Road to Annihilation

(Quick note be for we start I'm deageing Setsuna to a teenager so his obsession with Izuku makes more sense.)

Kazuo Yamashita age 56 and employee of Nogi Publishing was  currently shaking in his shoes as he tried to absorb all he was told. in Shotoku Year 5 (1715), in the darker recesses of the nation of Japan, there were bloody conflicts between various merchants who all desired the status of Shogunate Purveyor (the highest rank among all merchant purveyors). With the merchants willing to go to any lengths to achieve this status, the increasingly violent conflicts spiralled out of control. Finally, sick of all the bloodshed, the 7th Shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate, intervened; summoning all the merchants at the heart of the quarrel, Ietsugu told them to settle their conflicts by "battling it out fair and square". Naïve and idealistic as this command was, it moved their hearts.

In accordance with the Shogun's command, the merchants formed a guild and, whenever a dispute arose, they would establish a venue of competition through the guild with the results of the competition being indisputable. Conflicts were settled in a simple 1-on-1 fist fight between combatants hired by opposing merchants. As such, merchants entrusted their desires to the fists of fighters.

The first official Kengan match was not between merchants, but was actually to decide who would become the next Shogun after Tokugawa Ietsugu's early death. The two branch families, the Owari Fief and the Kii Fief, put forward their fighters and the Kii Fief came out victorious, with their fighter being none other than the Lord of Kii Fief, himself.

That's how the Kengan matches came to be. A system of underground fist fights implemented over 300 years before the events of . Their purpose is to settle disputes and business deals between large corporations, organizations and businesses by sending fighters to determine the victor in organized fights.

"Do you understand everything I've just explained to you Mr.Yamashita?" Nogi Hideki, CEO of Nogi Group asked him calmly. He was an esteemed looking gentleman, always seen wearing the finest threads. He has black hair that is slicked back and wrinkled yet experienced facial features.

Besides him was one Akiyama Kaede, secretary for Nogi was watching Yamashita with a deadpanned expression. Kaede is a beautiful young woman with blonde hair that is tied in a ponytail with bangs/a chin-length hair strand hanging on the right side, brown eyes and her most notable feature is her big bust.

She wears red oval-shaped glasses and a long sleeve shirt with a blazer that is fully buttoned

This question caused Yamashita to shake even more, the explanation was the only thing he understood that happened this morning. Less than an hour ago he was being chewed out by his boss who was less than half his age just wishing he had the never to stand up to him when suddenly the head of their branch came in informing him the CEO wanted to see him.

Seeing the look Nogi hummed. "Well the answer is pretty simple. Our company is scheduled for a match and soon with a certain right at stake." Nogi told his employ before leaning in the back of his chair with a sigh. But we've run into a bit of an issue." He said before looking towards Yamashita.

"The man we hired to fight in the match suddenly became unable to due to personal reasons, so we've had to look for a replacement." Nogi admitted and Yamashita blinked a few times before breaking into a cold sweat as a nervous smile graced his face. "Are..are you asking me to fight?" He asked meekly.

For a split second a look of shock and surprise came to the CEO's face before he managed to recover. Though his tone was filled with amusement as he spoke next. "Well that's not bad idea, though I doubt it will come to that." He told Yamiashta with a bit of chuckle as the man breathed out deeply in relief.  "We've actually already found someone quite capable to handle the match." The CEO informed before a knocking came from his door. "Oh that must be him know." Nogi spoke before calling for the replacement to enter.

And if Mr.'Yamashita thought he was done with surprises he was greatly mistaken as none other than the young man he saw take down that giant in the ally way enter with a calm smile on his face. "Oh we meet again Mr. Yamashita." Izuku spoke in amusement as the older man stared on in disbelief.

"Oh you two already know each other?" Nogi sounded surprised but pleased. "Well that makes things much easier." He said with a smile as he watched Yamashita slowly turn to him. "H-H-How did this?" He managed to get out as Mr.Nogi gestured to Ms.Akiyama. "Well it was all thanks to Ms.Akiyama here?" He spoke as Kaede adjusted her glasses. "It was nothing special, and Mr.Midoriya made it very easy." Akiyama began to explain.

Flashback

Akiyama hummed as she stood outside the apartment door of the one she came to see. Well apartment was hardly the term as it was closer to a penthouse than an apartment. "Though given the position Inko Midoriya holds, it's not surprising they would live in a place such as this." Akiyama thought to herself before clearing her head as the door opened to reveal Izuku Midoriya.

"Yes, can I help you with something?" The young man asked as he glanced at her curiously. wondering if she was a friend or co-worker of his mother. The blonde secretary cleared her through before she began to speak. "Hello, my name is Kaede Akiyama of the Nogi Group and I'm here to speak with Izuku Midoriya." She introduced herself getting a raised eyebrow from Izuku as he moved to the side to allow her in.

Nodding in thanks she entered the residence and blinked in surprise. 'It's..it's so normal.' She thought as she looked around and saw that aside from its size it had the look and feel of what one would see in a regular apartment.

Seeing her reaction Izuku let out a chuckle. "Yeah everyone reacts like that the first time they see the place." Izuku told the secretary as he walked to one of the sofa's. "Mom wanted it to still have the old feeling as our old place so she found furniture as close to our old ones and designed around that, ." He explained before gesturing to the sofa. "Please have a seat." Izuku offered getting a nod of thanks from Kaede as Izuku sat down in the chair facing her before leaning forward and interlocked his fingers.

"Now than Ms.Akiyama what exactly is it that you want from me?" He asked with Kaede taking a deep breathe to mentally prepare for the conversation she was about to have. "Before I answer let me ask you something." She said as she opened her eyes and stared directly into Izuku's

"Have you ever heard of the Kengan association?"

From there she went on to explain the entire history of the Kengan association to how it started what it entailed and finally how it existed today. Not leaving out a single detail as Izuku remained silent through out the entire explanation.

"The Nogi Group actually has a match scheduled for a little over a week from now. And we had a competitor we were confident in." Akiyama suddenly switched topics. "Unfortunately he was in got into a fight last night that's taken him out of commission for a couple of weeks, despite taking only a single blow. The fight itself actually happened a few short blocks from here." Kaede explained with Izuku leaning back into the chair in thought.

"This fighter  wouldn't happened to be Komeda the Deva would he?" Izuku asked in a tone where he already knew the answer though Kaede gave a nod all the same as Izuku let out a hum as he took in the answer before raising two of his fingers. "two more questions if you could Ms.Akiyama?." Izuku requested getting a nod from the secretary.

Seeing her agree Izuku sat up straight his eyes holding a sharper focus than they had before taking Kaede slightly off  guard.  "Then tell me, should it be discovered that I participate in these Kengan fights will that affect my enrollment in UA in the future?" He asked with narrowed eyes and a hint of steel in his voice.

"Not at all?" Kaede immediately answered with a shake of her head. "The Kengan matches are kept secret from the public but are entirely legal. The need to know law enforcement as well as hero commission fully know of us and will not stop any worthy applicant from applying or being expected into a hero university." Kadede answered. "In fact the likes, of Mirko, Death Arms and Crust all participated in kengan matches when they were younger. I believe Mirko still does." The secretary told the teen breathing out a sigh of relief when she saw Izuku relax.

"Well then I guess there's only one thing left to ask." Izuku said with a grin as a bloodlust entered his eyes and grin.

"Who am I fighting?"

Flash back end.

"And that's pretty much it." Kadede finished getting a nod of thanks from Nogi. "Now than Yamashita, I'm appointing you as Midoriya's manager." Nogi declared causing Kazuo's to blink in surprise as he tried to process what he was just told. "Midoriya just let him know if you need anything." He told the teen getting a nod from the teen.

