CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE:HANGING OUT IN A HAIR SALON

The song 'Hey Da Da' was playing in the radio as Natasha, Zach, Luna, Allison, Vanya and Klaus were in the hair salon where Allison was working.

Natasha was sitting on couch with Luna sitting on her lap while Zach was standing next the couch with his back leaned up against the wall.

They were listened to Allison talking about her husband Ray. He had left her on the street in the middle of the night during a protest that had turned into a riot. He had seen her rumor a police office and then left her in shock and he hadn't come home since.

Allison let out a growl and a chuckled as she grabbed a bottle of champagne "The nerve of that man. I mean, one thing goes wrong, and he's on a warpath. I mean, doesn't know who I am?" she said as she stepped behind Klaus who was sitting on a chair.

"No, no. No, Ray, you know exactly who I am. You just can't handel it" Allison said as she combed Klaus' hair.

Vanya was sitting on a chair, pretending to shoot bottles in front of her "Pew, pew" she said as she mimicked the sound of gunshots quietly. She closed one eyes and pretended to focus on the bottles and shot again with her one finger that she was imaginary was the pistol.

"Then tell him the truth" Zach said "I'm protecting him" Allison said while she continued styling Klaus' hair and he was about to touch his hair but she slapped his hand "Ow" he winced.

"Ow" he said winced "From what?" he asked "The end of the world, for once" Allison said "Is the world really gonna end in six days?" Vanya asked and Natasha and Zach nodded "Well, it did last time. And we did everything Five and Natasha could think of to stop it" Allison said "Hey, wouldn't it be weird if Five grew up all hot?" Klaus asked as he got up "Wouldn't that be weird?" he asked.

"What?" Vanya and Allison said "Eww" Allison said and Klaus looked at Natasha "What do you think?" he asked "What?" she asked as she looked up "I mean, you and Zach are the only one of us who have seen Five as an adult, but since Zach is Five's son, it would be weird to ask him therefore I'm asking you. Does Five grow up to be hot?" Klaus asked as he stepped closer to Natasha.

"Come on, you spend over 19 years with him, you have being a couple for 17 years, made two kids, probably done it more than two times" Klaus said causing Zach to roll his eyes while he was making a face in disgust.

"Come on, he must being hot" Klaus said "If I say that he does, will you leave it there?" she asked and he nodded "Yes, Five grow up to be hot, but his look was not the first thing I fell for, it was his personality, his heart, his smile, his eyes and his soul" Natasha said.

"So, how he is in bed?" Klaus asked "Please don't, not while I hear it, I don't want that picture haunting me for the rest of my life" Zach said.

"Come on, how is he in bed?" Klaus asked "One word, amazing" Natasha said "Jesus mom, really" Zach said "What, me and your dad have had that talk with you" she said as she looked at her son "Yeah, but I don't want that picture in my mind. No kid want that" Zach said.

"Ew" Allison said "Oh, please" Klaus said as he turned to Allison "'Oh, eww! Eww!' Please, Miss 'Luther was my lover'" Klaus said before making kissing sounds.

"We have never even kissed" Allison said "Yeah, but you guys were making little sick moon-dog eyes at each other all through puberty and breakfasts and all that" Klaus said as Vanya spun around in her chair slowly while Allison sat down across the room, resting her feet on a chair.

"Wait, you and Luther are a thing?" Natasha asked "Aren't you related?" Zach asked.

"Aren't we all brothers and sisters, or...?" Vanya asked and Klaus snorted "Well...technically, it--" Allison said as she was trying to find a way to explain.

"'Technically'? If you have to word...use the word 'technically' you're already in trouble" Klaus said and giggled "Okay, can...can we focus? I mean, clearly we're not saving the world tonight, but maybe, maybe, we could at least try to save my marriage" Allison said as Klaus poured some liqour in his bottle causing some of it to drip down to the floor.

"No" he said to Allison "No, because that's like...that's like asking a nun how to hump someone's leg" Klaus said and the four looked confused at him.

"I mean, who in this room knows shit about relationships? This one?" he asked before he pointed at Vanya "In secret love with some farm Frau" he said "Her name's Sissy" Vanya said "Which is an improvement on her previous love interest, the serial killer" Klaus said "What?" Vanya asked as her eyes widened "Later" Allison whispered to her.

"While Five is in love with his partner in crime who is a badass, psycho, killer girl who is also in love with him and made two beautiful children" he said as he pointed on Natasha.

"Meanwhile, I'm carrying a torch...for a soldier I haven't technically met yet, and Luther is in love with his sister" Klaus said.

"Okay, that is wrong, being in love with your sister" Zach said.

