As soon as he came within my view, I bared my teeth and growled at him.

He turned around to face me, but I had already jumped.

I was on top of him, my paws pinning his shoulders to the hard floor.

He flinched and gave a small cry of pain when my claws dug into his shoulder.

I growled and felt his arm move to his jacket pocket, barely a moment later I felt a prick in my front leg.

I jumped off him and he aimed a gun at me.

He fired a dart beneath my tail, but it dissolved shortly afterward.

I howled to alert someone that something wasn't right.

Within moments, Pietro was by my side, pinning the man to the wall, "Who are you and how did you get in here?"

The man crunched on something and said, "Hail HYDRA," before he started foaming at the mouth and dropped dead.

Pietro dropped the man with a look of disgust.

Footsteps came running down the stairs and everyone burst through the door with their weapons drawn.

My leg was going numb, forcing me to stand on three legs. I growled at the corpse of one of the scientists who experimented on me.

Steve looked at the body, "Who's that? What happened?"

Pietro nudged the body with his foot, "I do not know who that is but Raksha does. But his last words were interesting,".

Natasha stepped forward, "And what were they?"

Pietro looked her in the eyes, "He said 'Hail HYDRA'".

I growled at the familiar words, baring my teeth as the numbness started to spread throughout my shoulder.

Pietro looked at me and put a hand on my nose,"Knock it off he's dead,".

His gaze moved to my leg, "And what do we have here?" He moved and pulled something out, the prick made me growl again.

The numbness started to spread throughout my back forcing me to sit.

I chuffed as Pietro approached Bruce and Tony, "See what was in this and its effects,".

I whimpered as the numbness started to burn.

Bruce and Tony started to jog towards the elevator.

Pietro started to gently pet between my ears.

The rest of the Avengers, unsure what to do, started to look through the security to see where, when, and how the man got in.

Fury called in a 'clean up crew' to remove the body and clean the blood and foamy poison he left behind.

After around half an hour, Tony came back with news of the liquid spreading throughout my body.

By then I was barely conscious and couldn't make out words. Black spots danced my vision as I closed my eyes.

Shouts of panic were all I heard before everything went black.