Kazoo managed to come back to his senses at this point and was about to ask a few hundred questions when Nogi informed him that he was dismissed from work for the rest of the day to work out the details with Midoriya, and that Nogi would fill Yamashita in on the details later.

Knowing it was pointless to argue at the moment Kazuo nodded resigned left with out another word with Izuku following behind him.

Once they were gone Kadede couldn't help the scowl of suspicion that came to her face. "Are you sure about this, can we trust him?" She asked glaring at the door. "I know he was probably the one who defeated Komeda the Devil King but still." She trailed off seeing Nogi's smirk. "And that's exactly why I hired him. The Kengan fights have a zero tolerance of using quirks during matches. So to find someone who can do it with little to no difficult is nothing short of lucky."  Nogi explained getting a hum from his secretary.

"What about him? Kazuo Yamashita. Why did you reveal the existence of the Kengan matches to a mere employee of a subsidiary? I'm sure there are others that would be more qualified to be Midroiya's manger." She asked with her boss leaning back in his chair while placing his hands behind his head "Hmmm just a whim I guess." He said with shrug getting a sigh from Kadede.

"Relax, this upcoming match is more of a trial than anything to see if hiring Midoriya will bare any fruits. And Kazuo as a manger is just to keep an eye on him for now. That's all there is to it." He finished with a shrug.

Kadede outside her boss's sightline shot him a dry light. 'He has no intention of explaining himself.' with a sigh as she left her boss to continue her work. Left alone Nogi looked out a window to watch Kazuo and Midoriya leave. 'Izuku Midoriya, I'm going to find exactly what kind of person you are.'

Down below Izuku was calmly waking down the street when he heard Yamashita calling for him to wait. Turning he saw Kazuo sweating heavily as he tried to catch his breathe. "Something wrong Mr.Yamashita?" Izuku asked with a raised eyebrow as Kazuo tried to breathe out the words.

"Midoriya I really don't think you should fight even if it is legal. You're trying to become a hero right? Well what if something happens during the matches that prevents you from-!" He was one the verge of a panic attack when he felt a strong hand on his shoulder and looking up he saw Izuku smiling reassuringly at him. "Hey relax take deep breaths in and out, in and out." He instructed with the old man doing so and actually managing to calm down.

"Better?" He asked getting a nod from the Nogi employee causing the green haired teen to smile. "Good now come on let's go get some food, there's a small restaurant around the corner it's on me." He offered already walking off leaving the older man standing there. "But Midoriya what about..?" He started to ask only for the teen to wave him off. "We can talk more when we get there." He told the older man who sighed and could do nothing but follow after him, hoping he could convince the teen to back out before something terrible happened.

Line.

'Unfortunately I wasn't successful in the slightest.' Kazuo thought dejected as he still felt drained several days later. 'He seemed determined to fight, I can't possibly why.' He thought with a sigh as he prepared a meal in his kitchen before heading up the stairs. 'But then again that's how my life has always been. One hurdle after another. With s malaise of nothing in-between.' He continued as he walked up the stairs and knocking on one of the doors. "Breakfast is ready...I'm leaving it here." He spoke softly before heading down the stairs again only to briefly stop and turn in time to see someone reach out and take the tray of food without a word.

'Kenzo.' Kazuo thought with regret as he thought about his eldest son. The son who had gradually become a shut-in with it being 3 years since he had seen his eldest's face.

Coming down the stairs he had a surprise waiting for him.He was an average looking teenager with black hair that he covers with a snapback cap that he wears backwards and a thin sprinkling of facial hair on his chin. He was wearing a casual t-shirt and jeans.

This was his second son, Yasuo Yamashita.

"You're home." Kazuo said surprised as a shocked look came to Yasuo's face before. a nervous sneer came to his face as Kazuo noticed a few bills in the teen's hands. "Yasuo where did you-?" He asked before trailing off seeing his wallet laying on the counter. Yasuo immediately shoved past his father and ran outside with Kazuo running desperately after him only to see teen hop on the back of a motorcycle waiting outside which quickly sped off.

Seeing the teen gone the father of two went back in to check his wallet and sure enough he was missing twenty thousand. "But why should I be surprised at this point. He's been like this since he dropped out of high school last year. And it's only gotten worse since he joined that gang.' He thought falling further into depression.

'And it all started when my wife left ten years ago, which even to this day I doesn't now why. All that I really have is house that didn't have enough room to swing a cat, and one that he still had 15 years left on the mortgage. It was for all purposes my tomb.' He thought before finally exiting the house and heading towards the address Midoriya gave him.

'Hopefully I can be more successful with this at least.' He thought recalling the phone call he got from Mr.Nogi informing him to keep an eye on Midoriya but to do it as subtile as possible.

'Still it'll give me a chance to get to know my new charge at least.' He thought before pumping his fist. 'And hopefully talk him out of these death matches.' He thought as he felt a small amount of determination enter him as he boarded his train and left to Midoriya's residence.

Line break.

Kazuo hated to admit it but as he gazed up at the imposing building which housed some of the wealthiest Kyoto had to offer he couldn't help but lose some of that determination he gained earlier, it didn't help there was also several security guards roaming the place. 'It's to be expected though, given some of the people how live here.' He thought as he passed by the security guards and approached the front desk.

"Yes can I help you?" The woman asked with a small smile. "Ah yes I'm here to see Izuku Midoriya." Kazuo said politely and the woman hummed as she typed on her computer. "And can I get your name." She asked causing Kazuo to sweat lightly. 'Should I have called a head or something?' He thought panicking a bit before he answered.

"Kazuo Yamashita, ma'am."

The woman to Kazuo's immense relief nodded. "Ah yes, Mr.Midoriya informed us he was expecting you this morning. Please head straight up.to the pent house" She said with a bow as she motioned to the elevator. Giving a bow of his own Kazuo went straight for the elevator and pushed the button for the penthouse suit.

He rode up in silence as he went over what he was going to say only for the doors to open and Kazuo to blink. 'Ms.Akiyama was correct, despite its size it was styled and furnished like that one would see in a typical apparent.

"Yeah everyone has that reaction first time around." Izuku spoke from the hallway dressed in simple shorts and t-shirt. Kazuo snapped out of his little trance and bowed while apologizing for staring to which Izuku just waved it off.

"So what is it you wanted to talk about Mr.Yamashita?" Izuku asked sitting down in the same chair he sat in while he spoke with Kadede while Kazuo took a seat on the couch.

"Midoriya I know I wasn't able to convince you to refuse Mr.Nogi's offer, and I'm guessing you still want to fight correct?" He asked getting a nod from the teen. "Then can you tell me why exactly it is you want to fight? I know Ms.Kadede mentioned you want to be a hero and that other heroes have used these matches to go stronger but still you're just in high school and with a single mistake you could throw away you;'re entire future." Kazuo told the teen not wanting the young man to ruin his life just because of a fight.

Izuku was quiet for a few seconds only to lift his head with an unreadable expression on his face. "Mr.Yamashita have you ever in your life felt trapped? Restricted? Like you were unable to express yourself in a way you truly can?" Izuku asked and Kazuo was instantly frozen as he had indeed felt that way, for longer than he could remember it seems he had been a puppet dancing to someone else's dance. Unable to break free  and make his own decisions.

Izuku seeing this smiled and gave a nod. "I've felt that way since I was 4." Izuku admitted as he tapped his forehead. "See my quirk has given me the chance to see so many things from so many precitpives and I've made most of my decisions based on those perspectives. And for a while I was perfectly happy with that." He said with a smile before letting out a sigh as Kazuo listened with rapt attention.

"But a couple of years ago I noticed something. I had no Idea who I was, no idea who Izuku Midoriya. I grew up facing each and every problem and situation always thinking 'How would this person handle this or how would that person. Never once did I think how would I handle the situation." Izuku said with a shake of his head. "I can tell you what food I like and who my favorite heroes are." But that's it, 2 personal preferences that even the most blank minded people could answer." Izuku said with a sad chuckle.

