up the iPod before scrolling through my playlists. Today I feel like some Justin Bieber. I haven't listened to him in five days or more and I think I going through withdrawal.

I put my playlist on repeat while walking to the bathroom and placing it in the dock. As Long as You Love Me blasted through the bathroom as I stepped into the now warm shower welcoming the comfort it offered me. I had all of his best stuff on here and I never get tired of it. I can remember some days when my whole day has consisted of this playlist on repeat. Ok so that might be a little much but hey I've got the Bieber fever, sue me.

I picked up my favorite coconut shampoo and squirted it into the palm of my hand before rubbing it through my hair. I swear this is one smell I'll always love. I mean what's better than coconut?

'As long as you lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo-lo love me' I belted out like there's no tomorrow while washing off.

Big Sean's part started and I mouthed along the words that I knew while continuing with my shower.

Thirty minutes later I pulled open the shower door and the steam inside the bathroom was so thick that it made it almost impossible to see. I grabbed a towel and wrapped it around my body after drying myself off and turned up the volume of the music up a little louder so I could hear it from my bedroom when I went to change, plus there was no one home to complain so I knew I could get away with it.

No further than I got two steps outside the bathroom door I hear the song change to one I definitely knew wouldn't be on my Justin Bieber playlist. The words of Saving Abel's song Addicted was so loud that my cheeks set into a deep blush as I listened to the words.

I'm so addicted to

All the things you do

When you're going down on me

In between the sheets

Oh holey Moses! Who put such an obscene song on my iPod? I mean I would never ever add something like- Wait a minute!

Slowly this all started making sense as I put the pieces together. Brody being mysteriously gone, my iPod in a place I never put it, the weird overly sexual song. Oh my gosh! It was- That pervert!

Suddenly I slammed into a hard surface or more specifically a hard body. Who the-?

Once I caught my balance I look up to meet the eyes of an unknown guy who had his hands on my waist steadying me.

"I'm sorry, are you ok?" He asks with a very British accent. Talk about surprised.

"No, I'm sorry. I should have been watching where I was going." I apologized.

Whoa, hold on. Some strange guy is in my house and I'm the one apologizing? Holey cheese fries, who is this guy? How did he get in here? Oh my goodness is he here to robe us? Kill me? Kidnap me?

I panicked as all these questions swarmed through my mind. The look on his face changed into one of embarrassment as well when he let go of me and looked toward the direction of the music. Saving Abel's Addicted played through my speakers making my face go red.

OH. MY. GOD! No! Please tell me this isn't happening to me right now? Here I am standing in front of a complete stranger in nothing but a towel and a very dirty song playing form MY playlist and nothing could be more embarrassing right now. So help me Brody Bauer if it's the last thing I do I. Will. Kill. You.

If I wasn't so focused on the fact that I still had no idea who this guy was I'm pretty sure I would have died right here.

Noticing my reaction he quickly straightened his stance and held out his hand to me.

"Right." He chuckles."Hi I'm Callum."

That doesn't help me! But I guess at least he's courteous enough to give me his name before killing me or whatever he came here for.

"Heather's boyfriend." He finishes.

Yep and just like that I wish I wasn't even alive. Oh sweet lord, what have I done to deserve this? Oh right the bad boy! I knew he was trouble. Now I'm suffering the consequences of it all. Today shall go down in history as the most embarrassing day of my LIFE.

"You've not said anything in about two and a half minutes and still standing there in well....that." He says motioning the towel I was holding tightly around my body. "So I'm going to assume that you're going to want to change so I'll just leave you to it."

He pulled his hand back and looked anywhere but me as he walked by. I could even tell from his expression I wasn't the only one embarrassed by this extremely awkward moment. Of course this does come as a shock to me seeing as he's the one having an affair. He's probably used to things like that.

I quickly ran to the bathroom and mashed every button possible to stop the inappropriate music from playing unable to concentrate on the one specific button that would have stopped it on first try. I pulled the device from the base and quickly ran from the bathroom to my room without sparing a second glance at anything around me.