"Okay, again, we are not biological" Allison said in defend "Face it, the healthiest long-term relationship in this family is Five banging Natasha" Klaus said "And now that picture is stuck in my mind, thank you so much Klaus" Zach said sarcastically.

"The only thing the Umbrella Academy know about love...is how to screw it up" Klaus said before he raised his arm "That it's not true, Five haven't screw anything up in our relationship" Natasha said "How long have you and Five being together?" Allison asked "Well, we have being partners for 19 years and a couple for 17 years, if you don't count the year I was here" Natasha said "Woah, 19 years with Five. That gotta be hard" Klaus said "A little, but I was no better either" Natasha said "I can't believe you put up with him for all those years?" Allison asked in disbelief "Believe it or not" Natasha said as she glanced at them.

"I know that Five is no angel, I'm not either, we have both done some things to survive, things no human being should have to do, just to get back to where we are now. But through it all, Five have remained by my side, clutching my hand and holding me close, just like I did for him. We had being by each other side for over 19 years and never left. He had become my life partner, my light, my hope, gave me a family, the family I never thought I would have" Natasha said "That is a shock, how were you able to handle him?" Allison asked "It was hard, but I was no better either, I know he is no angel , but I love him anyway. I love every tiny part of him, just like he does with me" Natasha said with a smile.

"How do you guys deal with this?" Vanya asked "What?" Allison asked "I mean, all of it. The time travel, seeing the dead, the end of the world" Vanya said "Well, I'm used to it" Natasha said "So am I" Zach said and Vanya looked at the two "When you have had a job like me for 38 years. You just use to it" Natasha said "And when you spend your childhood there, you also get used to it" Zach said.

"Well, I get really high" Klaus said before he sat down on a chair "Allison...Allison...lies to herself" he whispered and Allison kicked a chair making it roll towards him.

Klaus then pointed at Vanya "And you suppress all your emotions deep, deep down until you...you blow shit up" he said "Yeah, I'd really like to not do that anymore" Vanya said "Well, you've got six days, missy" Klaus said "What the hell are we supposed to do with six days?" Allison asked "Party?" Klaus asked.

"I don't know" Allison said and Vanya sat up in her chair "I'm gonna tell Sissy that I love her. I don't want any secrets" she said "Yeah" Klaus said "Yeah" Allison said before getting up "Yeah, yeah, you're right. Yes cause you know, if...if it's all gonna go tits-up, the least I could do is be honest with my husband" she said.

"Oh...does that mean I have to face my cult? I just hate group breakups. It's why I stopped dating twins" Klaus said and you let out a chuckled "This family's amazing" Vanya said as she threw her arms out to the side.

"So" Klaus said before he turned to Natasha "You are a badass psycho" he said "Thanks" she said sarcastically "No wonder Five is in love with you and you two fit prefect together, he is a little psycho too" Klaus said.

"Well, it's just violence is the only thing I know, because I've been on survival mode since I was 13 and that mode changed into killing and violence mode when I join The Commission at the age of 19 and it have being stuck there, ever since" Natasha said and the three siblings looked at her and they could see the trauma in her eyes "Something bad had happen to you" Klaus said and she shook her head "I don't know what you are talking about" she said "We can see the eyes of someone with trauma" he said "Natasha, we can see that you have being through a lot" Allison said "Why do you guys care" Natasha said in a hard tone "Why are you so cold?" Vanya asked "This attitude came from pain, I wasn't always like this. I once was a child with innocent eyes" Natasha said before looking down "Nat, you can tell us. You can trust us" Klaus said and Natasha looked back up at the siblings.

"You guys wouldn't understand" she said "Try us, we also have trauma. You can tell us" Klaus said before taking one step closer to her "Maybe we will understand you better if you tell us" he said and Natasha looked at them before she took a deep breath.

"Well, I lost my parents when I was 13, landed in a orphanage, was kick out at 18, lived on the street till I was 19 where I joined The Commission. Met people I felt safe with, then lost them and I had my heart broken so many times. Lost my first love right in front of me, on a mission" she said, looking at them "People wonder why I'm so cold. I gave my heart to the wrong people" she said before she let out a sigh "Then I just decided to not get close to people anymore, 'cause everyone I have cared for has either died or left me. So I just sunk into the darkness. I let The Commission torture me and experiment on me. Let them turn me into a living weapon. I was a nobody with nothing but a face and a name, just following orders" she said before looking down "I have never let my guard down, because whenever I do, I've double crossed, played, lied to, let down and betrayed" she said before she let out a sigh.

"And then I met Five and we became partners. He started coming into my life. He just happened and I...I told myself he needed me" she said before letting out a smile "But that wasn't true, that's a lie, he didn't need me" she said before letting out a sigh "...I needed him" she said before she looked at the siblings and she could see the tears in their eyes.

