Chapter 38: The Conniving Bitch

🍪Ellie's P.O.V

I was completely speechless, staring wide eye at a smirking Annie Martins.

We were in a room that was painted gray and was completely bare, only a chair was placed in the middle where Annie was sitting smugly on.

Rody and Drew was standing next to her and the expression on his face was completely wiped out, a blank look on his face.

Fuckers.

"Are you surprise Ellie?" Annie smiled but it was far from friendly.

She then nodded to herself."Of course, you should be and everything that happened? It was all me." Annie's laugh echoing around the empty room.

I didn't know what to feel, it was mixed emotions and my thoughts were complete array.

Annie then hummed."It hurt like a bitch when Rody here stabbed me but oh well, if its for love then its worth it."

I felt my expression twist, all for love? Does that mean that she did this all for Alec? Turns out this girl is indeed a lunatic.

So much for actually thinking she would actually back off.

"From your expression, I can tell that you want to ask me why." She crossed her leg across the other.

When I didn't say anything, she nodded her head at David who took the cloth off. I let out a sound of disgust before glaring at her.

"You guessed wrong bitch. I want to beat the living shit out of you first," I seethed, pushing myself towards her only to be held down my David who placed a warning hand on my shoulder.

She let out a giggle,"Ah, You can't hurt me. I have the upper hand here Ellie." Annie explained, her tone smug.

I snorted."Obviously or else you'd already be on the floor holding your bloody nose. You should be thankful for them," I nodded my head towards her goons.

Annie's smirk wiped off, her eyes narrowing at me."Are you insinuating that I can't protect myself?" She glared at me.

I nodded."Absolutely. Why else would you bother with these guys then?" I smiled mockingly.

Annie looked like she wanted to lash out but she covered it up with a smile. Huh, seems like she isn't that dumb to take the bait.

"Why are you doing this?" I cut straight to the chase, resting my butt at the back of my legs.

Dang, kneeling sure hurts like heck and yet women could do this for what? Thirty minutes? An hour? Salute my fellow woman.

"Isn't it obvious? To rip you out of the picture and make Alec realize that I'm the one he wants." Annie answered, an odd glint in her gray eyes.

Back the motherfreaking truck up.

"The very fact that Alec didn't make a move on you when I wasn't in the picture yet should be a huge indicator that he doesn't want you." I replied honestly.

That seemed to rile Annie up and she stood up from her chair, her hands forming into tight fists at her side.

I ain't telling this to hurt her, she needs to get her head out of wattpad and realize that Alec doesn't want her.

"Shut up! Alec wants me. He just needs time to realize that," She reasoned out, earning a scoff from me.

Is this woman serious? Wait, could I even call her human for having a brain that seemed like the size of a peanut?

"I didn't know that love could lead into such delusional thoughts." I thought out loud, earning a glare from her.

I mean, yeah, we all have fantasies and we're all guilty of that but hurting or threatening people to back away to cut off competition is a extra large hell no.

If a person truly likes you, he/she wouldn't do any shit to make you feel threatened or question your relationship.

She stomped her way towards my kneeling form, stopping in front of me. Her black hair looked completely sleek against the light.

I titled my head to side, staring at it. Huh, I wonder what kind of conditioner she uses.

"I'm not delusional, Alec loves me but you stole him away from me! We were supposed to be together when I got back here!" She exclaimed, her voice filled with anger.

I knew it! She did have a motive when she offered that solution to Alec. Jessica said, earning a mental nod from me.

"You're sounding a little cray cray there Annie." I said, staring straight into her angry grey eyes.

I let out a hiss, my head whipping to side at the force of her slap. Damn. I think my jaw got dislocated.

"I love Alec and I know better than him that he doesn't need some pathetic woman like yourself." She hissed, taking a hold of my hair tightly and pulling my face upwards.

I scoffed."And you think he'll 'need' you if he finds out that you kidnapped me? Someone he cares about?"

Another slap and this time, I felt the metallic taste of blood from somehow biting the inside of my cheek.

"Alec will forgive me because I'm doing this for his sake." Annie sneered, tightening her hold on my hair.

That shit hurts.

"He only sees you as a sister Annie. You have to accept that, just let me go and I won't tell Alec about this." I said, trying to coax her into thinking things through.

Annie is my friend, well, was my friend but that doesn't mean that I would face her head on with violence.

Well, not yet.

