(The next day)

Aika got up out of her bed early in the morning so she could meet with her mother at the train station. This is because her mom always went for the train after getting off the airport. So she got a shower, made herself some breakfast and left her house to head off to the train station.

However Haru was hiding in the buses watching Aika leave her house as he wanted to make a good impression on her mom so he decided to clean up their house for them. He knew where Aika kept the extra key as he saw her put it in its hiding spot whenever he went to work so there was no need to pick the lock.

When he saw that Aika left he went up to the front door and looked through the boot box they had on the front door till he reached the bottom where the key was. Haru then took it out of the box and unlocked the door, letting himself in the house.

"Okay now let's get to work." Haru then opened his notebook and summoned some of his creations.

He told each of them to clean a different part of the house while he took care of Aika's and her mothers room.

(With Aika)

As Aika was heading to the train station she wanted to get something for her mom as a welcome home gift. She saw a flower shop and decided to get her mom some cherry blossoms as she loved those kinds of flowers. So Aika decided to go inside to get some for her mother.

"Mom you've done all you've can for me all my life and I want to do what I can for you as a thank you, you've always made me feel loved after my failed friendship so I want to make you as happy as possible." Aika said to herself as she headed inside the shop.

Aika looked through the flowers and soon found the cherry blossoms. Aika smiled as she picked up the flowers and started making her way to the checkout line

"Oh look what death brought in, why do you always appear around us? Are you stalking us?" A snobby voice asked.

Aika looked to her right and frowned as she saw the cheerleaders and Amaya.

"No, I just wanted to get some flowers for my mom as she's coming home from a business trip." Aika said then tried to walk away.

"Ohh I feel so sorry for you two being so poor and barely getting by, but you're whore mom must've been out with some man and spending all the money on him." One of the cheerleaders said which triggered Aika.

"DONT TALK SHIT ABOUT MY MOM!" Aika screamed and wiped back, scaring the cheerleaders and if looks could kill Aika would've blown them up like tactical nukes.

"Who gave you the right to talk shit about my mom like that huh? Why do you all think you're more important than me huh? My mom works hard day and night to give me the best I can get as my horrible father made us go into debt when he was alive. Talk shit about me all you want but say something like that about my mother again and I'LL SHOW YOU ALL FUCKING HELL!" Aika screamed then stormed off.

"Watch out for the quiet ones." One of the other customers said as they witnessed what happened.

Amaya and the cheerleaders didn't even go after Aika to bully her; they just stood there in shock by her outburst. Aika went up to the register and quickly paid for the flowers and left not wanting to spend another second around those girls. When she paid, the chaser gave her a candy bar.

"Oh I don't want to buy that." Aika politely declined.

"Just take it after hearing that I think you could use it, kid." The guy said.

"Oh well thanks." Aika said then took the chocolate and left the store.

(Later at the train station)

Aika was looking through her notebook and noticed a change in the first page. Instead of the introduction it had a map of the area she was in and it had the number of players on each side.

"Good guys 8, Bad guys 7, Current team lead good guys, number of good guys in area 1 yourself, number of bad guys in area 0." Aika read out loud.

"Hmm so this notebook gives you info on how many good and bad guys are left in the game. It seems that the good guys are doing good so far while the bad guys are lagging behind. Hmm but still cant get cocky about that getting too much of an ego can lead to your downfall." Aika continued to say to herself.

"Aika! Aika dear, where are you!" A woman's voice called out.

Aika looked up from her notebook and saw her mom looking around for her. "Oh I'm here mom!" Aika called out.

Her mom looked in the direction of her daughter's voice and saw her sitting on a bench.

"Oh hello sweetheart." Aika's mom greeted happily while walking up to her daughter.

Aika got up from her seat and hugged her mom tightly while smiling.

"It's nice to see you again mom." Aika said.

"Nice to see you as well dear. Now why don't we head home? I'm quite tired and hungry, those plain snacks aren't enough to chase the hunger." Aika's mom said.

"Okay mom, you want some food from the convenience store or you wanna try to make something with me?" Aika asked.

