Fury shot at the vehicle that was driving into the distance. It had Clint, Selvig, who were both under Loki's control due to the scepter, Jill, and Loki himself. Jill wasn't under the same control as Clint and Selvig, for some reason she went with Loki of her own free will.

"Director? Director Fury, do you copy?" Agent Coulson asked over the walkie talkie.

"The Tesseract is with a hostile force." Fury replied. "I have men down. Hill?"

"A lot of men still under. I don't know how many survivors." She said.

"Sound a general call. I want every living soul not working rescue looking for that briefcase." He commanded.

"Roger that." Hill said.

"Coulson, get back to base. This is a Level Seven. As of right now, we are at war." He said over the walkie talkie.

"What do we do?" Phil asked.

"Assemble the team."