I closed the door behind in one swift motion before locking it. I let my back rest against the door as I slid all the way down to the floor with my head resting in my hands as I played that moment that just happened though my mind.

I will never be able to face that...that...Callum guy ever again. Or my sister for that matter. Why does everything always happen to me? That moment, that song! Oh Brody, you've got some serious payback coming to you, if it's the last thing I do.

After getting dressed, I continued getting ready when I hear a beep escape from my phone causing me to divert my attention to the dresser where it lays. Slowly pulling my hair brush through my hair one last time I lay it down to answer the text.

When I see Brody's name on the screen I have to fight the urge to beat my phone over a hard surface repeatedly out of anger.

Brody: I've got meet up with guys later you're coming with me. I'll be by at 12.

Oh really? Who does he think he is to order me around after embarrassing me to death like that? If thinks for one minute I'm going anywhere with him he's not another thing coming.

I quickly began an angry shouty all caps text to him when suddenly I get an idea. My face lit up like the Grinch on Christmas when he suddenly gets the evil idea to steal Christmas from the who's down in Whoville. Actually Brody doesn't know, I know, what he's done yet. If he does he won't trust me not to retaliate on his and he'll have his guard up. Hmm...this could work to my advantage and I knew just who to involve in this to help me.

The evil smile stays on my face as I text back a reply.

Me: Fine but only because you asked so nicely.

Not!

I smirk while opening up a new text and sending to the one girl that I knew would come up with all kinds of ways to get back at Mr. Bad Boy. I'm just glad I remembered to get her number last night. May the payback begin.

Two hours later Sarah and I are standing outside a tattoo shop smirking at our work on Brody's car. Yep that's right his baby. You know how I know? Because Sarah told me. Oh this will be so good. I'm beginning to like this girl more and more.

Although I suppose you're wondering why we're at a tattoo shop, right? Well apparently Brody has one that he's getting touched up but won't let me see, which makes me all the more curious. Kyle, Jake, and Thomas were apparently getting tattoos to and well....let's just say that I couldn't watch someone being written on with a needle so Sarah offered to hang out with me outside. I'm glad I convicted her to come with Thomas today because without her we wouldn't be able to put this awesome plan into action. Oh to see the look on Brody's face when he sees this.

"Now the finishing touches." Sarah smirks handing me the bright pink shade of lipstick in her hand.

I laugh taking it from her. "What should I write?"

"Oh." She smiles. "I'm sure you can think of something."

Well I'm not the one with the devious mind but here it goes. Time to girly it up! I roll up the lipstick before holding it like a pencil in my hand. Vandalism by lipstick, what is the world coming to?

In really pretty cursive writing I write-

I wuv you my little Brody Wody.

Love, Farrah

It looked so pretty on the window right above the steering wheel on the driver's side.

"No way he's gonna miss that." Sarah chuckled.

"Nope, no way." I state.

"Or the huge Justin Bieber poster taped to the back window. Or the song Baby playing loud enough to rattle the car windows when the car is started. And let's not forget the heart I drew around Justin's face saying I've got the Bieber fever."

Yeah so about now I'm sure you're thinking 'what's with all the Bieber stuff' right? Well once again thanks to Sarah I've learned that he absolutely detests anything Justin Bieber. That's right, with a passion. So you can imagine my delight when I gather up multiple Justin Bieber items from my room and shove them into my huge pocketbook, well bag I guess is more fitting.

"Wait, we forgot Hello Kitty!" I shout before pulling out the little cat shaped pillow and laying it in his back seat and putting on the steering wheel cover I took from my car.

"Perfect." I smile proudly.

"Yep he's gonna kill us." She laughs.

"Well he almost killed me from embarrassment today so he had it coming." I say trying to hold in my laughter at the sight before us.

We took girlying it up to a whole new level and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

"You know what the best part is?"

"What?"

She clutches her stomach as she bows over laughing in hysterics. "The lipstick won't come off until he washes the car. When he goes to wipe it off, all it will do is smear over the car making it more noticeable."

