Appearance: Otto has short black hair. The hair is slightly wavy, but not intense curls, his skin tone is a slight tan from the sun, but is naturally white. Personality: From growing up introverted, he had a lot of thinking time. He is very thinking and logical. very mature, obverses everything in the area, like how everyone in 8 is sad and poor. overlooked easily. extremely quiet and knowledgeable. Sly and knows how to mentally destroy someone. Can be manipulative. He is able to keep calm even in worst of situations.

  Back story: At a young age he had to fend for himself, causing him to age mentally faster. Since he was introverted and quiet he had to make himself happy by his mind, making images and stories in his head. He would look at everything in the scene. He saw many people tired faces, and no one would smile or look happy. He was not the strongest kid, and would talks many rests for moving. He Worked hard and was able to get back up and stay up, this was the main change from kid to calm adult. District 8 was very busy and people would move past the boy living in a cave near the market.No one paid attention to him, no one listened, they were following their work.
