A/N: GERD is gastroesophageal reflux disease and IBS is irritable bowel syndrome. I have both.

You were going through it this morning. You have GERD, and  IBS and had horrible diarrhea overnight and now you are tired, bloated, and burping like a madman. You made yourself soup and only brought water with you to the cafeteria, not in the mood to eat or do anything. You just wanted to sleep. You half-heartedly greeted everyone and were about to put your head down when you saw Pyramidhead wasn't eating. He wasn't as shackled as usual but, he didn't move. You sat there looking at him before sighing, getting up, and going over to him. You sat next to him and leaned over to try and look at his face covered by his hair. It needed to be washed.

"Good morning darling, how come you're not eating?" You didn't expect a verbal response but, he grunted and stared at you and then the food. He wanted you to feed him again. You'll do it. Without a word you started feeding him, the smell of food nauseating so in between his bites of food you drink water to settle your stomach.

"Why you're not eating toots?" You turned to Freddy who was sitting across from you eating his breakfast as he looked at you. You shook your head.

"My stomach hurts and I am not hungry, I'll eat lunch later though." You continued to feed Pyramid head and once you were done you threw out the tray and went back to sit next to him where you left your phone playing videos. It was pretty calming and with the night you had, you found yourself dozing off. Within a few minutes, you were lying against Pyramid head who didn't mind in the slightest. The other patients started talking about you as you napped.

"I still can't believe she got on his good side, out of everyone here!" Ji-Woon was talking with the legion group and Danny.

"I was just as surprised. She's not bad honestly, definitely different from all the other nurses we've had." One of the guys from Legion spoke up

"She still doesn't know any of our names nor has she asked." Frank was rather shocked because all the other nurses either avoided them or demanded their names which Y/N has done neither. She wasn't deterred by any of their mannerisms, or threats. She was playful but, respectful something none of them have ever gotten from a nurse or guard. 

"She won't ask ever. You guys would have to tell her." Danny spoke this and he had a feeling that if you were a survivor he would've gotten punished by the entity daily to keep from killing you. 

"I don't like how nice she is. She's so genuine it's almost fake." Julie had spoken this and Joey scoffed.

"Oh please, she's as genuine as it fucking comes. Nothing fake about it." Joey was mad that he was right. It would've been easier if you were rude, nasty, fake, or just here for an 'easy' paycheck but, none of that was true. You treated them normally, you were kind and sweet to them and it made his chest feel weird. He wasn't telling you his name out of spite but, it seemed to be a one-sided cause-and-effect situation. Everyone continued to talk amongst themselves as you stirred awake. 

"What happened?" You woke up not intending to have fallen asleep and you rubbed your eyes with a yawn looking around and checking the time to see you had 15 minutes left. That 20-minute nap really helped you and gave you some energy.

"Had a nice nap?" You turned to one of the legion people and smiled at them chuckling.

"Yeah, I did, didn't sleep well and that nap helped." You stretched leaning all over Pyramid who didn't budge, not even a grunt as you leaned against him. He was comfortable and the guards and other nurses for the most part have gotten used to your relationship with Pyramidhead. Before you knew it breakfast was over and you took everyone back to their rooms waving at them or patting them on their backs. Stu did the happy dance and you mimicked him. You didn't have anything to do, since none of them were sick and they all were up to date with their shots. 

"Let's see how my mama doing." You decided to call and talk with your mama for a bit and then afterward you called your sister and spoke with her for a bit before she had to go back to work. You didn't wanna crochet yet so you grabbed a book and set a timer because once you got into a book you lost all sense of yourself and your surroundings. You grabbed Deadly Little Secret interested in the Touch Series and started reading on your bed. Time flew by and you jumped when the timer rang signaling you had half an hour before you had to leave for lunch time. You got up to pack up your lunch which was a hero sandwich, more water, juice, yogurt, and a couple of snacks. You used the bathroom and grabbed your bag heading to do your routine. You were out in the hallway by yourself this time, with no Randall or random nurse in sight. Interesting.

"Y/N." You turned in surprise at Thomas and smiled at him, waving at his brother Vincent as well who was more enthusiastic. You couldn't wait to do wax sculpting with them. Stu did his normal dance, Billy smiled which means he was in a good mood and the rest came in with you and Philip sharing a secret smile. You loved his smile it was nice, Evan had a nice smile as well. You greeted everyone else and Anna even gave you a grin which was a lovely surprise. Hannibal and Pyramid were there again both unshackled and you smiled at the obvious sign of trust the guards had with you. Or lack of care depending on how you look at it. Once inside you sat at the table with Hannibal and Pyramid head and turned at the clearing of a throat

"Can we sit with you?" It was Evan and Philip and you nodded watching as they took their seats. It was nice to have them sit with you and in the middle of feeding Pyramid, you felt someone else sit and you looked up to see Jason had taken a seat and you waved at him getting a wave back as he dug in. It was silent, a comfortable silence as all of you enjoyed each other's company. You were starving now so you were eating your food with one hand while feeding Pyramid with your other. You know he could feed yourself, and you knew you didn't necessarily have to feed him but, you wanted to and he liked it. You wanted to bond with all of them and this was your way of bonding with him.

"Skipping breakfast finally catching up to you." You turned to Evan eating your sandwich sheepishly while nodding. All this eating plus lack of sleep was going to make you sleepy so during your break between lunch and dinner you'll set your alarm and take a nap so you can be functional for dinner and the rest of the time. You'll fall asleep just fine, the nap won't affect your sleep schedule whatsoever.

"My stomach doesn't hurt anymore so now I'm just hungry." You were almost done feeding Pyramid as you finished up your sandwich and moved on to the rest of your food. Once Pyramid was done eating, you put on a TV show for him to watch while you finished eating. Your whole left side was pressed firmly against him and when you tried moving he growled so you stayed put. 

"You have stomach issues don't you?" It was a question from Philip that was phrased more as a statement. It seemed he knew the answer but, needed verbal confirmation.

"Yes, I do. My whole life. That's why I usually make my food because I know what could hurt me and what couldn't." He nodded and nothing else was said amongst them as you listened to the others talking. You were already catching the itis and all you could think about was your bed.

Shorter chapter but, I got a little something something for the new year! The next chapter will be much better and longer.
