Nagato leaves the fortress with Kawakaze guarding her as usual.

They walk past a large coastal battery manned by some of the Kaiser's finest and also some of Papa Stalin's finest and bravest men.

Nagato (m): Well, ever since I married Herr. Windle, we been granted wealth, happiness, friends, and protection. We were also treated as their own. Like people instead of ships.

Mark Wayne Windle: Fine, z French Royalty has arrived today as well ja?

She goes outside to see her mother. Then, Nagato and Kawakaze come back from their walk.

Kawakaze: Well, he did say that he was called Casper for obvious reasons. I am sure he'll come from nowhere and maybe scare one of us.

Kaiser Wilhelm VIII: It is always nice to have guest. Especially royalty from a different nation visitor our empire.

While the Kaiser, Empress Erika II, and Queen Mary have a chat, the others party.

Matt: **dancing with Tirpitz** Zis is fun ja?

Jörg Friedrich Victor Wilhelm, or Jörg for short, is known as the Crown Prince to the Kaiser's empire. He finds himself outside with a glass of tea.

Jörg: **drinks from his glass** Zis is nice ja?

Nagato-chan: **looking out towards the coast** Wow! Cool!

Jörg: Hmm? O-Oh, hallo.

Nagato-chan: Eh!? **startled**

They go inside and find a spot to dance.

Jörg: I am sure you know how to dance ja?

Nagato-chan: Y-Yes.

Mutsu-chan: K-Kaiser?

Kaiser Wilhelm VIII: Give me just a second your majesty. **turns towards Mutsu-chan** Yes my friend?

Empress Erika II: Oh my, I see our boy has found a dance partner. **giggles**

They watch the Crown Prince and Nagato-chan dance and then go back to their chatting.

Meanwhile

???: This is it?

Mark Wayne Windle: Jawohl. Come. **chuckles** Lets see how many faint when zey find out zat you are a blood family member of mine.

???: You never changed! You are still a d*ckhead! **laughs**

Mark Wayne Windle: **laughing** Right you are my friend!

The author and the unknown man walk up the stairs and then enter the room.

Meanwhile

Nagato (m): Hey look, he is back. **giggles**

Kawakaze: Just as I predicted.

They watch the author come in, and then, they see a man that looks just like the author.

Mutsu (m): W-Who is that?

Mark Wayne Windle: May I have your attention everyone?

The room is then filled with silence and they all face towards the author.

Mark Wayne Windle: Thank you. Now, someone of you are wondering who zis man is. Well, go ahead.

???: I am Victor Grayson Windle, first born brother of Mark Wayne Windle. Call me Victor please.

Everyone: BLYAT/ NANI!?/WHAT!?/HUH?!/WAH!?

Then, several people faint, all of the author's wives faint as well as Mikasa, Akagi, Downneck, Matt, Biscuit, Mutsu-chan, and more. Within a minute, at least 3/4th's of the people in the room have fainted.

Windle-chan: What?!?!?!? **faints**

Zeppy: **gasps** Windy-chan?! **catches him**

Mark Wayne Windle: **chuckles** I knew it ja!?!? HAHAHA! **clears his throat** Anyway, I expect you all to treat him with respect, for as he just came all z way from Waco, Texas. My birth place.

Enterprise: What!? **faints**

Justin: Enty!? **catches her**

Kaiser Wilhelm VIII: Brother? I-I didn't know zat he had a brother!
