Judging ends on the 30th of July.

First of all, a huge thanks to the Judges who have been sending in scores in proper format and making the compilation of results extremely easy!

It's time for special categories!

We previously asked you how you want us to select the winners of special categories.

We received a mix response as many were concerned that lesser known books won't be able to win but, we found a way around it!

Judges score will carry 60% weightage.

Fan votes will carry 40% weightage.

It'll require some math but it's okay, we got our calculators ready, but first, our judges must nominate books in each special category.

Judging closes on the 30th of July which means that judges must send in all the scores by then. They must also nominate books that they think are worthy of receiving a special category award by that date.

» If you have already sent in scores for your books then feel free to proceed to nominations.

» Judges can nominate books that have not been assigned to them. We trust that you are doing this because you read and liked the book.

Judges should not feel pressured to enter books that have been assigned to them. If you think the books assigned to you aren't worthy of a special category awards then do not nominate it.

We will not tolerate any sort of harassment or bribery towards judges / participants.

If you try to start a fight you will be disqualified.

Don't be upset if your book isn't nominated!

Rude and/or Offensive behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

If anyone approaches you with anything of this sort, PM us immediately and we will disqualify them from the contest.

Hidden Gem

What is the Hidden Gem Award?

Books that don't qualify for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards but have a high score will be considered for a Hidden Gem award if their judge nominates them for it.

This is specifically for stories that have potential but due to some reason, don't do well in scores.

This is where the Judges review for each book comes in. We will be considering the reviews and recommendations before shortlisting entries for this award.
