Kiera's POV:

Everything was normal...

Or so I thought.

"I need you to go on one final mission before you are promoted to leader." The words rang in Kiera's ears like a bell in a chapel.

"I know what I must do. What is my assignment?" I knew what was about to happen. 

"You must kill Wang Yeong-Ho. He is a force to be reckoned with, but I trust you will do your part." the leader's words stuck with her as she walked back into town.

My childhood best friend, who had become a hero, had to be killed. It made me sick to my stomach, but I needed to be strong. I need to do this.

"Shingunoga Iwa." She muttered under her breath. After everything he did and what he did to her, she knew he had to die.