"Oh I would like a homemade meal, but I'm tired and not feeling like cooking so something from the convenience store sounds like a plan." Aika's mom said.

"Okay mom I'll get something from there when we get back you just rest up for now you worked really hard and I want you to rest up." Aika said.

"Thanks dear, *sigh* What did I do to have such a wonderful daughter like you?" Aikas mom asked.

"I don't know I'm just like that thanks to you mom and I want to make sure you're happy as well." Aika said.

Her mom smiled and they went back to the house to rest up and get something to eat. Aika smiled happily to see her mother again as she missed her mom a lot.

(three hours later)

Aika and her mom arrived at the house while Aika was unlocking the door her mother noticed something about their garden.

"Hey Aika, did you plant new flowers in our garden while I was away?" Her mom asked.

"No, why do you say that- huh?!" Aika asked till she saw that there were fresh new tulips, daisies and roses in the garden.

She then quickly unlocked the door and found that the house was sparkling clean and the smell of curry was in the air.

"Ohh my what's that delightful smell?" Aika's mother asked, then went inside and headed to the kitchen.

When she got there she saw that there was beef curry along with freshly cooked lobster on the table. She also saw that there was a cheesecake decorated with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries on the table.

"Ohh Aika did you make this before leaving?" Aika's mom asked, but didn't get a response from her daughter.

She looked in the doorway to see that her daughter wasn't there. "Aika! Where did you go?" her mom asked.

Meanwhile Aika was upstairs and took a look in her room to see Haru organizing her notebooks and her reading books.

"HARU! What the Fuck are you doing in my house!?" Aika demands to know.

"Oh well sense your mom is home I wanted to make a good impression on her so me and my creations cleaned up the house, replanted some new flowers, and cooked a meal for the three of us." Haru explained.

"What? why do you want to meet my mother?" Aika asked.

"Well you've met my parents so I want to meet your mom after all she's the one who made you into the person you are." Haru explained.

"Oh Aika, who's this young man?" Aika heard her mother ask.

She turned around and saw that her mom was standing right in the doorway of her room.

"Oh, Um he's my um uhhh-" Aika was cut off by Haru saying "I'm her boyfriend."

'The Fuck!' Aika thought to herself.

"Ohh Aika you have a boyfriend! Oh my little girl is growing up so fast, Oh and where are my manners? My name is Himari." Aika's mother said, looking like she was about to cry.

"It's nice to meet you Mis. Himari. I hope you like the dinner I made and the new flowers I planted." Haru said.

"Oh so it was you who did that, well then I must thank you and the curry, lobster, and Cheesecake smells delicious." Himari said.

'Oh great he's got her, but why did Haru say he's my boyfriend? We didn't go out on any dates nor did I agree to be his girlfriend. Wait, no does he have a crush on me?' Aika thought then blushed as she's not used to anyone else loving her aside from her mom.

"Oh Aika why are you blushing? Oh dear did I embarrass you or something?" Himari asked.

"Huh Oh no you didnt mom I just didn't expect you to meet Haru like this that's all." Aika explained.

"Oh well why don't we go eat the wonderful food your boyfriend made okay, because I'm starving." Himari said then headed down stairs.

"Haru after we eat I want to talk to you about something ok?" Aika asked.

"Oh well, anything that makes you happy." Haru said before kissing the top of Aika's head and leaving the room.

Aika's face then turned bright red and screamed while pulling on her hair. "GRR why am I like this? I don't want to have a boyfriend now!... Or do I agh why does love make you so confused?" Aika asked herself as she went down stairs to try what Haru made.

(At the dinner table)

"Ohh Haru this curry is good and this Lobster is great, oh where did you get it?" Himari asked.

"It was a gift for my parents from some family friends who came over last night. My little sister is allergic to shellfish so I offered to make it for you guys as I wanted to make a good meal for you two." Haru explained.

"Oh well that's so thoughtful of you. Oh, I can't remember the last time I had lobster. I would've made it myself if it was more affordable, *sigh* but unfortunately due to my ex-husband's gamling problem we couldn't afford it. In fact I think this might be the first time Aika even had Lobster!" Himari exclaimed, realizing that Aika never even had lobster till now.

