READER'S POV

Link and I entered the Goron mines once we did everywhere we looked there was lava and some of it was shooting upwards and some parts of the floor was destroyed.

I said,"Looks like Cor Goron was right about this place being destroyed by Darbus" Link then said,"well remember what he said, there are some traps around here and some of the enemies as well so watch where you step and try not to fall in the lava"

I said."I know that, come on." We headed to the bottom of the hill and we jumped onto one of platforms and then we jumped onto the platform on the right hand side and then we waited for the lava to stop shooting upwards and then we made it across.

LINK'S POV

We walked into some kind of cage and there was some wooden boards so I got my sword out and then I destroyed the first one and when I destroyed the other one (Y/N) grabbed my arm and then she pulled me back.

She said,"Be careful, you nearly got yourself burnt there." I looked at her and said,"Right thanks for that." She smiled and said,"No problem, hey nice muscles." I looked back at her and said,"What was that?"

She turned her head away from me and said,"Uh nothing, anyway we should try and find away to switch that thing off." I looked at the switch and said,"I think we just did."

I pointed at the switched but when (Y/N) stood on it nothing happened. She said,"Wait a minute, we need something heavy to push this thing down and I know what might work"

(Y/N) got her iron boots out and then the switch went downwards and the heat from the vent stopped but then we heard a ticking noise it was a timer so (Y/N) quickly took off her iron boots and then we ran as fast as we could and the heat came back on again.

I said,"Phew, we need to watch out for something like that again" (Y/n then said,"I agree."

We about to continue until there was another vent and there was also another switch and we did the same like what we did with the other vent we managed to get outside of the cage and when we did an enemy appeared from the lava and it shot lava at us but I used my new shield and I used the shield bash and then it died.

We climbed up the ladder and then we were at the top of the cage and then we jumped on the pillar that across from where we were at and then I noticed another vent.

"Oh great there's another one" I said. "The switch is at the opposite direction from where the vent is, let's just hope the timer lasts longer this time." (Y/N) said.

We went over to the switch and then a lava worm fell from the ceiling and I did get burned a little but then (Y/N) used her sword to finish it off.

She asked me,"Link are you OK?" I said,"don't worry I'm fine it's just a little burn."

"I'll sort it out later but first let's just get out of this place." she said.

READER'S POV

I put my Iron boots on and then the switch went downwards like last time and the timer was slow at first so we knew that it was gonna go faster so we ran as fast as we could to the other side and we made it.

Once we did I noticed that there was some kind of switch next to the door so when I told Link what it was he ran across the ledge and then he made it to the other side but the lever wasn't going down.

So I said,"Link try using the Iron boots they're heavy enough to weigh it down." Link nodded his head and then he put the iron boots on and then the lever went downwards and the gate to the next room was opened.

Link opened the door and when we went through it there was some kind of magnet and there were other ones too but when I looked at the platform there were some of the archers from yesterday's fight looks like they're trying to keep us out of the mines so we can't reach the second fused shadow and durbus.

Link and I headed down the stairs that were on the left hand side and then we saw some of the enemies and then we managed to beat them. Once we did there was a chest and when I opened it there was a small key. While we were heading up stairs I looked at the magnet above us and I asked Link,"Hey what do you think that magnet is used for?"

"I'm not sure but we'll find out eventually." He replied.

Once we headed up the steep hill there was a platform but it was turning so Link went first and he made it to the other side and then I waited for it to go straight and then I jumped onto it and then I made it to the other side. When we were on the rusty looking platform the turning one was going a bit faster than the one we leaped from once it stopped for a second we both jumped onto it and then we quickly made it to the other side.

Once we made it to the other side I looked at Link arm and said,"Link your arm, it's bleeding." Link said,"It's OK, it was from that fire worm from earlier it's only a little burn." I then said,"Well you can't be too careful let me see it."

I looked at his arm and I got some ointment from my pouch and I rubbed it on Link's arm and when I looked at him his cheeks were a bit red and I said,"Link are you OK? Your cheeks are a bit red."

"Uh it must be the heat." He replied. Once I finished rubbing the ointment on Link's arm I got a bandage and I wrapped it around his arm and I tightened it. I said to Link,"OK, break over let's get going."

LINK'S POV

We reached the locked door and then I opened it. Once we were inside we continued on the path and as we made our way down the steep hill I saw a Lizard and it tried to use it's flames at us but then (Y/N) got behind it and then she started to attack it's tail and then it died.

I said,"Nice work." She smiled and said,"Thanks Link." (Y/n) the sighed. I noticed this and said,"Are you OK?" She then said,"I'm feeling a bit hot but after this is over I'm going for a shower."

