In the evening

Cabir:- Dad can we all watch a movie together.

Raman:- sure we all are free let's watch tare zamee par.

All:- yes let's go to our theatre room.

Neyo/ Ishita:- you all go we both will bring snacks and come.

Nandini:- Mumma/ mom even I want to come with you both.

Ishita:- wanted to say no as , she is small , she should enjoy her self.

Neyo:- sure bacha come with a smile.

Rest of the family went in theatre room.
After ten minutes Nandini came with popcorn bowl and juices for youngsters. Everyone took their popcorn and juice one by one. Few minutes later Neyo/ Ishita came with chips, samosas and cold drinks for elders.

Nandini sat on Papa's lap as she missed him a lot today.

For a girl her father is the most important person. But sad to say I haven't experienced it. As my father died before I was born. My mom, grandmother, aunties and my mama brought me up.

Raman's pov

From the time we have come back, I have noticed some changes in my pari. She is not chirpy like before how much she used to talk. Now she isn't leaving me for a second. She isn't even looking at her brother's/friends. Now also she is sitting on my lap and thinking something rather than watching the movie like others. I don't have a problem with her siting on my lap but I don't like her like this all silent.
Raman's pov ends.

Raman:- Ishu see pari is lost in her thoughts, she isn't watching the movie.

Ishita:- Raman even I have noticed that. We need to do something quick as I can't see her silent.

Raman:- I am thinking of taking her in the garden. Like father and daughter time. How is the idea?

Ishita:- I think it is good it will be a change as she isn't watching the movie. Take her now.

Raman:- pari

Nandini's full attention was on her papa. So she immediately said Haan papa.

Raman:- papa is going to the garden you want to watch the movie go want to come with me.

Nandini:- I want to go with you. Let's spend some father daughter time.

Raman:- smiled and said Ishu we are going bye.

Ishu:- bye, Nandu wear your jacket and go as evening are cold now days.

Nandu:- okay bye.

Raman:- picked Nandu up and said bye kids we are going.

Manik:- where are you taking my firefly?

Nandu:- immediately I am not your firefly and it is none of your business where we are going. Let's go papa.

Raman:- took her and went from there.

Manik:- felt bad when she spoke to him like that. He immediately got up from his place and told his parents,he is having a headache. So he is going to his room.

Neyo:- go take rest beta.

Raman and Nandini were in the garden, both were walking together.

Raman saw she was still silent. He sat on the grass and made Nandini sit on the grass.

Raman:- bacha kya hua hai aap ko kyu itna silent ho aap.

Nandini:- kuch nahi hua hai.

Raman understood that she won't tell him anything, she will only talk to Manu but now that she isn't talking to him. So she will not tell anyone.

Raman started tickling her. As he wanted to hear her laugh.

Nandini:- hahaa papa hahaha stop hahaa please.

Raman:- stopped tickling her.

Nandini was breathing heavily Raman was rubbing her back after few minutes she was ok.

Raman made her sit on his lap.

Raman:- pari listen to me how you spoke with Manik I didn't like it. I could see he was hurt by your words.

Nandini:- but papa even I am hurt with how he spoke with me and about me.

Raman:- but beta he is elder to you. Everyone single person makes mistakes, we shouldn't always make them feel that they made a mistake.

Nandini:- ok done I understood. But still he has to say sorry to me.

Raman was like I tried to make her understand but she is adamant.

Manik had come in the garden long back when he heard his firefly laughing. He heard everything that Raman was making Nandu understand and he even heard what his firefly wanted him to do. He immediately went from there before she sees him.

Manik:- I need to something soon . Think Mani what to do to manaofy  her. Suddenly Idea .

Manik took chart paper and started to make sorry card for his firefly.
After completing his work,he took all the cards he had made and put it in her room on her study table.

Like this time past and now it was dinner time.

All enjoyed the movie except Manan. All the kids were discussing about the movie.

All came to the dinning area, Nandini sat in her usual place, even though she was not talking to him. Manik smiled at her , he knew she will ask him to feed her. As the food was served.

Nandini saw Manik was eating and not feeding her so she taped his hand and did ahh showing her mouth, like feed me .

Manik was happy to see that even though she isn't talking to him but still she wants  him to feed her.😉

After 25 minutes everyone finished having their dinner. Cabir looked at all the youngsters and winked that was their signal like follow the leader. All gave each other a look now what is he upto.