"In fact that's pretty much were I still am at the moment." Izuku admitted with Kazuo having no idea what to say. "However I have discovered two things in these last couple of years that I can say are definitely my own." Izuku told the older man. "The first is a goal, to surpass those whose perspectives I have. The people are monsters and their strength is unlike anything in this world so to surpass them is a true show of strength even if it's only proving it to myself." Izuku told his manger who a look of such ferocity it almost boarder lined on insanity.

"And the second?" Kazuo asked overwhelmed by the aura that was coming off the teen. And just like that the aura surrounded Izuku disappeared and suddenly Izuku had an embarrassed look on his face.

"I-I really like fighting."

The admittance left the salary man dumbfounded as all he could let out was a weak "eh?" with an unsure expression. Seeing this Izuku let out a nervous chuckle. "I know, I know but the thing is during a fight I've always positive it's me that's in control and not just piggybacking of someone else, the one time my decisions are my own." Izuku told Yamashita who sat there trying to process what he was just told.

Before he could say anything though the phone started to ring. "Sorry Mr.Yamashita, but do you mind if I take this?" Izuku asked getting a quick shake of the head no as Izuku gave a quick nod of thanks before picking it up. "Hello?" He greeted the caller who turned out to be the receptionist. "Ah hello Mr.Midoriya so sorry to bother you but I have two gentlemen down here saying you're expecting them." She greeted with Izuku rising an eyebrow. "Oh really? What do they look like?" He asked. "So sorry but their heads are covered, would you like us to ask them to leave?" She asked and after giving it a few seconds thought Izuku answered.

"No, send them up if they came here to see me, it must be important." Izuku answered getting confirmation for the receptionist before hanging up. "Is everything okay Midoriya?" Yamashita asked concerned getting a nod from Izuku. "Everything's fine Mr. Yamashita but do me a favor and stand behind me for the next few minutes." Izuku asked getting a confused look from the older man. "Ah sure but can I ask why?" The older man questioned with Izuku giving a faint smirk. "We're about to have quest." Was the answer he received and going by the tone Izuku used Kazuo managed to put together what Izuku was thinking and quickly rushed behind him.

A few seconds later the elevator opened and two men with sweatshirts covering their heads entered the pent house  "Morning gentlemen what can I do for this morning?" Izuku asked still standing comfortably in his chair even as the two got closer. "Don't interfere." The first one said to his partner who just smirked and responded with a "Got it." as the first man took down his hood.

He is a man with a lean build, fair hair, a thin face with deep cheekbones, barely any eyebrows and thin stubble on his chin. Izuku raised an eyebrow at the man but Kazuo was panicking. "That's Ivan Karaev! He shouted in alarm getting a curious look from Izuku. "You know him?" Izuku asked causing Kazuo to nod his head in a panic. "He's a Russian kickboxer that's flying through the ranks! What's someone like him doing here?!" The salary man shouted in panic as Ivan got into a fight stance.

"Nothing personal kid, we just need you to spend a few days in the hospital." Ivan warned before darting forward his fist already extending in a punch.

Only for Izuku to calmly grab the man by the wrist. "Talk about rude." Izuku muttered and with a slight twist snapped the Russian's wrist getting a cry of pain. "You didn't even wipe feet." He scolded before in a swing motion threw the man across the room and slamming him into the wall causing him to fall to the ground with a thud.

Ivan got about with a growl which grew when he noticed his companion chuckling. "Need some help?" He offered causing Ivan to scoff before getting to his feet and shooting forward once more his leg raised to kick. "Izuku watch out, that's Ivan's Reaper Sickle!" Kazuo shouted in warning.

The Reaper Sickle, A similar to karate, which uses a snap from the knee down. Because of Ivan's spring-like body, the speed and power of his kicks go off the charts which is how his high kicks got their name.

As Ivan approached Izuku whistled. "Sounds dangerous." He muttered before smirking. "Too bad he left himself wide open." Izuku chastised before raising his foot straight up and rammed into straight into the man's testicles causing the kickboxer to drop instantly he wasn't in agony for long thankfully as Izuku delivered a devastating punch to the man's face a second later knocking him out.

'He's pretty good.' The remaining man thought looking at the downed man. 'Ivan didn't stand a chance.' He thought before hearing a chuckle and turning to see Izuku looking at him with a wild look in his eyes. "So you wanna fight too?" Izuku asked getting a wild grin from the man "Oh believe me we will, just not now." He confirmed before pulling down his hood.

He is a brute of a man with a bulky, powerful build, a hairless face, messy blonde hair and small blonde eyebrows.

"The name's Lihito and I'm your opponent in the upcoming match!" The now named Lihito announced with an animistic smile on his face that left Kazuo shaking. 'The aura that's coming off him is so oppressive! It's like I'm facing a starving carnivore!'

"I only came by to say hi but that moron took it the wrong way. Sorry about that and rest assured I'll punish him later." Lihito declared as he picked Ivan up and threw him over his shoulder. Despite his nerves Kazuo scowled at the blond man for such an obvious lie and hoped Izuku would give Lihito the same he did Ivan.

"Oh is that right, well nothing can be done if he just made mistake." Izuku said with a laid back smile surprising Kazuo and Lihito before the later regained his smile.

'I was planning having Ivan fight to measure his strength, but now I'm just itching to fight this guy my self. This next match is going to be fun!' He thought his grin becoming blood thirsty at the end as he leaned in until his face was inches from Izuku's.

"Just remember the next match is your first and last, just try and not make it your last act as well!" Lihito warned freaking Kazuo out while Izuku gained a lazy smirk that dripped with bloodlust.

"I keep that in mind."

Line break.

The time for the match had come and Kazuo was taking deep breathes to help steady his nerves. It wasn't that successful as Izuku and Lihito were staring each other down with matching insane grins as the two company's greeted each other.

"It's been a long time Mr. Nogi, Is that Komada's replacement? I was skeptical when Lihito told me his age but seeing him for myself I can see why you picked him." The opposing company president Yoshitake Yoshiro greeted the Nogi group.

Yoshitake Yoshitake has an effeminate appearance with short shaved light hair, a noticeable widow's peak, large eyes and noticeably small eyebrows. He wears frameless spectacles and has a single ring piercing in his left ear.

The two groups were standing in a building that was owned by the Kengan Association that was scheduled for demolition.

Mr.Nogi laughed as he greeted the younger man. "Well Mr. Yoshitake I'm afraid we'll be walking away with the victory again today." Mr.Nogi laughed with Yoshiro smirking in amusement.

Standing a ways away Izuku turned to Kadede. "Ms. Akiyama are those two?" Izuku asked pointing to the pair of men getting a nod from the secretary. "Indeed Mr. Nogi and Mr. Yoshitake are the perfect example of a cat and dog relationship." Kadede confirmed.

While this was going on Kazuo was watching the Presidents talk with a growing sense of nervousness. 'So that's Lihito's employer." Kazuo thought nervously. 'The papers say he's the high-flying up-and-coming hope for the real estate industry.' Kazuo thought before a question came to his mind. "Say Ms. Akiyama what exactly is at stake for today's match?" He asked cursing the secretary to look at him "Oh I suppose I forgot to tell you, my apologies. They're wagering construction rights for the new building that will be built following the demolition of this one."

"A new sky-scraper?!" Kazuo shouted shocked getting a nod from Kadede. "Indeed the project itself is estimated to cost around 10 billion yen." Akiyama informed nearly shattering Kazuo's mind as he tried to process that scope of money.

The two presidents shaking hands snapped Kazuo out of his daze as the two wished each other luck.

"So Midoriya hate to say it but your boss is about to take a serious loss. Prepare for that. As well as your retirement if you're still alive after this match." Lihito warned getting a chuckle from the teen before he addressed not Lihito but the two woman that had been with him since the meeting started.