She stepped back, stomping her feet."No! Absolutely not! Alec loves me and you're gonna die." She promised, her lips in a sneer.

"Suit yourself," I shrugged, spitting blood on the floor."I'll just haunt you for the rest of your life." I smirked at her.

Annie then turned into major wrestler and started slapping me around, she even threw a punch on my stomach and although it was weak, it still hurt like a bitch.

"Get me the knife Rody." She spit out, offering her hand to him.

"Annie, you can't kill her. She hasn't been questioned yet," David stepped in, pulling her away from me.

Annie let out a frustrated scream, glaring at him."Fine but call me as soon as its done." She said, earning a nod from David.

This time, I felt my heart fall at his words. Question. They're going to question me, I glanced at Rody who had an excited look in his face.

They're probably going to gather intel about the pack of skittles. Jessica mumbled.

David started to pull me up, his hold on my arm firm. I tried to lunge at Annie but I was held back by David.

"You're nothing but a traitor Annie!" I spit out, thrashing against David who started to drag my body out of the room.

I turned to bogey man, trying to pull my arm away from his hold."Where you taking me? Let me the fuck go!" I demanded, glaring at him.

He ignored me, his grip on my arm tightening making me wince. Its gonna leave one nasty bruise tomorrow.

My body suddenly froze when someone came up behind me, a knife being pressed gently on my neck.

"Speak one more time and I won't hesitate on killing you." Valentino's voice met my ears, a surprised gasp leaving my lips.

Valentino was a traitor too? Our goofy Valentino who pisses Chase off was traitor? Shit. Does this mean Todd is traitor too?

Upon sensing my shock, V brought the knife down. I turned around, seeing a different Valentino Fedeli.

He was indeed Val but gone was his happy aura and was replaced with something sinister. His expression was completely blank and his eyes were dull and not the bright ones that reminded me of a healthy green.

"Val? You're a traitor too? What the hell is happening here? Is this a dream?" I stammered out, my eyes wide.

This couldn't be happening, I refuse to believe it. Flashbacks of all the memories I made with the pack of skittles and Val flashed into my mind.

"Sadly, this isn't a dream Ellie." Val darkly said, his lips pulled up in sneer.

"I refuse to believe it! Why are you doing this Val?" I asked, a certain plead on my voice.

"All my life, It was all about Alec. He was always number one while I became the number two, he stole everything from me even my first love and I'm fucking sick of it. This time, it's my turn to be the number one." Valentino bitterly said, his eyes glimmering with hate.

He was doing all of these because he was jealous with Alec? I fucking don't believe it.

I scoffed."Jealousy? I seriously don't believe it V. Tell me the real fucking reason!" I exclaimed, growing frustrated.

Annie and I weren't that close but I could feel the betrayal that made its way around my heart but V? Wow, its a different dimension of betrayal.

It hurts more than a bitch.

"I told you, now keep your mouth shut Ellie." He replied coldly, nodding his head towards David who took a hold of my arm again.

"How could you V? You were our friend! We all trusted you! Alec trusts you!" I exclaimed, feeling tears well up in my eyes.

"Well, its not my fault that you guys trusted me." He replied, his voice blank.

I shook my head."No, I refuse to believe it. What's going on V? Why are you doing this?" I pleaded, my voice cracking in the end.

Annie came up from behind him, wrapping an arm around his waist. A smug smirk grace her lips while she rested her head on his arm.

"The worst part of this all, is that the fucking friend you trusted is the one who actually ended up hurting you too." Annie laughed giddily.

Amger came rushing through me and without even wasting a second, slammed my tied hands into Annie's smug face. She let out a pained shriek, holding her now bloody nose.

There's no way that I'd leave this place without throwing a single hit on her fucking face. No fucking way.

"You might think that you have the upper hand Annie but truths will always be favored by all. The lies that you planted will only wilt and nobody would even bother plucking it up when they find out." I sneered, feeling David take a hold of me.

I struggled against his hold, turning to stare at Val with saddened eyes."I don't know what's happening V but its never to late to choose the right choice." I told him.

Annie threw another slap at me and I didn't even flinch. I threw her a glare making her recoil slightly.

I suddenly doubled over in surprise, holding my stomach in pain because of the punch that was thrown at me by Valentino.

"Goodbye Ellie. Do it David," V said, nodding his head towards David.

I was about to say something when something was pressed on the back of my neck, all my thoughts draining away and losing my consciousness for the second time.