After five minutes everyone got up from the dinning table.

Cabir:-  mom I think we youngsters ate a lot, we need to walk a little can we go to the garden.

Ishita:- why not go but only fifteen or maximum twenty minutes.

All:- ok done. Saying this all started running.

Neyo:- don't run.

But will the kids hear them a big no. All ran till the garden and sat on the grass.

Nandini:- I thought 🤔 we came to walk .

Abhi:- babydoll don't be silly like Alia bhatt we all know Cabir and walking don't go together.

And all started to laugh at Cabir.

Nandini:- side hugged Cabir and said no laugh on my brother.

Cabir:- had happy tears and said only you love me behna.

Nandini:- eww Cabir stop sticking with that Arya. He is rubbing his drama on you.

Everyone knows Nandu hates drama and Arya as he brings drama with him.

Harshed:- to Manik she hates drama but she is a drama queen.

Manik:- smacked back of Harshed's head and said don't tell this loud if she or Abhi hear this they will make chutney of both of us.

Both of them started laughing at this.

Mukti:- what were you both laughing about?

Manik:- nothing just about Cabir.

Mukti:- ohh.

Abhi:- ok jokes apart what we will do tomorrow? As we don't have to go to school.

All:- don't know.

Manik:- I think we should decide it tomorrow.

All:- okay

Cabir:- I don't know about you all but I am definitely enjoying this leave. As we all can sleep till late.

Nandu:- that is not possible Bhai as you know what happens when we are on holiday.

Abhi:- oh no not again, why do they do this to us. Now mom will come and say bacho it isn't good to sleep like this come on get up it's breakfast time.

Manik:- for atleast it is like that. For me my mom will only say once to get up and if we don't getup at that time she through water on over face.

All started laughing at what Manik said and all said good night to eachother.

Nandini went to her room, her room light was off but see saw a glow in her room,  she immediately understood what it was and a smile came on her face. She put the room light on and went to her study table. She saw a bottle full of fireflies and sorry cards kept on the table, she opened the card and saw how beautifully her Mani had made a sorry card for her.

Nandini's pov

Hahaha this sorry card Is so cute. I forgive you long back but I wanted you to pamper me. I will tell this to you in the morning.

Nandini went to the closet took out her night clothes and went to the bathroom to change. After washing her face and wearing the clothes she came out and went to the bed to sleep. She fell asleep in no time.

Not to  far From the MM Mansion they was another beautiful Mansion but the person living in the Mansion wasn't a good man as he was planning with someone to kidnap our Nandu.

Person 1: so what is the status there?

Person 2: all were enjoying some time back and now gone to bed.

Person 1:- everything should go as plan. There should be no gofups.

Person 2:- as of now everything is ok.

Person 1:- can you tell the plan I told you once again as I want to know if you remember it or not.

Person 2: certainly so the plan is, they will be telling servants to move old furniture and carpets. In one of the carpet will be their princess (Nandini). I will then bring her to the godown where other kids are kept to be sold.

Person 1: good you remember the plan.

Person 2: but I have a doubt?

Person 1: now what is it?

Person 2: I don't understand why you are kidnapping and later on helping him also to find her I am not understanding it.

Person 1: you don't need to understand anything just do what I told you to do.

Person 2: okay

Person 2 pov:- this guy is playing with me , he wants me to do all the dirty work and he will act like a saint. But I won't let him go scot free. I have taped each and every conversation in my next call I just have to take his name.
If Raman had given me advance I could have saved by baby my pari.
I wouldn't have done this to cutie but now as goes the saying what ever bad or good the parents do their children are blessed or cursed. So Nandini has to suffer because of you Raman.
Person 2:- pov ends.

Author's pov
Raman didn't give him advance because that person always used to lie. Raman couldn't trust him whether he was telling the truth or not. Raman told him give me the hospital details I will deposit the amount. But this person wanted to make money on Raman so he said you don't trust me or what. Raman said no I don't trust you. So the servant said don't insult my services like this. You egoistic man you  can keep your bloody money.
Now you might be thinking why Raman had forgiven him as he had saved Mukti from a sever  accident. And in the bargain he had fractured his left leg. This happened one year back. Now we don't know whether the accident was a planned one or did it really happen accidently.