"I'm so sorry about what have happen to you" Klaus said "I'm sorry that you have being lied to and betrayed so many times" Vanya said "Don't be. I don't blame the one who snaked me...I blame myself for trusting them" Natasha said "But you were betrayed by the people you tursted, that must be hard" Allison said "Listen, if I had a blade for each time I've been betrayed and lied too. I could build the iron throne myself, twice" she said before taking a deep breath.

"I have being lied to and betrayed so many times. That in the end, I believe that you can't trust anyone, only yourself" Natasha said, looking up at the three "But then I met Five and he showed me that there are good people out there, you just have to find them" she said before looking down.

"You guys see, I was a victim too. But no one ever treated me like one...Except one" she said before she let out a smile "Five" she said as she looked up "He was the first and only person I have met in a really long time, that saw me for who I really was" she said before she down at her fingers "Cause of my past. I'm a dangerous person to be around. Five is the only one that can calm me down if I ever lose my temper or lose control and go overboard" she said, taking a deep breath "Five have saved me, in every way a person can be saved. He saved me from the darkness, like he had so many times before. He became my only light in the dark and he still is. Lucky we fell in love, and he gave me a family, the most two amazing kids in the world" she said and looked at Luna before she looked at Zach who smiled to his mom.

"Well, he is so in love you, I can see it in his eyes, you and the kids means everything to him. And you are a perfect match" Klaus said and Natasha said "I love him just as much and I love our kids more than life itself" she said "If you two love each other so much, why not get married? Haven't Five asked you?" Klaus asked "Trust me he have, many times, but I told him that I don't believe in marriges, beside you don't need to get married to proof and show that you want to spend the rest of your life with that person" Natasha said "Why did you stay with him?" Vanya asked "Cause he was the one and I love him so much, no matter how much we fight, we always worked things, no matter how stubborn and annoying he could be. I still love him, 'cause I see the soft and caring side of him and he did the same with me" Natasha smiled.

"There's not a word to describe how much Five love me or how much I love him. I know that we will searched the entire timelines for each other. He promised to look for me anywhere I go and I know he keep his promises as much as he can. He loves me, I know that. I know that his love for me has never wavered and will never change whether we are together or not. He is a hardworking, selfless and honorable man and I love him. It's always Five. In every universe or timeline, it's always him. That will never change" she said.

"Well you two are made for each other" Allison said "Yeah, you are soulmates" Klaus said before he lifted his hand "And now you have two beautiful kids" Klaus said.

"Every choice Five have taking was so he could get back and save you guys. Every decisions we have taking was for Zach, so he could get a normal childhood, grow up in a normal world, so he could meet you guys, so we could live a normal life. Give our kids that life they deserve" Natasha said "Well, let's hope we fix this and then you two can live a normal life in a normal world and our kids can have a normal childhood" Allison said.

"What about you?" Klaus asked as he looked at Zach "There is not much about me yet, I was six years old when I started training as an assassin, my parents was the one that trained me. And I quickly became the greatest child assassin the world has ever know. But I would like to do something else, live another life" Zach said.

"Okay, let's not get ahead of ourselves" Allison said and Klaus walked over to her before he put his arm around her shoulder.

"Come here" the two said, looking at Vanya "Get over here" Klaus said and Vanya up before she jumped up and down like a bunny, "I love you guys" Klaus said as Vanya joined them.

The three then turned to Natasha and Zach "Come here, you three this is what you got into when you decided to date Five, it's too late to back out now. You too Zach and Luna also, you two are our nephew and niece, so get over here" Klaus said.

The two hesitated a bit "Come on, we are not gonna bite" Klaus said "Okay" they said and while still holding Luna Natasha got up and her and Zach walked over before Klaus as threw his arm over their shoulders before pulling them into the hug.

"I love you guys" Zach said "We love you too, Five Junior." Klaus said.

They pulled away and Klaus grabbed Luna before he lifted her up and she smiled.

Natasha and Zach smiled, Five's siblings weren't what they had imagined, and they didn't match the figures in their head that they had created when Five first told them about them.

"Oh" Allison suddenly said when she heard the song 'Twisting' the Night Away' play in the radio and she walked over to the radio before she turn up the volume.

While holding Luna, Natasha was standing next to Zach as they were both watching the siblings that started dancing.

Five had followed after Lila to an abandoned warehouse.

He was now crouching down behind a big cement block as he watch Lila ran over to the huge, empty old warehouse while the sound of a train rumbling along tracks was heard nearby.

He saw how she glanced around before she smashed the glass on the door, clicking the lock.

Lila grabbed the doorknob on the outside of the door before she opened the door and went inside.

