I walked inside my room and it was sweet with 2 bunker beds and a table and chair near a window. Yellow walls were decorated with stickers and weird drawings. I went near the window and shifted the curtain to the side and could see the whole city from it. Hustle and bustle were like the part of this city, for once, I felt like the city won't sleep.

Well, the three bunker beds were messy with clothes lying on top and someone's suitcase was opened.

Didn't they care about safety? I wondered and then suddenly I heard a flush sound. Oh so, someone was inside the bathroom.

I settled on the bed, kept my things in the cupboard and waited for the person to come out of the bathroom and I swear if he showed his face, I will scream. Badly.

But why will he come? He already got down on BritKay City. I was just being paranoid.

But it's just one hour journey. What if he forgot on which station to get off? He seemed like an idiot, he could surely make that mistake.

And then the door opened. My breath got hitched.

A beautiful young girl came out wearing night pajama. Her bright blue eyes found me and she looked startled.

'Hi, I am Scarlett. Nice to meet you.' I politely smiled.

'Hey, I am Emma. Nice to meet you too.' She politely answered and went towards her bed. She looked tired.

I was thinking it would be better if I could meet the other two homo sapiens.

'So, you know where the rest of the two went? I was hoping to meet them.'

'They went outside a while ago, they will reach in some time. So, from which place you are?'

She was preparing herself for bed and I was texting Hippo and Angel that I had reached safely with no inconvenience caused.

'I am from Paradise Falls. You have been there?'

'Yes several time, beautiful city.' She had that dreamy look on her face and I felt so proud of my place.

Suddenly the door opened and a handsome looking man walked in.

'Hi, baby. Outside is jam-packed. It took me hours to reach here.' He came and gave a kiss on her cheek and was going to give on her lips when I coughed. I didn't mean to interrupt their Romeo-Juliet moment but I didn't want a full-blown make-out session in front of me.

'Hi, I am Scarlett.'

'Oh, I am sorry, I didn't see you here. I am Masuka.' He offered me his hand for a handshake and I slightly contemplated it since I hadn't even applied moisturizer and my hands seemed rough.

He has girlfriend you idiot, and he is waiting for you to shake his hand.

I did a handshake and in less than a second took back.

Emma was looking at him with a quizzical look. 'Vince, why you keep on doing that?'

'What? I didn't do anything rather it is so much fun' He answered with a smirk.

Have I missed anything?

I was looking at them with confused expression but my mind was lingering on something and I couldn't put my finger on it. It felt like I have heard this name before but where?

'So, where is the other party?' Emma asked Masuka and both were currently sharing the same bed and I was preparing to go to the bathroom.

'He was outside right behind me, must have found someone on his way. He will never stop flirting.'

I was on the verge to go to the bathroom when he shouted on top of his lungs;

'DEXTER.'

I froze. Like Snowman froze. Completely chilled.

No Way!!! This must be a nightmare.

He is a certifying baboon idiot who got off on the wrong station.

The door opened. Someone walked inside. I didn't have the strength to turn around and see who he was but then something happened.

It feels like he has noticed me. Why no one is saying anything?

'Vince, I hate it when you call me that. I wonder do you even remember my real name.'

I swiftly turned around with my bag of toiletry and other items and saw the back of the hunk man. He had his back to me so, he didn't see me.

'You hate it and that's why I love it.' Masuka started laughing like crazy.

What is happening?

The hunk man turned around feeling my presence and took my breath away. First, he wasn't "the Dexter" and second, I think God paid special attention to him. He was manly but not too muscular and the way he was dressed up spoke volumes about his personality.

'Hi, pardon my friends. They are crazy people. I am James.' Such a ravishingly rich voice.

He extended his hand to shake. I shifted my toiletry bag, my towel, my clothes, my toothbrush and my comb in the left hand and offered my right hand to shake.

I get nervous, all right.

'I am Scarlett but they called you Dexter?'

'That because Vince and I completed Dexter series a few days back and we loved it. He loved the character of Vince Masuka and I loved Dexter. So, now he never leaves a chance of calling himself Masuka and me Dexter.' He had this cute smile on his face. 'I am sorry on behalf of my idiot friend.'

Well, your idiot friend certainly gave me heart attack.

'No, it's okay. What are friends for if they won't pull your leg?' I looked at Emma and Vince who were listening to our conversation.

'Yeah, you are right.' He chuckled.

What should I do next? He looked like he wanted to talk.

'Well, I need to go to the bathroom. I need to pee badly.' I said without thinking.

Just facepalm yourself right now. Pee? Seriously?

'Oh! So sorry, please go.' He was so damn cute.

I did the best thing that I could do, hurried inside the bathroom and shut the door on his face.

I breathed a sigh of relief and looked at the mirror. It reflected my flushed face, my eyes were droopy and showed nested hair.

What a sight!

'Why? Why? It's not that difficult to talk. It's not like he will take you on a honeymoon right away. Just relax and chill. Try to be friendly, don't scare him off. Otherwise, mind this Scarlett, get ready to die alone.'

My reflection was trying to put some sense into me as I saw her hands waving like she was a part of Shakespearean's drama.

'Hey Scarlett, are you all right? We heard some noises.' Nothing could be more embarrassing than this.

'Yeah, James. I am fine. I was just trying...' my brain ran out of excuses, 'trying to check...' yes, think fast, 'yeah, I am trying to check the echo system of the bathroom.'

This is believable.

'Really? Is that even a thing in the bathroom?' Of course, there wasn't.

'Hahaa you are funny.' And I was an idiot.

No one said anything. I took a long relaxing shower, freshened up and changed into nightclothes. But still, I couldn't lift my mood.

I came out and saw that all three of them were in deep sleep. I checked the time and it showed 11 pm. Even I felt sleepy. I felt like crying and I didn't know why?

I lay down on bed and sleep was not on its way.

'I am such an idiot. Always making fool of myself.' I texted Hippo.

After a few seconds, her reply came. 'Hey, what happened? Are you fine?' I could sense her worry.

'I got paranoid for no reason and then became a bumbling mess in front of someone and even you would admit I am an idiot.' I felt like a tear will escape.

'You are an idiot but my idiot. Someone else will call you an idiot and they won't see the next daylight.' I smiled after reading it. Instantly another text came.

'Paranoid but why and who is this someone?'

'The paranoid one is a long story and someone is James. He is a hunk and a sweet talker.' I giggled. She must be screaming.

'No way!!! When were you planning to tell me? After having kids?' She loved to take everything to the next level.

'I just met him one hour ago. He is currently sleeping in my hostel room.' I looked from my bunk bed and could make out his sleeping form in the darkness.

'Oh My God!! I am literally screaming. Tomorrow I am going shopping for your wedding dress.' I suppressed my laugh. Her other text came.

'Are you feeling fine now? Sleep tight and don't worry. Stop overthinking. You have a new day ahead and keep me updated.' She ended with a wink.

'I feel a thousand times better. So far away from you guys made me emotional and then my messy-self, made me more. But thank you, I can sleep in peace now. Good night and one more thing what are you doing so late at night?'

'Scarlett, go to sleep.'

I had a smile on my face and slept peacefully.
