Harry POV

I was talking to pepper and my brother, Tim, wanting help with picking a place to go out for dinner for Draco's birthday and proposing to him.

"What about the place you guys went on your first date?" Pepper asked.

"That's perfect! Thanks, Auntie." I'm still glad for the day Kingsley transferred me to the New York Auror Office. 

Flashback

"I can't believe Kingsley transferred me! What in the bloody hell did he mean I'll be happy with who my new partner will be!?" I've been spending way too much time with Ron. I finished packing, shrunk my things, and took a portkey to New York. When I arrived I immediately went to the flat I bought when Kingsley first told me he was transferring me. The next day I got up and went to meet my new partner and meet my new boss.

"Mr. Potter, there are only four things you have to know about me is that my name is Nick Fury, You will refer to me as Fury or Director Fury, this Auror Office falls under SHIELD a government bureau, and I am your new boss." Said my boss Fury who had an eyepatch on his eye. "This is your new partner," he said as a blonde with startling gray eyes. "Draco Malfoy," he and I said at the same time. He gave me a look. "Malfoy, this is your new partner, Harry..." "Potter" Draco finished with him. He then gave Draco a look.

"We went to school together," I tell Fury.

A few months later

Draco and I were following Loki, supposedly a god, but as we were about to corner him and take him into custody he turned around and fired a spell Draco quickly put up a Protego. We got into a defense stance side by side and got ready. He was firing spells left and right, as one was coming towards my back, Draco jumped in front of it. "Draco!" Loki disapparates away. "Don't worry Draco, hold on," I say as I disapparate to SHIELD medical. It has been a month since Draco was put in a coma, "Come on, you Prat, don't leave me alone in this blasted Agency with all of the fools, as you call them, please wake up, I-I love you." I said just about ready to cry with my head on the mattress.

"I- cough- love you too, you git- cough-," I blink and rub my eyes and look at Draco. I bombarded him with a hug and I kissed him.

"Never leave me again you prat," I say, thankful he is awake. "Will you, Draco Lucius Malfoy, be my boyfriend, I never want to lose you again," I asked.

"Of course, you Prat, I've loved you since we met a Madam Malkin's," he exclaimed.

"So have I, even though you were acting a bit like a git."

Flashback over

"I still can't believe you guy have been dating for four years and still haven't gotten engaged," Tim said, bringing me out of my musings.

"Haha, very funny, what about your love life?" I tease.