She said as she noticed the sweat stains on her assassin's outfit and my tunic. (Y/N) move her hood off her head and then we jumped onto a pillar and then we waited for the lava to stop shooting and then we jumped onto another one and then I noticed another lizard when it saw us (Y/N) managed to get behind it but then it turned around and it was about to attack her but I managed to attack it's tail and then it died. I looked at (Y/N) and she said,"Hey man, I had that one." I chuckled at her comment and I said,"Don't worry maybe you'll be able to defeat another if I don't get that is."

I laughed a little and then she whacked me on the head with her fist and (Y/N) walked away from me and she leaped onto another pillar and I followed her to the other side but then she suddenly froze and she said,"Link, you sense that?"

I looked around and I knew the air wasn't right so we cautiously looked around and then there was black smoke coming towards us and then a strange figure appeared from smoke and when it cleared there was a woman dressed just like (Y/N) only except her outfit was black and it also had red on the inside.

The mysterious woman said,"Hello (Y/N)."

"Who are you and how do you know my name?" (Y/N) said and then the mysterious woman removed her hood and she had pale skin, red hair and her eyes were golden. She smirked and said,"I've heard so much about you and your brother, you are one of the assassins and as for your older brother well, no one has heard from him in years maybe he's dead."

I saw (Y/N)'s eyes widen in shock and then she unsheathed her sword and then she charged at her but then the woman grabbed it with her two fingers.

READER'S POV

"What?! How did she do that?! How does this woman know me and Zoro!?" I thought to myself.

The mysterious woman smirked at me and said,"Now, now, let's not be too hasty, if you want to know who I am and how do I know you and your brother it's because I was there on that day when some of your brothers and your sisters from the creed were all killed by my Father's hand." I was surprised that she knew about the creed. I said,"You know something about the creed?"

"Of course, the only problem is the assassins's creed no longer exists." She said.

My eyes widen in shock about what she just said and then she let go of my blade and then she tackled me onto the ground and said,"And also, my name is Gina I'm Ganondorf's daughter and if you think you can win Shadow's heart then think again because he is mine and mine alone."

She got off me and then she disappeared. Link came over and said,"Oh great, she's back." I sat up and said,"You know her?" Link then said,"Some people knew about her, her name is Gina from what I've heard, she used to cause a lot of trouble around Hyrule a long time ago and then for some reason she disappeared and no one hasn't seen her since, until now."

I got up from the ground and I asked him,"Link, What did she mean by the assassin's creed no longer exists? Did have something to do with the war a while back?"

Link then said,"I think so, I heard a rumour once it said the creed was destroyed after the war with the king of evil ended and no one hasn't seen nor heard about any of the assassins they just vanished into thin air." I then said,"I see."

"If the assassins disappeared after the war then why did cor goron warned me about the assassin hunter? Does it mean there still some of my brothers and sisters from this 'creed' are still alive even now?" I thought to myself.

My thoughts were interrupted when I saw Link pulling on the chain and I noticed that the wall was blocking the way so I went over to help him and after we both let go of the chain we both jumped onto the pillar and then we were on the platform and we jumped onto another pillar and then we quickly ran over to the door and then Link opened the door to the next room. Once we entered the room it was much more cooler than it was in the other rooms and I sighed in relief.

"That feels much better." I said. We both looked around the room and I noticed there was a switch in the water and there was something on the walls. I said to Link,"There's a switch in the water I'll bet it's like the ones we saw from before except it's in the water."

Link then said,"One problem, how do we use the switch in the water?" I thought for a moment and said,"We can use the Iron boots they'll be heavy enough to weigh both the switch and us as well."

"That plan might actually work, smart thinking (Y/N)." Link said.

Link and I dived into the water and then we put our Iron boots on and when we did they weighed us to the bottom of the water and then we both walked through the hole in the fence and then Link stood on the switch and then there was a strange light and suddenly Link got pulled out of the water and I walked into the light and then I was pulled out out of the water and I was upside down. I looked at Link and the Iron boots were had some lighting around our feet and Link said,"Looks the iron boots are magnetic to the magnetic walls looks like this will make these things easier for us."

We walked on the wall and then we both saw a door so once we reached to the top of ledge and then we took off our iron boots and then Link opened the door.Once we were inside the room there was a sumo arena and there was another goron but he was a bit more older than the elder we saw at the entrance of the mines.

We walked over to him and he said,"Ah... I thought I felt a presence...but what a surprise to find two young humans... Word has come to me of you two...and if Gor Coron has faith in you two, then your hearts must be true. ...I am one of the four Goron elders. Gor Amoto is my name. You are heroic, young humans. Please, you two must lend this tribe your powers."

The Goron Elder gave us a shard and he said,"That is one of the Key shards that, when merged together, form the key to the room where Darbus is being held. He is our patriarch. The key is split into three pieces. Each of us elders keeps a piece. You two must hurry to the other elders!"
