2nd place in the poll mentioned in the previous post (Street Fighter female to draw). Most fanart's her standard outfit, but I made one up. I liked her in SF5 especially. 

She's Menat's mentor, and talks w/Oro on story events. She may turn up in SF6, but I'm fine either way. First time doing art of her. Wild hair. Rights to Capcom.
