It didn't take long for Billy to calm down because he did come back after about 20 minutes and wasn't sulking as much. However, he wasn't talking to you and that was fine. It was more than okay, to be honest, because you didn't want to accidentally trigger him and then everyone had to go inside because he caught a hissy fit. You doubt any of them had the patience to be dealing with that kind of behavior.

"Look Y/N! I made a chain!" You looked at Stu and he for sure had a chain but, it was loose in some parts and too tight in others. He needed to work on his tension.

"That's really good, I'm proud of you. Now you just need to work on your tension. The chains can't be too loose like it is here." You pointed it out to him "It also can't be too tight like it is here." You pointed out the too-tight chains. "Work on trying to make each chain the same and then I will show you how to make a second row." He nodded and you continued working on the beanie while looking over Danny to see he was already working on making a 3rd row. Who taught him how to crochet? He saw you looking and he smirked.

"What can I say doll, I'm good with my hands." He winked and you rolled your eyes playfully. 

"You should be darling." You continued to crochet watching as Stu continued making chains and Billy was looking at everyone's hands but, didn't say anything. He can sulk all he wants. While they were practicing crocheting you decided to finish up your lunch. You had about 20 minutes of solace and it was nice. While you ate you reflected on everyone's behavior and it wasn't as bad as the guards and other nurses claimed. Obviously, they're all mentally ill killers hence why they're in a damn asylum. No one with a sane mind is going to live in a fucking asylum. All the nurses, doctors, and guards need to understand this but, they don't want to. They already developed a pre-disposition of what kind of people they are and treat them like the shit they step in. 

"Can I use another color?" It was Danny and you nodded handing him red yarn to use and he thanked you quietly. The three of them were rather docile. You couldn't get over the fact that they're truly not as bad as everyone made them seem. You can't do anything about their past and what they did outside of the asylum, that's not your problem. Your job and want right now is to understand them as people in here. You have to earn their trust and they have to earn yours which won't be hard but, still. You finished up your lunch looking back over to Vincent and Bo who were already staring at you. You smiled and waved at them, moving your eyes around the whole area noticing Jason and Bo came back inside and were sitting with Pyramidhead. You really would love to hear his voice one of these days.

"Why are you like this?" You turned drinking your water to face Billy who was just staring at you. "Is there a reason why you're so nice? Do you think it's going to make us want to talk to you? We talk to you because we have to not because we want to. I'm sick of your preppy, goody-two-shoes fucking attitude. Fuck you and your shit." He threw your crochet hooks and yarn ball at you and you caught the hooks in one hand since those specific hooks were expensive and hard to find. You stared at him before chuckling. 

"You feel better now? Finally, got that off your chest? Not like you have much going on anyway. One of my tits is bigger than both your pecs." You saw the way all three of them looked at you in open shock. You turned to Stu. "Yo, Stu. You don't fuck him enough or play with his dick enough? Why is he always so uptight?" You didn't know their jaws could drop any further and Danny laughed in disbelief. 

"What." Billy was stunned. No other words came from his mouth.

"Oh, that was supposed to be a secret? I thought everyone knew you two were a thing, a couple or something. The two of you are the most queer-coded people in this whole wing. It's nothing to be ashamed of." You hummed before giving Stu a look. "You look like your top, make him choke on your dick so he can shut the fuck up or fuck him more so he can stop being" You turned to Billy to say this in a low tone "A prissy. Little. Cunt." You said nothing else except finish your juice while looking at him. Two can play this game. He blinked. You blinked. They all blinked. Danny couldn't handle it anymore and busted out laughing from the gut, throwing his head back. Both Stu and Billy were red and in the face.

"Where did they get you from?!" Danny was dying and you just sat there collecting your crochet items because you were sure that all three of them had no interest in crocheting right now. 

"Fresh out of nursing school who needed money." You had a piece of candy in your hand that Danny tried snatching but, you shoved it whole in your mouth and gave him the finger while chewing. "Fuck you, my candy." This whole situation felt like a sibling interaction. The whole interaction was unhinged actually and both Bo and Vincent bore witness to the entire thing. You glanced over at Bo who was smirking at you and you smirked back. You might've just made your way to his good side. 

"I like you Y/N." You grinned at Danny noticing that Stu and Billy had yet to say anything but, they didn't deny anything that you said. That meant everything was true and you hit the nail on the head.

