LINK'S POV

After we rescued the other monkey, (Y/N) and I went back into the other room that's when we saw a large chest but the gate was locked.

(Y/N) said,"it looks like we won't be able to get the boss's key yet I'm thinking the gate needs to be opened by something."

I looked at her and said,"Well duh, it needs a key" (Y/n) notices a zigzag patter on the ground and said,"not an ordinary key Link, look at the ground."

I looked at the ground for a second and that's when I noticed the fans above us. I said,"Oh right now I get it, the gate can only be opened if the fans have been blown by wind."

"That's what I thought too but the thing is there's no wind in here so I guess we'll have to come back later." (/n) said. I nodded my head and said,"It would seem that way let's go"

We headed back into the hall and then the monkey hung upside down on the rope and (Y/N) and I swung across to the platform and then the other monkey did the same and then we swung across to the other side. The door had another spider's web on it so I got my lantern and it burnt the web and then we went into the other room.

When we inside the room other monkeys stopped following us. (Y/N) and I looked at each other with confused looks. We were about to explore this room until another plant appeared and this time it had red-black stripes on it.

I managed to stop it but then it started to crawl towards me and suddenly (Y/N) killed it.

(Y/n) then said,"Watch yourself Link, these red ones are different to the ones we fought before." I said,"You've got that right these red ones a bit more dangerous than the purple ones."

READER'S POV

We headed up stairs and I noticed a strange looking plant it was just sitting there and then Link and I headed up the stairs and there was a spider but it's body was like a ball suddenly it crawled towards us luckily Link attack it with his sword and then it's body turned red and then it started to fire up that's when we both realised that spider was actually a bomb.

I shouted,"Link! throw that bomb down that ledge and hurry before it explodes!" Link then said,"I'm already on it!"

Link grabbed the spider and threw it down to where that plant was and then it ate the bomb until it exploded inside it's stomach.

I looked down and said,"That's two problems dealt with" Link then said,"yeah and now we've got another one to deal with"

Link pointed at the large boulder that was on the other side of the room that's when it gave me an idea to use another spider bomb. Another spider came out of the hole, where the other one was standing, so I struck it with my hidden blade and then I grabbed it and then I leaped from the edge of the platform and landed on the other side and then I threw it at the boulder and then the bomb exploded making the boulder smash into pieces.

After the smoke cleared there was another door so Link and I went through it and this time we were in a larger hall and on the other side of the room there was another monkey and it was locked in a cage. We then headed down the stairs and then I saw some kind of earth worms peaking from under the slabs.

I said to Link,"careful when crossing the bridge Link there are some earth worms if you step onto their slabs there might be a chance they'll attack you."

Link then said,"Right, thanks for the warning" I said,"no problem"

I looked up and there was a chest on top of the pillar I looked at Link but he said,"don't look at me like that I did it last time it's your turn"

I folded my arms and I glared at him and said,"No way forget about it." Link sighed and we did Rock,Paper,Scissors and my hand was Rock and Link's hand was scissors.

I smirked and said,"Rock breaks your scissors Link" Link then said,"aw come on! are you sure you're not cheating"

I glared at him and said,"You're just a bad loser Link... NOW GET TO IT!!" Link shivered in fear and he stood up straight and said,"yes ma'am!"

Link ran and then he rolled and then the pillar shook a little and then the chest fell. Once the chest was off the pillar, I opened it and it had a small key for the monkey's cage. Once we got the key Link and I crossed the bridge carefully so that we didn't stepped onto the earth worm's slabs.

We made it to the other side and there were more earth worms so we both knew that we had to be careful. We looked up and we saw four large steps like the ones back in the other room so Link got his lantern and then he lit one of the fire pillars and then one of the steps moved upwards.

Link then did the same with the other one and then it made a stair case the led to the monkey's cage but there was a large spider that was guarding the cage. Link and I headed up the steps and then the spider came down and Link used his sword and then the spider was stunned and then he used the ending blow to finish it off.

Once Link finished off the spider he unlocked the monkey's cage and the monkey started to jump up and down with joy and then Link and I made our way back to the door and then we were back in the same room. I looked up and there was another door but the ledge was high for us to grab so we had to use the vines to climb up but there were two smaller spiders that were in the way so link got his slingshot out and then he shot the spiders.

Once the spiders were dealt with we jumped off the ledge and then we grabbed onto the vines and then we started to climb upwards and then we went through the door and there was another monkey that was trapped in a cage and the key was lying on the floor but the plant grabbed the key and then it dropped it into it's friends mouth.

I said,"It looks like they won't give us that key until they're defeated" Link then said,"It looks that way,(Y/N)"

LINK'S POV

I unsheathed my sword and (Y/N) got her hidden blades ready, we both charged at the enemy and then it nearly bashed at us with it's large mouth luckily I used my shield in time and then I noticed that (Y/N) suck behind the plant and then she used her throwing knives and it looked at her. She shouted,"Link! hurry up and attack it while it's focused on me!"

I did what she asked me to do and then it died but there was still one more enemy to deal with. The enemy was like the miniature versions of it's self luckily there some spider bombs that were next to the monkey's cage,so I struck one of them and then I threw it in the monster's mouth and when it swallowed it the bomb exploded inside it's stomach.

Once the enemy was dead we got the key back and then I went up to the monkey's cage and unlocked it the monkey then started to jump up and down with joy then I noticed that (Y/N) got an injury on her arm.

I said,"(Y/N) you're hurt did that thing get you?" She looked at her injury and said,"Don't worry, it's just a scratch" I got a bandage from my pouch and then I tied it on (Y/N)'s arm.

READER'S POV

When Link was tying the bandage on my arm I started to blush a little.

"What is this feeling? first Shadow and now Link. Do I have a crush on both of them?" I thought to myself.

Once Link was finished tying the bandage on my arm, he said,"There you go (Y/N)." I said,"thanks Link"

After Link finished patching up my arm we headed back to the door and then we headed back to the other monkeys that were in the hall and then one of them hung from the rope and then we swung to the platform.

The monkeys then started to lead us back to the broken bridge and then they started to hang on the rope that crosses to the other side.

Link then said,"I think those monkeys want us to deal with that baboon." I smirked and said,"Great, time to teach that monkey some manners"

I went first, I grabbed onto the monkeys hands and I swung to the other and so on and so on until I reached to the other side.

I shouted,"Okay Link! The coast is clear! You can cross now!" Link shouted back,"Alright! I'll be there in a minute!"

While I was having a look around Link grabbed onto the monkeys hands and he swung to the other ones like what I did and he got to the other side.

Link said,"Alright lets go" I nodded my head and said,"okay"