"Heads up ladies, if you were planning on doing anything with him today I'd do it know. Because after the match he won't be able to do much of anything. And that's if you can stand the sight of whatever's left over." Izuku warned getting a laugh from Lihito "And here I thought I needed to light a fire under you but I can see that's not needed." The blond laughed as he begun to walk away. "I'm looking forward to this now more than ever."

As they left Mr.Nogi hummed. "Well that's it then." He muttered before glancing towards Izuku. "Can you beat him?" Nogi asked getting a smile in return. "Without a doubt." Izuku answered immediately getting a nod from Nogi.

"Izuku please be careful." Kazuo pleaded with the teen causing him to turn to him with a raised eyebrow. "I've been watching combat sports for years now, but this Lihito has a presence like I've never seen before." Kazuo tried to warn only for Izuku to smirk. "I know and it's exactly why I can't pass up something this amazing!" Izuku said with a laugh causing Kazuo to shake.

'Of course this is more than just a match for money and rights! That mean's almost nothing to them. This fight is between two alphas who are solely interested in seeing who's stronger!' He thought shaking as the two followed Mr. Nogi and Kadede to the arena.

Meanwhile Yoshitake was grumbling as they approached the arena. "That old geezer, still managing to piss me off. I can't wait to see the look on his face when he's faced with defeat." The president muttered before facing Lihito. "Lihito it doesn't matter if your opponent is a child I want you to crush him with everything you've got, understand?" He asked turning to his representative getting a nod from the man.

"Got it."

Line break.

"This certainly isn't what I was expecting." Kazuo muttered. "I'd thought there would at least be a ring or something." Nogi just laughed lightly. "Well that would be rather counteractive to the secrecy the Kegan Association is trying to take." Nogi commented getting a nod from Kazuo. "So is everyone here part of the Kegan Association?" Kazuo asked having been told what the matches were going to be like getting a nod from Nogi. "Indeed they are in one form or another. Matches are always viewed by many members of the Kegan Association. Most of which are even placing bets. Adds a bit of wait to those simply watching." Nogi ends with laugh causing Kazuo to grow more nervous.

Nogi was of course correct as he heard many watchers casually making bets, using amounts he would be hard pressed to make in months.

It was then the two fighters entered the arena.

Izuku was donned in a black shirt and black pants with Nogi printed on the front of the shirt in green.

As he entered comments were already being thrown around.

"Is that brat really the one fighting for Nogi?"

"When did Nogi get a newbie?"

"I thought we were going to see The Deva King?"

"Bring out Komada!"

Lihito had also entered having gone shirtless with pooka-dotted pants.

"Give us another brutal fight!"

"Rhito do it!"

"Don't you dare lose to that newbie!"

"I've got money on this, don't fuck up!"

'What is this an away game?' Kazuo thought as everyone seemed to be against Izuku before noticing the two fighters had collars around their necks. 'Quirk sensors?!' Kazuo thought in shock knowing that while quirks weren't allowed in a Kengan match it never really occurred to him how they would properly enforce the rule. 'The Kegan Association has more connections than I thought.' He thought his nerves only growing worse.

Nogi meanwhile laughed. "Lihito's become pretty popular, though with a win of of 5 wins and 0 losses it's to be expected." Nogi commented before Kadede spoke up. Mr. Nogi are you sure it was a good idea to keep Midroiya in the dark about Lihito's trump card?" Akiyama asked with Nogi going silent before answering.

"It doesn't matter if he knows or not. If Izuku Midoriya losses this match then he was never meant to be the flag bearer to my goal." Nogi spoke seriously as the Nogi group focused on the match.

The referee one Yamamoto Koishi raised his arm. "AT THE READY!" He declared raising his arm as Lihito crouched low his arms spread apart while Izuku straighed up and crossed his arms.

"BEGIN!"

Despite the match starting neither fighter made a move to advance on the other. "Neither is moving." Kadede spoke in confusion. "No they are." Mr.Nogi corrected. "They are both making small changes when the need arises in order to finish their preparations."

This continued until 32 seconds into the match the first move was made.

Lihito shot forward attempting to deliver a punch to Izuku's face only for Iuzku to pivot to the side avoiding the blow before slamming his fist into the side of Lihito's face knocking him into the air only for Izuku to grab the older male by the leg and slam him into ground. Izuku followed this by trying to slam his foot down on the man's head to knock him up only for Lihito to role away just in time.

Grinning before spitting out some blood before charging forward once more delivering a barrage of punches towards the green haired teen. However Izuku was ready before each hit could land the teen either blocked or parried the blows while delivering a counter attack on each parry.

The crowed watching this was becoming more and more shocked. This kid who just entered high school was not only keeping up with Lihito but was also completely dominating him.

Just what the hell was going on.

Back in the area Izuku was smirking as he continued to evade Lihito. 'So the sensors really don't pick up Haki.' Izuku thought with a smirk having coated his fingers with armament before the match started.

Only for the sensors to remain silent.

'Guess it makes sense. Haki isn't quirk based after all. Anyone can use it.' Izuku thought with a grin before coating his entire arm in Armament and glancing around only to see no startled reactions not even from his opponent.

Haki could only be seen by those who have awakened their own haki and while he had absolutely no doubt there were others that have at least awakened their own Haki it doesn't appear anyone here to day had. 'Not like it matters.' Izuku thought with a grin. 'There is only so far someone could go with it without a teacher to instruct them how to use it.' He thought before  seeing his chance and parried the upcoming blow with his Haki infused arm.

CRACK!

Everyone winced when they heard the sound of the bone breaking followed by the sound of Lihito's gasp of shock and pain. However soon everyone was staring wide eyed as Izuku delivered a punch to the man's torso with his Haki covered fist launching the man through the wall of the building.

Shouts of shock and horror rang through the arena. As Yamamoto immediately turned to those keeping track of the quirk seniors to see them typing away furiously until they eventually looked up and gave a shaky thumbs up indicating that no quirks were involved and for the match to continue.

'Then what the hell is going on?' The referee thought to himself, a thought shared by many who were trying to figure out what was happening. As a referee of the Kegan association it was his chop to make sure everything was legal and up to standards with so much at stake, but with no clear signs of fowl play and the quirk sensors not reading anything usual there was no reason to stop the match.

"Lihito!" Yoshitake screamed in horror as he watched the man crash through the wall. 'What the hell is going on here?!' He he thought frantically to himself as the crowd was shouting about what just happened before glancing towards Izuku. 'Just who the hell is that brat?!'  Yoshitake thought as he bit his nail in worry.

"M-Mr. Nogi did you know about this?" Kadede stuttered as she quickly took off her glasses to clean them to make sure she wasn't seeing things. "No no I didn't." Nogi spoke almost breathlessly before calming himself down. 'But then again.' He thought with a small smirk. 'Who doesn't like pleasant surprises.'

'Izuku.' Kazuo thought staring at the teen in wonder and shock before a happy grin came to his face. "ALRIGHT YOU CAN DO IT!" He cheered out hoping to be heard over the crowed.

Izuku did hear Kazuo's words causing him to smirk before turning to Yamamoto. "So how long do we have to wait before calling the match?" Izuku asked snapping the ref out of his stupor before he started to raise his hand before a groan could be heard from the wall Lihtio flew through with the man in question standing there hunched over. His right arm was clearly broken and his chest had a deep imprint of where Izuku's fist stuck him.

'He's still standing, impressive.' Izuku thought with a grin before his Haki activated and saw what Lihito was planning next. 'Nice try trick, but it's not going to work.' Meanwhile Lihito managed to stand up straight. "You're strong kid I'll give you that but I've still got one last trick that won't be so so easy to-!" Lihito wasn't able to finish as Izuku appeared in front of him and drove a punch directly into the man's chest a few inches where the last one landed and drove the man into the dirt kicking up a dust cloud.

