Michael pov

I woke up to see Ritchie's sleeping face it was realy early the sun was just coming up so no one was up yet so I got up and quietly exited the room. I went down to the living room and picked up a book and sat down on the couch and started to read a couple hours passed and usually no one gets up for at least a few more hours but suddenly I heard a yawn and someone came down the stairs I looked up and saw that it was Ritchie he looked at me. "Oh hi cap didn't think you would be up usually I'm the only one up at this hour." "Yes I woke up early so I decided to read a book." "Okay I'm going to just do my normal routine then." "What do you mean?" "I come down make myself some tea and read a book and then I make breakfast before everyone get up." "Since when did you do all that?" "What do you mean I always have?" "Never mind  I'm going to go back to reading." I turned back to reading and a few minutes later I felt a tap on my shoulder I looked up and saw Ritchie holding two cups of tea. "Hey cap I made you one as well." He smiled and I felt my heart jump I took the tea from him. "Yes than you." I took a sip and saw him pick up a book and he sat next to me a few hours later David and Branden came down. "Hey captain what's up I see you made yourself some tea." "Actually David Ritchie made it we have been here reading for a few hours." "I'm going to get up and make breakfast." Ritchie got up and made breakfast after we all ate Ritchie left to go on a walk. "Hey captain let's follow him." "Alright David." Me and David followed him and then we saw some girl walked up to him so we decided to listen in on the conversation. "Hello there miss do you need something?" "Yes Ritchie My name is Daisy and I wanted to say that I have a crush on you and wanted to know if you would go out with me?" Me and David looked at each other and then looked back to see what Ritchie would say. "Well Daisy I appreciate that you like me and all but I can't return you feelings you see I like someone else." The girl ran away crying for some reason I was upset when she confessed to him I also felt upset at the fact Ritchie said he liked someone Ritchie walked away. David turned to me. "I wonder who he likes cap it still feels weird that he turned someone down though." "Yeah let's go home." We went home and I went to my room and locked  the door a few hours later I heard a knock on the door. "Go away David." "It's me Ritchie can you open the door." I got up and opened the door. "What do you want?" "David told me you were upset so I came to see if you were alright." "Why should you worry about me worry about Daisy or that person you like what's her name Jasmine, Danny, Lizzy, Isabelle." He was silent. "Yeah that's what I thought I turned around and had tears in my eyes I started to walk towards the bed when I was pulled back into his chest he turned me around and wiped the tears out of my eyes. "So that's what this is all about Michael I have something to tell you." "What could you possibly need to tell me?" He was blushing and he shyly looked away. "The person I like is you I have for a while I just didn't know how to tell you I understand if you don't feel the same wa-----!" I quickly stopped what he was saying by pulling him into a kiss he was shocked at first and then he shyly kissed back I pulled away and looked him in the eyes. "I like you to I have for a long time." he shyly laughed. "Realy I never knew." "It's getting late do you want to stay here." "Yes please I'm kind of still scared to sleep by myself." "Well I'll protect you from the nightmares okay." "Okay." I pulled Ritchie into bed and under the covers I snuggled up into his chest and he wrapped his arms around me he soon fell asleep and I drifted off to sleep listening to he rhythmic breathing.
