I start to get up, "I can help fight."

Alpha Gavin growls, "stay down. You are only a trainee." Then he stands over me. "What are you doing on this land. You were not invited."

One of the rogues growl, "we heard rogues were welcomed here and came to check it out."

"By trying to sneak up on us with large numbers? Now, once again, WHY ARE YOU HERE?"

"The two rogues on the other side calls out, RETREAT more rank packs members heading this way."

"One of the rogues whisper, please knock my brother and sister out. They are the two in human forms behind me. Don't make them go back. We seek amnesty. They killed out pack and parents." He then growls at me. He turns and growls at Gavin. Gavin lunges and knocks him out. One brother also gets knocked out. Then one of the rogues grabs the girl and takes off with her slung over his shoulder. Other rogues get across the creek.

Other Alphas and Betas arrive. I push out from under Gavin and turned toward the river. Gavin grabs me and holds me back. I start to fight him and my uncles come up and order me to stop. I growl at them, "they took the young pup. Couldn't you tell she was a forced shift on the other side of the river. She did not even look 15. We have to go rescue her." I turn as if you follow them.

"EMILY! STOP. You are trained well enough to know this could be a trap. If it isn't I promise on behalf of the Alpha Code and as your uncle that I will do everything in my power to rescue her." He then started guiding me back to training pack-house. The three rogues they captured were placed in the dungeon. "When the one rogue woke up he started yelling, "CAROLINE. Where is she

One warrior guard yelled, "shut up rogue before I shut you up permanently." Then I see him smack the rogue whom had asked for amnesty.

I continued my walked up to the Warrior, I tap him on the shoulder. I then glare at him and with a voice full of contempt. "I know this rogue and his brother are here under amnesty. He asked for safety for his family, and as Ambassador it was granted. What is your name Warrior?"

He glances at me and sneers, "Go back to your training pups. This is a matter for adults."

I growl using the alpha tone and say, "I repeat what are your names?"

The one guard looks unsure at the first guard who is still glaring at me. He replies, "sorry Alpha. His name is Wallowitz and mine is Caliski."

"Wally you can leave now," I then turn toward the other guard, "Now Cal it is unlawful to keep amnesty prisoners in the same cells as wild rogues. Bring him and his brother to the pack hospital."

"But we cannot just let a wild rogue into the hospital," Cal yammers.

I growl, "where is your common since? Did I state let them run free. I said for you to bring them. Until they have been interrogated and their story has been proven. They asked for amnesty. The amnesty been granted. They can be escorted and given proper medical care. The care will be done in the dungeon hospital ward. Even though the other rogue is true rouge you can clean him up. His eyes are not staying red, so he might be able to be saved. I know we are wolves, but we also are human. Show some humaneness."

I turned toward the older brother, "first of all the rogues carried your sister off during the battle. You said Caroline was your sister name. What is your brother and your name?"

"Seth and I am William Wright formally from Tonanka Pack."

Wally whom I told to leave, pushed me back and said, "listen girly. You are only an acting ambassador and have no real authority over us. Second, how do we know this isn't a clever escape plan." He then pushes me back against the wall. I stumble and hit my head during the fall on the edge of the only table in the hall.

Just then there are three growls and if you counted mine it was four. However I am not sure the others could hear mine. Elder Jack stepped up, "I am Elder Alpha Jack Pettit! I cannot believe you dared to push a junior trainee from my pack?"

Then Gavin Moons who is right behind him, "you dared to not follow orders? These prisoners were told to be kept separated because of possible amnesty rights. Though she has not gone through the training on this property you all were briefed about their amnesty rights and you pushed her. In my pack that would earn you 30 days collared and cleanup duties. Plus, I have gone through the amnesty training and gave the order to follow her directions." He turned to Elder Jack, "this is your land and I am filing an official complaint against him. If this was real world and not training it could lead to war between packs."

Elder Jack, "with him not following an ambassador request and him attacking a trainee he will be punished. Attacking a junior trainee earns him 5 hits with a whip by the trainee's father." He turned and looked at Wally and added, "and her father is Beta Mathew Sheets."

Wally's face went pale, "she is the she wolf who beat the alpha the other day?"

Then Uncle Rhett stepped up, "you have made a grave mistake. You have pushed my niece down and I see blood coming from her head. Lock him up and after I get her checked we will meet after supper for his trial." My uncle then scooped me in his arms and carried me to the hospital.

One of the pack doctors examined me and placed 3 stitches in my head. "You don't appear to have a concussion. With the stitches by tomorrow it should be healed and since we used stitches should be no scarring." Then I was discharged and sent back to my room. I was told to stay there until the trial after supper. That each pack Alpha would greet the ambassadors and get them settled in their rooms. Then tomorrow would introduce me to the others." He left I felt the urge to sketch. I grabbed my colored pencils and book and started drawing. I then fell asleep.

