He did feel sorry for Forest though as he can not celebrate as his base was quite battered and need a lot of fixing along with the gulag and reporting to the hq the accident with the black suits.

She said with a smile and a wink.

all at the same time all the commanders had the same thought. they knew that this would only be possible because of one chaotic bastard.

We see forest not getting enough sleep due to the huge stacks of paperwork around him. He was inside his space station so no one could disturb him.

He sneezed and looked at the mirror

Forest: I think someone is cursing me.

he remembered what happened and the two kids that looked like tipitz and FDG.

Forest: so it seems like Jean and Matt has kids now eh.

The message just made sense to him causing him to pass out on his desk.
