This is Nixie, an adorable mermaid belonging to PhinehasMaximus ! I decided to have fun with making her hair seem to kinda glow to see how it turned out, and I really like it!!

Here's the original artwork, super cute and very creative character design! I'd planned to draw her pufferfish too, but I felt I'd ruin it's perfect expression XD So yeah.