I had Cheryl, Windy and Quinn come into the room about 30 minutes before supper. They introduced me to the other Red Team Ambassador Charlie and his mate, Olivia. I messaged my uncle and Elder. "Can I please eat supper with the red pack tonight?"  They gave consent. We all went down to eat.

After dinner I was called into the conference room. In the room there were some alphas I remembered visit my uncle's pack.  I saw the

rouges were there with guards. Plus I saw Wally and Cal were there in cuffs. I frowned at that. Alpha Juliane said, "Hello Emily. It is good to see you again. Just wish it was under different circumstances."

"Hello Ms Jules. How are the pups?"

"They are all doing fine and enjoying time with the grandparents.

"Why are you all here presiding over this trial? Normally this stuff is handled on pack levels."

"The king took an interest because of the packs working together in training. The councils have been arguing that other packs cannot be able to work together and others are stating they can. We were coming here with our junior ambassadors to observe training. With us here it would be rude against protocol not to oversea this trial."

Then I look at her and the other councilman. "As the one who was attacked and assaulted I make a request. The guard who attacked and pushed me is new as everyone else is to the trainee program. In most training programs he would be 100% correct in coming down on me. I do not feel he should be punished  by the rules of the packs who are here. I looked into it and in my old pack he would be in the dungeon for up to 30 days and doing labor for the family he assaulted in compensation. In the visiting alpha pack he would be collared and whipped. Then in my new pack he would be shunned for 30 days and assigned duties and if duties were not done he would get a whip."

I then took a deep breath and blew it out, "what I propose is for him to sit down with our trainers and help design a training course for them. They have the most difficult job. They see a lot more of the dark side of the pack. Come up with a training program to train them in programs like our. Train them also more in the line of defense. It is not fair for them to be punished for following normal protocol.

I take another breath and blow it out. I then continue, "as for the assault on a trainee he knew not to do it, and I am not asking for no punishment for that. Though to be honest it was not a true assault. He pushed me back away from the silver plated doors I was ready to touch. I then stumbled and fell. Instead, I see a need in this training program- use his knowledge of the program and and make it better. Have him come up with fitting punishments for those who break the rules to be signed off by the commandant and new Alpha of this place. Then have his own designed punishment be given to him. 

He has been loyal to this program I saw for 28 years. He joined it at the young age of 16 after he shifted. He has the experience to make this program better so let's use it."

Alpha Schaffer stands up, "interesting idea. How do you know he would not come up with an easy consequences because it would apply to him?"

I smile, "he has pride in his work. Yes, he also has arrogance. Most likely he will come up with a list of punishments that are more severe than even you alphas would.  I think if you listed all the common offenses your answers in many cases would be less hard.

My suggestion is have all you alpha who are here to answer the punishments. Then take his and come up with a three step program.

Have the first offense read the  training model of the area of his offense and receive the lesser of the punishment. Then offense 2nd offense go through the class again and receive the next harsher punishment. Then the third is strike three and they get the harshest punishment. I am asking no trial and no permanent mark be on Wally or Cal's perfect record they has had to this point."

Alpha LaBlanc laughs. "You have not even been through ambassadors training and already show signs of a great ambassador. I look forward to see you after ambassador training."

I look at him, "I am sorry to disappoint you sir, but I am wanting to go to supernatural university to study art."

His face looks shocked, "art?"

"Why does everyone always do that? Art is a part of whom I am. I know I care for people too. These guards were doing their duty based on previous out dated training. This is why when you threw this new training program at them they did not know how to react. Which means they also needs training.

Wally knows his job better than anyone else I have seen that in the short time I was there. He was not afraid to enforce the rules in which he felt I was breaking because he wasn't trained in the new ways. Plus no one until after I was pushed from the silver bars knew that Alpha Gavin Moons was an ambassador. They were following proper protocol."

I looked at the three alphas even though I am addressing the trials of the judges and state, "Now that I am done arguing about these outstanding warriors who were just doing the job they were trained in, I want to know what can be done to rescue the sister."

Judge Julianna looked at me and said, "did you just try to close the trial without a trial?"

I look back toward all the judges and stated, "I would not presume that. How can there be a trial though when they followed their job training. This matter should be dismissed. Now back to the girl."

I heard three growls and before I even turned to look I knew who it was, Alpha Gavin Moon, Alpha Rhett Sheets and Elder Alpha Jack Pettit .

Julianne bangs her gavel, "ALPHAS, that is enough. Alpha Moon, did you identify yourself as an Alpha or an Ambassador when presenting the prisoners to the warriors?"

"Honesty, your honor I do not remember. I was wanting to go check on Emily." He turned toward Jack, "you were there when I gave the order do you remember?"

"Your honor, I also do not know because we both were trying to get over to Emily to get her to the hospital to check out."

"We are calling a recess to discuss between us judges if this matter will go to trial or not. Stay here while we head to judge's chambers." She smacks her gavel and the judges stand and walk out.