My eyes widen at this in shock. Bonus!

Finally she was able to contain her laughter enough to take the lipstick from my hand and write one more thing on the back of the car. 'FARRAH'S BITCH' in big bold letters.

I stare in shock. Did she really just do that?

"Oh my god here he comes." She whisper yells closing the lipstick and stuffing it into her pocket. "Now he is going to be mad. Like really, really mad, so when I say run, you better run."

"Me? What about you?"

"Of course me to." She laughs. "I'm not facing his furry."

In order Kyle, Jake, Thomas and Brody walk out the door. The surprise on their faces was evident as each one stopped right before the other causing a pile up outside the parlor door. Brody still hadn't even seen and was slightly annoyed when his face hit the back of Thomas's head.

"What, the hell man." He shouts rubbing his nose.

"Uh..." Kyle says, his eyes as big as gold balls as he studies our handy work on the car.

"This is bad. Really, really bad." Jake adds.

Thomas is just speechless while taking it all in. Then there is Brody.

"What did everyone just stop like that?" He grumbles still rubbing hi nose as he rounds them. "I mean you could have at least warned-"

And it at this exact moment he freezes in his spot with his mouth hung open.

"H-how? W-why? Rhonda!!!" He shouts running over to the car in an overly dramatic manor.

'Rhonda? Who's Rhonda?'

"Who did this to you?" He asks as if the car is going to magically speak up.

'Ok this isn't Cars. It's not going to reply.' I think while holding in my laughter.

Sarah accidently lets a laugh escape between her lips and looks up at Brody is horror and thats when I can't hold back anymore and I burst out laughing as well.

Yep we're dead.

"You and you." He says dangerously pointing to us both. "Are dead."

"Run!" Sarah yells turning on her heal and running down the street with me behind her.

I finally catch up to her as the boys are chasing after us. 'Hey no fair it's four against two.'

Lucky for me I used to take track so I was a little faster than the average person and that worked to my benefit. And Sarah was pretty quick to I have to admit.

After about fifteen minutes of running down the sidewalk they were still chasing us but still a good ways back. How is that even possible?

'Think about Farrah. He's probably ran from enough cops to be in pretty at it.'

True.

"Ok quick, in here." She says pulling my arm as she enters a random shop.

The second we enter I realize where we are and I immediately blush. Hard. Spencer's! The people around us are giving us very strange looks as we try to catch our breath and look for somewhere to hide.

"In here." She says pulling us into a rack of obscene t-shirts. "They'll never spot us. Trust me."

'That's what I've been doing so far.'

Not even a minute later the guys step into the shop and look around frantically for us. Haha suckers!

"I told you it was the other shop." Kyle says turning to leave.

"You know how fucked up Sarah's mind is. You can never be to sure." Thomas states taking another look around.

"Yeah but I know Farrah, she would never be in place like this." Brody adds.

"Maybe." He replies.

I let out a breath of relief. Whew, I think they bought it.

Right as they all turn to leave Thomas quickly stops them. "Hey while we're here we could at least check out the merchandise." He smirks.

They all share the same look and panic once again sets in. Oh no. We're toast!

"Yeah we should." Kyle agrees.

Immediately everyone spreads out and starts looking at all the inappropriate things they had in there. Thomas was checking out lip rings while Jake and Kyle are looking at the poster of half naked women on them and Brody decides to buy the 'Feeling Naughty?' shirt hanging on the wall a little ways down from us. Seriously? Why am I not surprised?

"We're never getting out of here." I whisper to her as we keep as close eye on the guys.

"Don't worry they'll get bored quick." She states peeking through the clothes at them. "Nothing holds there interest long."

Thirty minutes later we're still cramped up in this little clothes rack and I'm dying to stand up. "They'll get bored quick she says." Hello thirty minutes in not quick! It's far from it when you have clothes hangers gauging you in the head every time someone puts a shirt back. I'm gonna have a major head ache.

