Klara's POV:

"Dino Girl report to the mission room immediately." Nick Fury orders over the intercom.

"You better hurry little raptor. Fury hates to wait." Teases my brother Clint. I shove him playfully.

"I'm going bird boy." I tease as I leave the room we both share. I speed walk down to the mission room.

"Agent Barton reporting for duty, sir!" I bark. Nick passes me the mission file.

"Klara, read that file and pack your things. You are to head out to Mr. Grady's location at 0600 tomorrow morning." He orders.

"Yes sir." I reply and head back to my bedroom. Once there I begin to read the file and watch the video with it. To my surprise I start to understand the raptors.

"So this is your new mission? You do realize that the people who made those things gave HYDRA the means to do whatever they did to you right?" Clint snaps seeing who I am going to protect.

" I doubt Mr. Grady was part of what happened to me. That was Dr. Henry Wu's fault alongside Barron Strucker. Besides, whatever they did to me made it so I can understand these animals." I state. I quickly finish reading the file and pack my belongings getting ready for tomorrow.

"Hey sis, come 'ere. " Clint orders softly.

"What is it Birdie? I am a bit busy packing for the mission." I say slightly irritated.

"Just come here little raptor!" He snaps back. sighing loudly I walk into his room only for him to not be there.

"You called oh so sacred one?!" I asked sarcastically. The next thing I know Clint tackles me onto his bed from behind.

"Sarcasm is unbecoming of you Klara." Clint teases as he pins me to the bed. He takes something out of his pocket and attaches it to my wrist.

"What's that for you overprotective bird?" I ask. Clint rolls his eyes. "Its just a locket so you can remember us little raptor." He sighs hugging me.
