🌲 first, i wanna welcome you to a story that has been very near and dear to my heart for over like . . . five or six years, i think? i came up with teddy & nicky way back when i was watching chicago pd and started virgin river and fell absolutely SO in love with jay halstead, adam ruzek, kevin atwater on CPD and mel monroe on virgin river, that i had to use their faces for something. it's also very much inspired by virgin river, so hopefully you'll get the feel of it while reading!

🌲    thus, TAOGB was born and unfortunately, they've just been sitting in my drafts collecting ( literal ) dust and i decided that with all of my revamping of my books into something more simpler, they DESERVE the right to have their story told ! so, please feel free to love them ( and maybe hate some characters to a certain degree ) as much as i do! 💚

🌲 secondly, i just want to mention that i know there is a LOT of casting for this book ( like most of my books lol ), but all that are mentioned on here have important roles in this story. nicky & teddy come from BIG families ( like i do ), so that's why i felt the need to add them here because they play a big part in teddy & nicky's lives as far as healing from the things of their pasts.

🌲 thirdly, i just wanna say a big thank you to all those who've supported my constant publishing & un-publishing / revamping of my books as well as my one too many drafts and any or all of ideas that i keep coming up with and mentioning ( its a serious problem, i can't help it ). you've all been gems & i couldn't be more thankful for you 💚

🌲 lastly, this book is going to be apart of a small-ish set of books that is called "The Lockwood Falls" series. not quite sure how many books it'll have, but so far i have two books i'm planning with maybe a wip sister town that i'm still getting the details for ..