Never in my life would I ever have imagined myself hiding in a clothes rack inside of Spencer's with Sarah Griffith. Nope, never.

"Ok they've gone." She says parting the clothes and stepping out with me behind her.

I let out a painful cry as I straighten my posture to what it normally was. "Remind me to never do that again."

"Agreed." She chuckled walking towards the exit.

"And most definitely not in a store like this." I say in a disgusted manor looking over my shoulder at the products.

"This is obviously one on those places where mentally disturbed people come to when- Ooh! A lava lamp!" I shouted with excitement. "I've always wanted one those."

"Welcome to our world of the mentally disturbed." Sarah chuckles following me over to the lamps against the wall.

"I want the purple one." I squeal picking up to examine it.

"Then get it."

I smile happily. "Oh I will. At least I got something by coming in here."

And just like that I'm in a happy mood once again.....well that is until I see the employee standing behind the register. Can you say scary much?

Not even joking the guy had like ten piercings on his face and those really big ear plug thingies that make your ear holes really big. Yeah I felt scared. I wonder if it was painful?

"Well this be all?" He asks in a friendly voice which takes me by complete surprise.

"Uh...um...yeah?" I answer stupidly.

He chuckles at me after ringing up my lamp and putting it into a bag. "That will be $25.89."

I take my eyes from this mysterious man to hand him the money then I'm right back to looking at him like he's some kind of endangered species.

"There you go." He says handing me my bag that has Spencer's written in big letters on both sides of it. How will I ever hide this bag from the public? Or worse my parents? I don't want to imagine that conversation. I defiantly do not need the sex talk again.

"Quit staring at the man like a freak and come on." Sarah whispers in amusement and pulls me from the store.

Was I really staring that hard? We'll that's embarrassing.

"So where do we go now? We can't exactly ask Brody for a ride after what just happened." I say trying to hide my bag under my arm as we walk.

"Don't worry. I've got it covered." She smiles with a goofy look on her face.

Oh no. Do I want to know?

"We'll go to mine for a while." She adds.

"And how do we get there exactly?"

"I told you I've got it covered." She chuckles. "Just try not to look to surprised, ok?"

"Okay." I draw out. We'll this ought to be good.

Five minutes later I am in utter shock who pulls up to get us. I mean he was the last person I expected to be here. How am I suppose to mask my surprise when I see him pull up?

"Lucas?" I smile when he spots me.

"Hey Farrah." He smiles warmly as we climb in.

To my surprise Sarah climbs in the front next to him and leans in so that their shoulders are touching. My mouth hung open in surprise. No.... way!

Don't get me wrong I really like Lucas but he was definitely not her type nor was she his. Lucas and I had a few AP classes together and not mention the yearbook club. He was like a bigger nerd than I was and that's saying something.

Just then I noticed something that I didn't before. I knew he looked a little different but I was just now able to place it.

"What happen to your glasses?" I blurt out before I can stop myself.

He looks back at me through the mirror.

"Oh that." He chuckles. "I got that laser eye surgery about two weeks ago."

My mouth was still gaped open. Who in the world would have known under all that geekiness there was a hottie dying to get out? Not that I ever looked at him like that at all but...wow. Way to go Sarah. I think I just figured out her secret. She likes a geek. A very sweet one I might add. I think this could be the best thing for her.

I sat in amazement the rest of the drive to her house. Especially when she invited him in and he accepted. I think that just topped my list of shocks this year. Well that and the bad boy liking Jane Eyre and Twilight. Who knew?

Speaking of Bad Boys. 'Bad boys, bad boys. Whatcha gonna do?Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?' I sang in my head. I couldn't help myself. After all, what was I gonna do when they came us? We needed a new plan. Quick.

Until then though, I can't wait to find out how this little love affair started with these two. I wonder if Thomas knows? Oh well like he said before, they're not serious.

"So.... I want details." I smile in amusement as I sit across from them on the couch in Sarah's living room.

They both smile at each other shyly before looking back at me with a grin.

Oh yes. This will be very good.