'What just happened?' Yamamoto thought as he tried to see through the dust and what was happening. Finally the dust settled and the entire crowed could see the outcome. Lihito was laying on the ground out cold and Izuku was standing tall above him with out a scratch.

A stunned silence engulfed the arena as they tired to process what they just witnessed. In less than 5 minutes a total rookie completely decimated his opponent without getting so much as a scratch.

Ultimately it was Yamamoto who spoke first as he shakily raised his arm into the air. "We....We have a winner!" The ref declared as Izuku started to walk away.

"Izuku Midoriya!"

With that the crowed erupted once more into noise as many were questioning each other over just who he was while others were weeping over the loss of their bets.

'He won!' Kazuo mentally cheered as he fist pumped the air while Kadede smiled softy. "It was a total victory over Lihito, one that could never be dismissed." She muttered while Nogi was standing there frozen for a few seconds before a smirk came to his face. 'Well seems there's still plenty of things in this world that can surprise me.' He thought with a smirk which grew when he looked and saw Yoshitake raging over his loss.

'Not a bad showing Lihito, I'm looking forward to our next match.' Izuku thought walking away. As this was happening and the crowd were still discussing what they just saw two people were leaving. "So that's Izuku Midoriya. Cosmo's stories were exaggerated." The first man said.

He was a powerfully imposing individual with dense well-defined musculature. He has short blonde hair, thick blonde facial hair on his chin, dark eyebrows, a chiselled cheek structure and discerning eyes.

This was Wakatsuki Takeshi, the affiliated fighter for Furumi Pharmaceuticals. With him was the director of the company Furumi Heihachi. "So do you think you can beat him?" The director asked with Takeshi narrowing his eyes as he walked. "No one is unbeatable. Not him or Fang. But believe me director it would not be an easy fight." The wild tiger told him as he stared ahead with his eyes narrowing even further. 'Esspically with the technique of his.' He thought racing about his arm and focusing intently and after a few short seconds it seemed to darken slightly.

The sheer ferocity in Takeshi's voice threw Heihachi off. 'He only gets that intense when he speaks about Fang.' He thought before glancing towards the arena. 'Is that kid really that dangerous?' He thought before following after his fighter.

Else where an elderly man stood alone in silence going over the match. He was an elderly man with slicked-back silver hair and a wrinkled face befitting his age. He wore traditional Japanese attire. This was Kure Erioh and he was currently watching Izuku while deep in thought. 'Izuku Midoriya eh? Who should be best to send against you?' He thought.

Elsewhere a man laughed as he left the arena. 'Now that's what I can entertainment, I can't wait to face him myself!' He thought with a laugh.

Finally two men were also leaving, one was an older balding man who was looking quite nervous. W-well what do you think Kaburagi?" He asked quite shaken after what he just saw while Kaburagi just laughed. "Don't you worry I think I've got a handle on him, now I just need to find the countermeasures.' He laughed.

Izuku had at this point made it out of the arena and was walking down the passage when he meet up with the rest of the Nogi group. "Well color me surprised I wasn't expecting such an easy win over Lihito." Mr.Nogi greeted with Izuku smirking. "Doesn't really mater know doesn't it? Now why don't you tell me was it is you want?" Izuku asked with Nogi grinning. "Not telling, at least not yet. You'll find out soon enough." Nogi promised before adding on critically. "At least if you're still alive by then at any rate. I have high hopes for you Izuku Midoriya. do try to meet them." Nogi challenged with a grin.

One Izuku could only return with one of his own.

Line break.

Kazuo stretched as he got up from his office chair. 'Guess I'm taking the last train home tonight.' He thought as he walked down the hall. It had been a week since Izuku's match with Lihito and since then he had retuned to to having a normal life. 'Honestly sometimes I question if the Kengan match was even real.' He remised as he approached the front doors. 'I can't help but think at times it was but a dream.' He mused to himself as he exited the building.

Only to blink as he saw Izuku and Akiyama standing there. "Hi there." Izuku greeted raising an arm. "You wanna go grab a bite to eat? The teen asked the older man who only stood there in confusion. "Midoriya's payment finally went through and he thought it would it would be fun for us to celebrate together. Not telling about Izuku not inviting Mr.Nogi when she asked because. "The secretive old man would ruin the fun."

"Really?" Kazuo asked before glancing over to Izuku. "Are you sure it's okay for you to be out so late Izuku, won't you parents worry?" He asked concern with Izuku smirking. "School let out last week. And my mom knows where I am." He responded with Kazuo blinking at that before glancing towards Akiyama who seemed to know what he was thinking.

"It's not against the rules for people to tell others about the Kengan matches, and with Izuku being under age he needed someone to sign off for him to fight." Kadede told the older man who nodded in understanding while Izuku snorted.

"Honestly getting my mom's approval was harder than the fight." Izuku admitted recalling how Inko absolutely refused to allow Izuku to fight at first and it was only after several days and convincing from both Yuichiro and his dad did she finally relent.

"Well now that she's signed you can fight whenever you want." Kadede reminded him before turning to Yamashita so will you be joining us?" She asked causing Yamashita to think about it for a few seconds. 'When was the last time I went out drinking with friends?' He thought back not being able to recall.

Finally after a few seconds a small smile came to his face. "Well maybe I can come for one drink."

Line break.

"Would you like another Ms.Akiyama?" A drunk Kazuo asked an hour later which an equally drunk Akiyama accepted gratefully while Izuku watched on in amusement as he drank some water

It was an hour after they arrived the restaurant and their table was covered in food. There was an awkward moment when Kazuo's lies lingered on Kadede for a moment to long but luckily she could tell he was clearly being driven on by the alcohol so she settled with buttoning up her shirt and shooting him a glare which cowed him instantly.

"Actually Ms.Akiyama I've been wondering something for a while now." Kazuo admitted as the secretary faced him. "Why was I chosen as Izuku's manger, did Mr. Nogi ever give a reason?" Kazuo asked only to flinch as Kadede huffed. "I'm afraid I don't know myself, despite asking the same question myself. Though I'm sure he has a plan." She guessed before glancing towards Izuku.

"That being said I have a question for you Izuku Midoriya." She said gaining his attention. "Why have you chosen to fight in the Kengan Matches?" She asked before going on to explain more about the Kengan Matches.

First the Kengan matches has 1285 registered fighters with each fighter having about 8.5 matches a year. Each fighter in the Kegan Matches are also elites recognized by the Kegan Association members making the roster far stronger than even the MMA.

However crippling injury or even death are by no means rare in the matches making the money that's earned by fighting hardly worth it.

"Izuku with your strength and if what I've read about your quirk is true, you've got a guaranteed future as a pro hero, so I have to wonder why would you risk it all on the Kengan Matches?" She questioned with Izuku letting out a chuckle as Mr .Yamashita watched Izuku nervously having asked him the same . "It's pretty simple actually." Izuku told her.

"I just like fighting."

Izuku didn't elaborated any further but there was something behind those 4 words that unsettled Kadede. 'There's difintly something more there.' She thought curiously but still had enough of her wits to realize she wasn't coherent enough to ask more at the moment.

It was then Kadede's purse started to ring and when she brought her tablet out her eyes lit up slightly. "Well you seem to be in luck Izuku, that was Mr.Nogi. Your next match is in two days." Kadede informed getting a smirk from Izuku with Mr.Yamashita shouting in surprise at it being so soon.

"So who am I fighting?" Izuku asked eager to learn who's next as Kadede showed him a picture of the man. He was a heavy-set overweight man with equally chunky facial features and a shaved light-colored hair with a squared-off widow's peak. "This is Kaburagi Koji, AKA the Medicine Man." Kadede informed with Kazuo looking at the picture in suspicion. "He looks like a middle aged washed-up old man." Kazuo muttered with Iuzku narrowing his eyes at the man.