When Lila closed the door, Five ran over to the door and he peek inside before he blinked inside the warehouse.

Five blinked behind Lila causing her to stop before she turned around to look at him.

"What's your game, crazy lady?" he asked with his hands in his pockets "Who cares? You said if you saw me again, you'd kill me" Lila said with a smile "Oh, I remember" he said "Well, come on, big talker. Let's get this done" she said "All right" he said before he blinked behind her and threw a kick at her, but she quickly turned around, kicking him in the face causing him to let out a grunt as he stumble backwards and Lila let out a chuckled before she started running the other way.

Five stood back up before he chased after her.

When they came to a huge room and when he was closed enough, he blinked in front of her causing to stop.

He then jumped up in air, swinging two kicks at her face, but she bent backwards, dodging his legs.

He spun around again, swinging a kick at her, hitting her in the face.

She swung her fist at him just as he swung his fist at her and they started punching each other.

Five threw a punch at her but she ducked down before she grabbed his shoulder and she give him a knee in the face.

He threw another punch at her but she swung a kick at him, hitting him in the face.

He put his hand on the floor and swung his leg towards her, trying to hit her knee, but she dodged it.

He got up and swung a punch at her but she block it with her arm but then he kicked her in the stomach causing them both to stumble backwards.

He charged towards her but she turned and grabbed the side of a table that was standing next to her before flipped over the other side.

Five turned around the table but stopped when he saw that she wasn't there.

"I'm waiting" she said and he turned towards the voice to see her standing over by a metal wall, leaning up against it.

Five narrowed his eyes in confusing before he blinked over to where she was.

But as he appeared over by the wall, she was gone again causing him to have a confused look on his face.

He then heard her laugh causing him to turn around to see her standing over by the other side, leaning against another wall "Fed up yet, Five?" she asked with her arms on crossed and one foot against the wall.

He furrowed his brows before he turned to look on the floor and he found a metal pipe. He grabbed it before he blinked towards her spot.

But when he appeared, she was gone causing him to hit a small electrical device instead making sparks fly everywhere.

He then heard her grunting, and as he turned around, he saw Lila in front of him.

"DAD WATCH OUT!" Zach shouted before he swung both his legs around, wrapping his legs around Lila's neck, spinning around and she grunted as she fell to the floor while Zach landed on his feet.

Lila swung a kick towards Zach but he block it with his arm before he blinked behind her.

He then kicked her in the back causing her to stumble forwards.

Lila turned around but then Five got in between them.

Lila swung a kick towards Five, but as her foot come closer to his face, he remember a move him and Natasha taught each other, a move that only the two of them and Zach knew.

So when Lila's foot was close enough, he block it with his arms before he quickly ducked down, swinging his legs under hers, causing her to let out a grunt as she landed on her back making her cry out.

Five approached her before he put his foot on her throat and she put her hands on his shoe.

"A move Nat and I taught each other" he said "You're better than I thought" she wheezes, her voice strained from not being able to breath "And you are entirely average" he said before he press his foot more against her throat causing to make a choking noise as she lost more oxygen.

"Your skills remind me of my son's and girlfriend's, not a good as them but still the same as them. You are one of them, right? You were once one of Nat's students, aren't you?" he asked and she let out a smile "Well, I was one of the many, one of her best, lucky for me, she didn't recognized me when she saw me here" she said and Five stared at her.

"I wonder if your son and girlfriend can still fight, I wanna find out and also I wanna find out how strong your little girl really is" Lila said "Don't talk about my family like that" he said as he press his foot more against her throat causing her to make a choking noise as she lost more oxygen.

Five then looked at Zach "What are you doing here? And how did you find me?" Five asked "I saw you follow after Lila and I knew something was up, so I decided to help you" he said "Your mom, your sister?" Five asked "They went home, told mom I would find you" Zach said and Five nodded.

Five then moved his head slightly "You can come out now" he said out loudly.

The sound of heels clicking was heard as The Handler came walking into the room from behind him with a cigarette between her teeth. "Well done. You figured it out" she said.

"Well, it wasn't very hard. She fight like every one of you Commission drones. She fight just as Nat and Zach fights, not as good. My girlfriend and son can fight better than the entire Commission put together. They are the most skilled fighters and asassins" he said before he looked back at Lila "That moved she made at the gala was one of Nat's moves and also one of Zach's who learn it from Nat and I. So that gave it away" he said.

"Hmm. No matter, here we are. Together again, minus Natasha of course, sad she is not here" The Handler said before taking the cigarette out from her mouth.

"I've gotta ask...did two you miss me, you little shits?" she asked as she tilted her head and he glanced intensely at her while Lila let out a cough before she let out a laugh.

"Actually we did not" Zach said.