"Hmm yeah it is pretty good. Where did you learn to cook this Haru?" Aika asked.

"Oh well my aunt owns a restaurant and shellfish is one of the main courses she has there so she taught me how to make a delicious Lobster. Curry is also another main dish there so she taught me how to make it too. As for the desserts, Cheesecake is one of the main desserts there so she showed me how to make it along with how to improve the flavor by adding some extra toppings to it." Haru explained.

"Oh well now that's Impressive I'd like to meet her one day and even try out her food." Himari said excitedly.

"Thanks Himari, but enough about me, what about you?" Haru asked.

"Oh well my older brother is in France right now as he moved there a few years ago. From what I know he's married and has three children. One of them is about a year older than Aika and the other two are younger than her as their twins!" Himari exclaimed.

"Wow really it must be cool in France. I'd like to see the place sometime." Haru said.

"Yeah but my crack head father kept mom from contacting him as he was a manipulative asshole." Aika stated coldly.

"Aika I know you hate him but please refrain from using such language in the house ok?" Himari asked.

"Ok mom sorry but that's just how I feel about him." Aika said then continued eating her food.

"I know, but anyway after he died it was Aika here who suggested I get back into contact with my family. It's been slow but I'm gaining the relationships I had with them and soon I'll be able to introduce them to Aika." Himari explained.

"Oh really well I hope things go well when that happens and Aika told me about how your ex-husband was. Sorry you two had to go through all that when he was around." Haru said.

(Later after dinner)

Himari was now in her room resting and Haru was staying the night as both his parents and Himari allowed him to.

"Okay Haru, why did you tell my mom you were my boyfriend? I didn't agree to go out on a date with you let alone you asking me out on one." Aika firmly stated.

"Oh well that's because we're about to go on one as I've managed to get two tickets to a good horror movie." Haru then pulled out two tickets for a move that was airing tomorrow night.

"Um you uh g-got those and was going to ask me o-out on a-a date?" Aika asked nervously.

"Yeah I did, I want you to be my girlfriend Aika because I love you." Haru said before hugging Aika and stroking her face.

He looked at her face and the bunch of hair she had in front of her right eye. "You know you shouldn't keep hiding your pretty face behind your hair. Here let me get it out of your way." Haru said before pushing Aika's hair out of her face.

"W-wait no!" Aika exclaimed before trying to stop Haru.

However Haru had managed to push her hair off her eye and there he saw that she had a scar on that side of her face and it went over her eye making it look silver. Aika quickly pushed Haru's hand away and covered her right eye again before turning away from him.

"Aika what happened to your eye?" Haru asked.

"... My dad happened." Aika said.

"What he did this to you! How and why?" Haru was surprised by what she said.

"He got drunk one night when I was four and threw the bottle at me. I ended up getting cut on the face and eye but I was lucky that was all the damage I got. He told my mom that if she told the police what he'd done then he'd make sure she never saw me again." Aika explained.

Haru stayed quiet taking in what he heard, as Aika's father was even worse than he'd imagined as he not only abused his own daughter but he also physically harmed her.

'Man no wonder she doesn't care about the bullying at school cause to her it's nothing like how her father had treated her.' Haru thought to himself.

Aika then felt arms around her and looked to see that Haru was hugging her.

"I'm sorry that happened to you Aika you should've never gone through that no one deserves to go through that." Haru said in a comforting way.

"It's fine I'm used to it getting bullied or abused so it doesn't matter to me any more." Aika said flatly.

"Oh Aika no one should be used to that kind of thing, don't worry Ill be here for you always as I want to make you happy as can be." Haru said.

"Thanks Haru... hey lets get changed and ready for bed I'm kinda sleepy." Aika said.

"Okay let's do that and if you need any help with anything I'll do what I can." Haru said.

(Meanwhile outside)

Yami was hiding outside of the house and was happy with what she had just learned.

"So Aika is half blind, and she and her boyfriend are going out on a date tomorrow. That will be the perfect opportunity to strike and kill them both for what they did to me and my husband." Yami said evilly as she made her plot to kill the two teens and even help the bad guys win the game.