"Don't his appearance fool you Izuku." Kadede warned the teen. "His recorded may not be that impressive but there's one fact about him that's absolutely terrifying." Kadede warned with Kazuo gulping nervously. "And what would that be?" Kazuo asked with Kadede sighing before finally answering.

"What's terrifying is that every fighters that's fought Kaburagi whether they've won or lost has been horribly incapacitated." Kadede warned before finally getting up and moving to leave. "Try and keep that in mind when you're fighting him." Kadede warned before leaving the two men to set alone in silence.

Line break.

"Nice to meet ya. I'm Kaburagi and I'll be your opponent today."

What ever Kazuo was expecting from the Medicine Man this wasn't it. It was the day of the match and the three of them had just meet at the location of the match when Kaburagi suddenly appeared in front of them and introduced himself.

"I saw your fight against Lihito the other day, and you're a pretty scary kid. Hope you can go easy on me today." He requested with a grin getting a chuckle from the teen. "Don't worry I won't hurt you to-" Izuku couldn't finish as both he and Kadede were first to cover their ears  as a horrible noise entered their ears while Kazuo watched the two in confusion and fear.

As Kadede reassured the man they were fine Izuku glared at the retreating older man with narrowed eyes. 'So that's your game is it pig?' He thought with a growl.

"Well Kabuuragi, is everything ready?" His employer Koyama Taisho, President of Koyama Mount, Inc asked with a smirk getting a smirk and an okay sign from Koji. "Perfect though I wasn't expecting to affect the secretary as well. But it doesn't matter anymore." He said with a smirk.

"After all they're both under the Medicine Man's spell."

Line break.

The arena this time was in a warehouse and Izuku was currently standing with his arms crossed and waiting for Kaburgagi to finish his pat down while overhearing some of the comments made by the crowd.

"After the last match I thought Midoriya was one to keep an eye on."

"Me too but his second opponent had to be the Medicine Man."

"What a waste."

"That's strange." Kazuo muttered as he rubbed his chin getting Kadede's attention. "Beg pardon?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. "Oh it's just that Izuku's pat down took only a few seconds but they're going over kaburgagi extra thoroughly." Kazuo noted getting a nod from the secretary. "Well there's a reason for that actually." Akiyama started only to be lightly shoved to the side by Nogi who through his arm over Kazuo's shoulder.

"Hahaha, what a fine eye for detail Mr.Yamashita! I knew I saw something special about you!" Mr.Nogi greeted the man getting a shout of surprise for Kazuo. "The reason that his check is so intense is that he's clearly guilty." Nogi told his employee who started to sweat slightly.

"Guilty?" Kazuo asked a little  nervous getting a nod from Nogi. "Indeed, the 16 opponents that faced Kaburgagi went through a post match inspection. With each one having traces of being attacked by a weapon." Nogi informed getting a terrified look from Kazuo. "But that means." He trailed off getting a nod from Nogi as he looked towards the arena. "The secret behind "Medicine Man Kaburgagi's curses is a hidden weapon."

At that exact moment the referee Tashiro Mosashi a referee who is known for his for his harsh shouted. "Kaburagi! What do you have on your hands! Anything that can be used as a weapon is banned you know this! So lose your rings and bandages as well as that jacket of yours now!" Tashrio who had slicked-back hair, glasses, a moustache, and a bowtie often worn over his referee shirt ordered with the man nodding with a grin before taking it over to his manger who's smirk grew larger.

Meanwhile Yamashita was currently shaking having heard the explanation on why Kaburagi couldn't just be called out and banned from fighting. "I know it's frustrating." Nogi sighed before glancing towards Izuku who was watching Kaburgai with narrowed eyes as the man finally entered the arena. "But we simply must trust Midoriya to over come it just as he did Lihito."

"Fighters ready?!" Mosashi shouted as Izuku raised his arms up his palms facing each other as Kaburgai stood there without a care in the world.

"BEGIN!"

POP

POP

Everyone stared down founded as Izuku slammed his hands into his ears causing blood to burst out before dripping from his now destroyed ear drums.

'What the hell?!' Kaburgai mentally shouted a sentiment shared by many watching. 'Why the did he do that? Did he figure out the trick with the noise just by hearing it once?! Even if he did what kind of psycho destroys his own ear drums just for a fight?!' He thought completely at a loss at what was happening.

"IZUKU!" Kazuo shouted panicky seining the self mutation as Akiyama looked worried. "Mr,Nogi." Stared only to stop when she saw her boss staring intently at Izuku waiting for the teen's next move.

And that's when Izuku moved, shooting forward and launching a kick at Kabrugai who didn't have time to react and the kick landed squarely in the man's stomach sending the man flying through the air only for the man to slam his band into a metal support beams. The crowd watched in morbid fascination as the man barely conscious plummeted towards the ground and landing on the ground with a groan barely twitching.

"MATCH OVER!" Moshashi managed to shout in his shock. "WINNER: IZUKU MIDORIYA!" He shouted with the crowd gathering once more shouting at the results of such a quick match. "Izuku!" Kazuo shouted as Izuku approached them and to their surprise blue flames could be seen coming from his ears.

"Izuku?" Kazuo muttered unsure with Izuku grinning as he pointed towards his ears. "Healing factors really do come in handy don't they?" He laughed getting a relived sigh from Kazuo. "Thank goodness." He muttered before glancing towards Izuku. "But why'd you do it Izuku, is was a good for throwing him off but did it have to be so extreme?" Kazuo asked getting a hum from the teen.

"Sorry Mr. Yamashita, there was a mosquito that was bothering me from earlier. Didn't want the buzzing to affect me again." Izuku told the longer man who along with Kadede looked confused. Mr. Nogi however eyes widened slowly before they returned to normal before he glanced towards president Koyama typed away on his phone before noticing Mr.Nogi's glance. The man offered him a weak and defeated smile before nodding once as he turned away leaving a smirking Nogi as he folloed the rest of the Nogi group out of the arena.

Line break.

Meanwhile at Koyo Woman's University in the 2nd building main lecture hall, a battle royal was taking place as men were brutally fighting each other during the Fighter Applicant Battle Royal where all successful applicants being hired as staff or facility.

'Unfortunately I doubt we'll see many if any successful applicants.' Thought one Soryuin Shion, Koyo Academy Group board chairwoman and Kengan Association member thought annoyed as she watched the arena.

Shion is a definitive and attractive woman with long dark red hair that has two shorter strands to frame her face where it is parted slightly to her left as well as full lips with neatly applied lipstick, a generally unimpressed expression covering her face and she has a notably large bosom.

She wears formal clothing in such a way that shows them off and she also usually has a cigarette on her person.

'And it's all because of him.' Shion thought in annoyance as she glanced down to the examiner of the exam. He is an extremely muscular and powerful looking man with tanned skin, sharp powerful facial features, a confident grin, small eyes and slicked down black hair that is parted in the middle.

This was the academy's strongest fighter and Koyo Academy's affiliated fighter Ozu Toshio aka the intelligent barbarian. Usually serving as a gentle liteature professor his 11 win 0 loss speaks for itself.

'But it might not be enough anymore.' Shion thought with a dark scowl. 'Now that Nogi's stirring up the Kegan Association Toshio might not be enough for what's coming.' She thought.

Hearing soft giggling she turned her head slightly gaining a somewhat deadpanned expression as she glanced to the figure next to her. She is a nice-looking young lady with her black hair set in a bob style, brown eyes and a mole on the lower left side of her lips.

