Appearance: There are many differences between Waye and most residents of District Four. For starters, he has dark brown hair that almost reaches a shade of black, which isn't commonly seen in his home. His hazel eyes are also different from the norm, which alienates him even more. He's tall with a lean build, there isn't much to him.

Personality: Waye is an outcast. He's had some bad social experiences, and because of that he shies away from interaction with most people. When you get to know him, he's actually very intelligent and enjoyable to be around. but because he's afraid to let people in again, he doesn't let others see that side of him.

Background: Waye is like every other kid from District Four. Raised by the sea and brought up to know the fishing trade, he is pretty proficient in anything his District would have him do. But deep down, he leads a troubled life. After a childhood trauma, he has never been the same. Music is his only escape. He could get lost in the words and rhythms and, for a moment, pretend like he was anybody else.