"That's great 'cause I like you too Danny. I like everyone here, yes including you Stu, and you Billy." They blinked and nodded their heads at you. You figured you did enough damage to their psyche for now so you decided to go back to Pyramidhead to chill the rest of the time. "Okay, I think I did enough for now so, I'm going to leave the three of you alone and head back to my buddy over there." You said nothing else as you started collecting all of your items. Once you had everything you walked over to a table by Pyramid head placed all your belongings on the table and sat down in a chair next to him.

"Hey there big guy. I think everyone is tired of me so I'm just going to sit here if you don't mind." You glanced up at him meeting his red eyes and he gave a slight nod. "Thanks." You took one more look around noticing everyone was doing their own thing so you took out your phone to watch some YouTube videos. You had just turned on Happy Tree Friends (iykyk) on low volume when you let out a slight yelp. Pyramid head had pulled your chair so that you were completely laying on him and he laid out his arm, palm up across your lap. You hummed placing the phone in his hand and he moved it up to your eye level and to be closer to him forcing you to lean against him to watch it. He totally did this on purpose besides being curious as to what you were watching.

"He actually tolerates you." You glanced up at one of the security guards and nodded in agreement. 

"I like him too." You averted your eyes back to your phone watching the first couple of episodes of Happy Tree Friends comfortably leaning against him when you heard a bell before an announcement. 

"One hour left" You were surprised with how fast time was going. This is what happens when you genuinely enjoy what you do and who you are with. You looked around again and noticed that Randall had some files in your hand and was gesturing to you to come to him. You looked up at Pyramid Head patting his arm a bit to get his attention.

"You can keep watching, I'm just going to go see what Randall needs to talk to me about. I'll be right back." You patted his arm one more time and got up to go see what Randall needed to discuss with you. Once you got to him, he turned his back to everyone and you mimicked him so the two of you could have some semblance of privacy. "Hey Randall, how can I help you?" He gestured to the files.

"I just wanted to warn you that we are getting two new patients tomorrow. The other Asylums didn't want them since both of them claimed to also have come from the entity and are better off living here." You furrowed your eyebrows and nodded at that. You believed that the entity's realm was definitely a real place. Too many of them said they came from there and they all were a lot of things but, you didn't take any of them as a liar. You were definitely going to have to talk to them and find out as much as you can about the Entity's realm.

"Can I read the files?" He shook his head no and you were wondering what was the point in telling you, you were getting two new patients to take care of if he wasn't going to let you read the files until they came tomorrow.

"I am sorry, I know it probably doesn't make sense to you but, I just wanted to give you a warning. A heads up of the sorts. I didn't want you to get blind-sided like you kind of were when you first got this job." That was very sweet of him and you knew technically you weren't obligated to know beforehand, just expected to handle it and do your job efficiently. 

"Thank you for that, I can't wait to meet them tomorrow." He nodded and gestured for you to go back to what you were doing. You waltzed your way back to Pyramid Head and got back into the same comfy position you were in to spend the last hour watching Happy Tree Friends. You went to change it but, he grunted indicating he was enjoying himself. You were happy to communicate with him so efficiently. "You know something. Everyone in here is so scared of you and probably for good reason but...I like you. A lot. I think you're nice to talk to even if everyone else can't understand you, I try. You're worth it." Nothing was said for a long time but, you tried not to squeal with happiness when he lifted his left hand as if to get comfortable and had his fingers brushing against your skin where you were leaning on his right arm. 

"15 minutes left" 

You huffed and noticed you had time to finish the video you guys just started watching. "Looks like we are out of time. Next time you go to lunch we can continue watching this if you want." He grumbled and you knew he wasn't happy about stopping right now but, was looking forward to watching more next time. You spent the next 5 minutes finishing the video and the last 10 minutes throwing out whatever garbage from tables and chairs before the bell rang and the guards moved in to gather everyone. You had grabbed all your things waving to everyone as they exited. 

"Can I sit with you during lunch?" You looked up at Brahms and nodded with a smile watching as he giggled a little and kept walking. They needed to eat lunch and since you had your own lunch early you'll just eat a snack or maybe a small soup to fill yourself up. You waited until they were all gone and you were given an hour to yourself before they had lunch. You decided you were going to spend that hour in your room to ponder who are the two new people you are going to be taking care of.