This was Matsuda Tomoko, the secretary of the Koyo Academy group and currently she was giggling lowly with an unsettling look in her eyes. 'Well at least she's having fun.' Shion thought dryly before taking a glance in the direction the secretary was looking to see what had her distracted. He was an effeminate-looking teen with gentle eyes and long black hair that falls down his back and frames his face in two long bangs. He has an incredibly defined musculature. Currently he was setting down as he was waving at Matsuda who was eagerly waving back before he stood up just as the last of the other appellants fell to Toshio.

And than the teen vanished.

SNAP

Shion's head swirled around just in time to see Ozu, his head having been turned 180% degrees, grin still on his face as he fell to the ground.

Shion could feel sweat running down her face as Tomoko muttered terrified under her breathe beside her as she went through the documents on each applicant. Finally she stopped and looked at Shion completely at a loss. "Ah Madam President." She started only for Shion to interrupt her. "Who is he Tomoko?" Shion asked wanting to count straight to the problem at hands.

"That's just it Ma'am! He's not among the listed applicants!" The secretary shouted with the president only narrowing her eyes further as she glanced at the teen who was now watching them with a calm smile.

A few minutes later, the arena was clear with the 3 of them being the only occupants left. "I'll cut right to the chase, how did you learn of this? Shion asked, a cigarette now in her hands as the teen hummed while slipping on his shirt. "Word gets around." He answered. "Once one discovers the existence of the Kengan Association it's pretty simple to discover events like this." He answered with Shion grunting accepting the answer.

"So is that your goal, to prompt yourself for the Kengan matches? With your skill you could easily become someone's fighter with pulling a stunt like this." She remarked her unease fading slightly.

The teen let out a small chuckle as his hair shadowed his eyes. "Recently a dear friend of mine has started participating in the Kengan matches.  And he's grown so much since we last saw each other." He admitted before lifting his face that now spot a massive blush, his eyes filled with passion.

"We have so much catching up to do, I can't wait to see him again!" He whispered in atone that filled Shion with more dread and unease than she felt previously. Finally she took a long drag of her cigarette before releasing a sigh. "Fine than from this moment one you'll be our fighter." The president decided while ignoring the concerns of her secretary.

'He's incredible dangerous but if we can control him he'll be an incredible weapon.' Shion thought before extending her hand. "It's a pleasure.." Here she trailed off realizing she didn't get his name.

The teen just gained a soft smile as he took her hand.

"Setsuna Kiryu, it's a pleasure M'am."

Line break.

It was late at night when Nogi found himself in a meeting room with the man sitting just opposite of him. He was a tall man with a bald man and an intense expression on his face as he smoked his cigar. This was Shikano Gen, CEO of Gundai and after taking a drag of his cigar he spoke.

"Your company is wagering 50 billion yen on a fight all the while knowing just who our fighter is?" Gen asked getting a nod from Nogi. "I'm well aware of who you have as your fighter." He confirmed. "I doubt anyone in the Kengan association who hasn't at least heard the name Jun Sekibayashi."

Jun Sekivayashi, the hell's angel and a man with a record of 57 wins and 0 losses.

"So assuming do win this match you're fine with the only thing you'll walk away with is a one way ticket to hell? Are you sure you're not growing senile?" Gen asked with Nogi scoffing. "Please there's no chance we won't win that ticket to hell!" Nogi declared with Gen looking on expressionlessly.

Line break.

It was an underground parking lot that Izuku and Kazuo found themselves in this time but that mattered little to the two What did matter was Izuku's opponent, the one and only Jun Sekibayashi.

He is a monster of a man with an dense heavy-set musculature befitting his power as a professional wrestler. He has broad facial features, , usually sets his hair into , he has determined eyes and a distinguishing tattoo around his left eye.

'Hell's angel and the super Japanese pro.' Izuku thought with a smirk as the referee once again Yamamoto told them to take their positions. 'The unshakable ace of super Japan pro wrestling. A name of the foundation that specializes in everything from death matches to genuine wrestling.' Izuku thought with glee only to snap out of it when Sekibayashi spoke up.

"Hey boy." He called out. "I want you to keep two things in mind." Jun said looking down at Izuku. "First I'm not like that street punk or old codger you fought first. I'm the first true fight you'll be having." Jun declared getting a nod from Izuku.

"Agreed." Izuku spoke easily knowing that both the fights with  Lihito and Kaburgai could hardly be called such. Jun chuckled at this before continuing. "Second that technique you used against Blonde where you coated your arm, If you don't use it here you'll going to regret it." Jun said with Izuku's eyes going completely wide.

"....You saw that." Izuku asked hesitantly almost scared of the answer much to the confusion of the audience who had no idea what they were taking about. "Oh yeah I saw it." Jun laughed. "In fact. I'm able to use it myself." Jun revealed as raised his hand and a light coating of Armament covered it.

"Ahh guys is everything okay?" Yamamoto asked unsure about what was going or what they were talking about. "Yeah don't worry just some pre talk banter everything's fine." Jun said a and while Yamamoto looked unsure considering he heard what they were saying, but neither the quirk sensors nor those monitoring the match picked anything up there wasn't much he could do.

"Well then are both fighters ready?" He asked with Jun nodding as he hot ready as Izuku crouched down and raised his fist, his hair shadowing his eyes with Kazuo watching concerned. "Well then." Yamamoto said raising his arm.

"Begin!"

BOOM

Jun before the eyes of everyone smashed through three pillars before sliding along the ground. Groaning as he sat up Jun spat out a glob of blood. As he patted his chest were he had been stuck. 'Kid's fast I'll give him that.' Jun thought as he stood and cracked his neck. "Not bad rookie, not bad at all. But don't think I'll go down that easily." Jun warned getting a low chuckle from Izuku. "Oh don't you worry big guy." Izuku said as he raised his head allowing everyone to see his face.

"The fun's just getting started!" Izuku shouted rushing forward towards the pro wrestler. Jun grinned seeing the teen coming launching a punch at his head only for Izuku to dodge at the last second and land a kick to the back of the pro's legs. This caused the man to stumble slightly and allowed Izuku to land multiple strikes to the the man's back.

Jun didn't allow this to go unpunished however and turning on a dime slammed a punch into Izuku's bone sending him hurtling through the air and slam into one of the cars.

Izuku lept to the air with a grunt and using the car as a springboard rocketed towards Jun who tried to throw another punch only for Izuku to meet it with a kick resulting in a loud crack with Jun wincing ever so slightly and giving Izuku the chance to land another kick, this time to the top of Jun's head forcing him to slam face first into the ground.

"Oh yeah Izuku, do it!" Kazuo cheered with a smile before he heard drunken giggling. "Oh boy didn't see that coming! Sekibayashi's in real trouble." The man giggled and Kazuo took a chance to look at him. He is a jovial looking man with a plump face with rosy cheeks and a rosy nose (probably due to being intoxicated), thick black eyebrows and short matted fair hair atop his head. He dresses casually, wearing a white shirt with the top buttons undone and casual trousers.

Kazuo nodded proudly with a smirk. "Yup that's Izuku for you." Kazuo told the man who laughed. "So you know him, you his manger or something?" The man asked with Kazuo nodding with the man letting out a another laugh.

"Well my man you found yourself one hell of a ringer!"

Back at the fight Yamamoto pulled Izuku back as he addressed the pro wrestler. "Sekibayashi can you continue?" The man questioned with Jun letting out a groan as he got back to his feet. Though he had a massive grin on his face. "Oh hell yeah!" Jun roared as he covered his hands in Armament the best he could while Izuku did the same before they charged at each other.

In the back of the crowd Wakatsuki watched the match with narrowed eyes. 'So you can use it to Jun.' He thought to himself before his attention was drawn to an approaching figure.

"Oh it's you Imai.' Wakatsuki greeted as Cosmo Imai approached the man. "Yo long time no see." Cosmo, the fighter of Nishihonji Security Services greeted with a wave. Before turning back to the match with Cosmo grinning eagerly. "So still think I was exgatrating about Izuku?" Cosmo asked with Wakatsuki grunting having heard about Midoriya multiple times from Cosmo.

"I'll admit the boy is skilled, incredibly so." Wakatsuki admitted the blond before pointing at the pair. "But tell me something, can you see anything weird with their arms and hands?" The older man asked causing Cosmo to blink as he turned to the fight. "Weird." Cosmo muttered glancing at the two men's hands only to see nothing out of the ordinary.

"Sorry Wakatsuki but I'm not seeing anything." Cosmo told the man who only hummed before focusing once more on the fight while informing the confused stare from the teen.

The two fighters were in the middle of throwing a storm off of punches, nether willing to give an itch. However Izuku had an edge in the form of Shaorii allowing to negate the damage down by Jun while also increasing the damage in his own. The result was easy to see as Jun was slowly being covered in his own blood while Izuku barely had a scratch. The two however couldn't care less about that and simply wanted to enjoy the fight.

But all things must come to an end and once Jun broke his barrage and raised his arms above his head to slam Izuku in to the ground and that's when Izuku hit Jun with the Mach Punch, a special fighting technique where Izuku aligns his joints perfectly to deliver a punch or punches that break the sound barrier.

The punch hit Jun exactly where Izuku's first blow hit hoping to increase the damage already done. And that's exactly what seemed to happen as once the blow hit Jun seemed to blink as his eyes seemed to glaze over.

"It's over." Wakatsuki muttered with crossed arms as Cosmo was already cheering for Izuku victory. And Wakatsuki prediction turned out to be correct as Jun after spitting up one more glob of blood toppled forward as Izuku pulled away and allowed the wrestler to slam into the ground unconscious.

"We have a winner!" Yamamoto roared to the cheering crowed. "Well that was a sight to see!" The drunken man laughed as he turned to Kazuo. "Say what do you say we go for drinks when we have some free time!" The man suggested before turning to leave without waiting for an answer.

"How Excellent."

And just like that everything went silent as everyone turned to the new comer.

He was a distinguished old man with sharp defined facial features, noticeably defined wrinkles, long white hair that flows past his neck, piercing eyes, thick white eyebrows, a white thick mustache and a short thick beard that splits down the middle. He is wearing traditional high-class Japanese robes.

Every Kengan member froze at his sudden appearance as well as two massive men dressed in black suits standing beside him and Kazuo was shaking like a leaf much like some of the other members were as the the director of Dainippon Bank Katahara Metsudo made his appearance.

And that's when Kazuo relaized something else. 'Everyone here is calling him chairman. Does that mean he's..' He thought to himself and growing more nervous.

"So what do you make of this?" Cosmo asked with Wakatsuki watching with narrowed eyes. "You can never tell with the chairman of the Kengan Association." The older man muttered.

"Chairman I thank you for coming coming all this way." Nogi thanked appearing out of nowhere with Kadede by his side. "Nogi Metsudo greeted before glancing towards Izuku, "I see you found yourself a good fighter. Wouldn't you say Sekibayashi?" He asked with the wrestler suddenly spraining to life.

'Bastard.' Izuku thought with narrowed eyes as he watched the pro wrestler walk away with barely any evidence of their fight left to be seen. "I didn't expect to lose to day, but it's clear who the victor was." Jun admitted with a lazy thumb point towards Izuku getting a laugh from Metsudo. 'So the boy has the Sekibayashi seal of approval does he?' The old man thought in amusement before moving on.

"So that settles it then?" Metsudo asked with a glance behind him to see Shikano Gen approach. "Indeed, I admit defeat Nogi. And as such I well endorse the Nogi groups proposal to hold a contest for the Kengan Association Chairman's Seat." Gen said leaving everyone at a complete and total lost.

"Hmm For a contest of that nature 50 kengan Association members endorsements are needed and now that requirement is filled." Metsudo muttered softly. "Which means.."

And then it happened a massive pressure slammed into everyone forcing many to fall to the ground and others to find themselves covered in a terrified sweat while Nogi scolded at this. 'Monstrous old man hasn't slowed down at all!' He thought furiously.

However there were only 3 that could see something else. Izuku, Jun and Wakatsuki could see black lightning shooting off the man and while the later two were confused about such an occurrence Izuku's eyes went comptly wide 'Conqueror's!' Izuku thought in shock which only grew with the old man's next statement.

"You have earned the right to cross blades with Katahara Metsudo." The chairman declared with Nogi greeting his teeth. "I am ready." Nogi declared. "Katahara Metsudo, 58th chairman of the Kengan Association I will end your rule!" Nogi declared.

"Big words from such a small child!" Metsudo laughed. "Very well I accept your challenge! Use everything in your power to crush me and defeat my Fang of Metsudo!" The old man declared completely terrifying the members around him.

'The fang of Metsudo.' Wakatsuki thought with narrowed eyes.

'He doesn't appear to hear today.' Jun thought glancing around .

Kazuo was only growing more and more worried and confused as to what this "Fang" was exactly so he asked the man next to him only to immediately wish h hadn't. The fang was the official fighter for Metsudo and said to be the strongest fighter in the history of the Kengan matches with a record 0f 157 wins and 0 losses. He's said to be completely unrivaled save perhaps for one.

The crowd went silent once more as Metsudo raised his hand. "At this moment I declare the commencement of the Kengan Annihilation Tournament!" The chairman declared destroying the last bit of nerves for most of those gathered.

"A-A0A-Annihilation, doesn't that mean death?!" Kazuo stuttered only to shriek when Metsudo confirmed it. "Desires that can be achieved with just wishes are truly worthless! True desires are always beyond that of annihilation! Who ever wishes for the seat of the Kengan Annihilation chairman who ever you may be select your strongest fighter and prepare yourselves!

Whether they be fighter, brawler, hero, villain I care not! I defy you all to defeat my fang and gasp the life beyond Annihilation!" Metsudo proclaimed.

"A tournament, I'm so excited!" Cosmo yelled his eyes lightning up like Christmas. "I gotta get my boss to let me compete!" He shouted already going for his phone while Wakatsuki walked away a smirk on his face. 'Finally.' He thought with a smirk on his face as he clenched his fist.

"Naturally we'll be entering this tournament." Gen said as he patted Jun on the back. "So I'll be counting on you." He told the wrestler. "You do know I just lost right?" The wrestler asked with Gen just grinning. "Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't wrestling best out of 3?" The president asked getting a laugh from the wrestler.

Izuku noticed none of this as he was lost in thought. 'A tournament of some of the greatest fighters in the world.' He thought breathlessly before an insane grin appeared on his face. 'Finally, finally after all this time I can finally cut loose and give a fight everything I've got!' He thought barley holding back his bloodlust from leaking out. 'All my training and patience it's all led up to this, A place for monsters to fight over monsters!' Izuku thought as he let out a laugh.

The tournament announcement was sent out to all 417 members of the Kengan Annihilation with in the day. And throughout the world rivals began to move and prepare in the shadows. And although their backgrounds were varied, their destination was the same.

'The annihilation tournament.

To be continued.

Hey everyone sorry for not uploading for a while but God of War Ragnarok had my complete attention, it was such a good game I didn't want to put it down. But now that I'm done with the main story I can focus more on writing as I work through post game stuff.

Now on to the chapter I was originally planning on making this chapter go until they bordered the boats but there's still quite a bit to cover and figured this was the best place to end it.

And sorry the fights were so short, but Izuku physical strength is around Yujiro hanna's when he was 16 years old so these first few fights won't offer him much of a challenge. Once we get to the actual tournament the fights well get better I promise.

Anyway the next update should be for this followed by 5 chapters for Ragnarok if I stay on my plan. With the next chapter hopefully ending with the start of the first match of the tournament. I'll try to make it that far be I can't promise anything.

And I think that's it I hope everyone enjoyed the chapter.

Till next time,

bye.
